    Caramel Ice Blended drink
    Anabelle H.

I had a gift card to spend so I decided to place my order online. I got a caramel ice blended drink and the total came out to $5 because there was a promotion going on. After I ordered, the coffee bean app said that it would be ready in 10 minutes so I just stayed around the area in case it was ready before the 10 minutes were up. I was waiting for my name to be called but it was never called it out. I went up to the pick up station to check with the barista to see how much longer it will be when I noticed it had been more than 10 minutes, but I saw there was a drink that looked like an ice blended sitting on the counter. I wasn't sure if it was even mine because they didn't say who it was for nor was there a name written on the cup. Thankfully, the drink turned out to be mine, but who knows how long my drink was sitting there, ready to be picked up because none of the baristas bothered to call out my name. Other than that, the drink itself was really good! I would definitely come back again for another ice blended drink. I've tried the hazelnut ice blended, which was equally as delicious.

We had to wait for a while in line. Not sure why when there were 3 employees. Drink was amazing though.. would come back for it. Would probably do mobile order next time, they seem to make the drinks faster that way.

First time here! The wife wanted something sweet to drink, but didn't want coffee. It was some kind of Strawberry drink and it was tasty.

I love Coffee Bean! This is my go-to coffee shop before going to work! Their matcha is delicious, as well as their Americano! The service is super nice and friendly, and are always very accomodating! Though there is a long line at times, I highly reccomend going in the morning to avoid waits! I really like the workers Alex and Kenneth, they are always very sociable and make my day!

I went through the drive through and ordered two drinks last week using the buy one get one deal and the service was kind and got my drinks out promptly! I got the ice blended salted maple drink and the pumpkin chai. The ice blended maple was good! But the pumpkin chai lacked a sweetness that the ice blended pumpkin usually has. Both drinks with the deal was around $6

Experienced a nice take out order here, but I'm not sure why this cafe currently is sitting on 3 stars. The barista I came across today was super friendly, efficient and helpful. I wanted to try their avocado toast which was tasty including the toast piece. I ordered English Breakfast tea (hot) to go. I stayed an hour just to finish taking pics of this cafe and around the Santa Anita Mall, Arcadia, CA. before the weather turned colder. Thanks for a great time here today. I'll be back!!!!

COVID-19: Social distancing is enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All customers are expected to wear a mask too. The staff also wear gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has no outdoor seating available with limited capacity. They are also sanitizing in between customers. While I was grabbing my drink from this establishment yesterday, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment. Parking: This establishment is located inside the Westfield Santa Anita mall, so parking can be pretty difficult. However, during the pandemic, parking is super easy. Plenty of parking spots to choose from. Take your pick. Food: I didn't order any food, but I did get a drink. I ordered the matcha latte. It was pretty good. Not super sweet. I hate super sweet matcha lattes. It was just perfect for me. Staff: The staff here is super nice and welcoming.

I love that they don't burn their coffee. It's much more flavorful. Wish they had better hours and better parking.

Ask the Community - The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

Do they do decaf coffee drinks?

When they want too!! I heard some stories that the baristas do when customers start annoying them. They get caffeine instead of decaf.

Is there an outdoor patio at this location?

Have you been to this CBTL?? You're inside the mall.

Parking - Street parking only, no dedicated parking lot. Interior is pretty clean, cafe vibes, and some tables around but not too many. There's a huge table for big groups as well which is nice. There's also a self ordering kiosks which is always a nice sight to see when you visit tea shops. We tried the White Peach Oolong Milk Tea and the Oops Cheese Matcha Smash which seems to be one of their more popular drinks. The white peach is what you expect, refreshing and easy to sip. Very happy with the drink overall. As for the Oops Cheese Matcha Smash, aesthetically, the drink is great for photos. It looks more like a swirl drink than anything. I love the overall texture of the drink. It was also as refreshing as the white peach. The cheese mix with the matcha created a swirling feeling, each sip is filled with both flavoring, highly recommend. Excited to revisit again later on, love their menu options, and it seems like a decent spot to hangout with friends or a group despite the smaller space.

It's crisp black tea, salty & sweet brulee foam, and non-dairy milk with bouncy, perky boba pearls. I sipped happily. I arrived at Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) on Sunday (around 11:12AM). Parking is simple since there's a nearby neighborhood with street parking. I quickly found a spot. Customers can order at the self-service kiosk or the counter. I chose the self-service kiosk, and I regret it because I dislike how the self-service kiosk requires the customer's phone number to proceed. Staff communicates well. After ordering, Staff honestly & politely informed me that they'd need 20 additional minutes for their Boba since they recently opened. I was perfectly fine with that since they spoke upfront and honestly. After the 20 minutes passed, the drink took four minutes and 14 seconds. As mentioned, I ordered the Baked Brulee Milk Tea ($6.59) with Boba (additional 75 cents). It's delicious. This chill drink carries a crisp tea flavor. The foam is also zesty with a soft sweetness. It reminds me of a creamy milk tea. In addition, they made wonderful boba pearls. These boba pearls are sweet, bouncy, and playful. YUM! On ambiance, Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) is a wonderful spot to study/work. There's a long wooden table with 9 electrical plug spots, and there's four available electrical outlets. The location also includes customer internet with password; the details are confidently shown on the counter. The location also has a gender neutral restroom in the back, and there's plentiful hand sanitizer bottles in reach. The location felt clean and comfortable. Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) uses its space well. There's four tables and one long wooden table. There's also two small outside tables. During my stay, it felt very comfy as I listened to its smooth music. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City). They serve wonderful drinks and boba. If searching for a place to study/work, this is an easy recommendation. 4.8 out of 5

I've been here twice and really like it…read more First, the drinks. They range from $1.99-$3.99...talk about throwback pricing. Reading th menu made me feel like it was 1999 all over again. Price aside, the drinks are good and on par with what you would find at typical boba shops. The food is where this place really shines. They have a large menu, ranging from rice to noodles to grilled meats served on a hot plate. I got the $21 NY steak today, which was a generous portion, served with sliced onions, corn, broccoli and choice of rice or spaghetti. It's not Morton's but, c'mon, $21 for a steak fix these days is a heck of a deal. Most of their entrees are in the $14-18 range. To top it off, the service is great - attentive and very friendly. Free parking lot in the back.

Unfortunately they have discontinued their weekday combo menu making it less worth the drive for us…read moreso we're not sure when we'll next be back. The good news is, their chicken steak is still just as yummy! We ordered: - Grilled chicken steak with black pepper sauce and spaghetti (4/5): Super crispy skin and juicy chicken. The black pepper sauce adds a fragrant touch - much better pairing than the mushroom sauce we got on a previous visit. The spaghetti portion is smaller than at most other HK cafes and isn't as good though. - Baked sole filet with rice and white sauce (3/5): Had high expectations for this dish but it didn't quite meet them. The rice used was plain white rice which isn't what I'm used to at other HK cafes and it left me a bit disappointed since it meant the dish was much more monotone in flavor and there were bites that were unflavorful. The fish itself was generously portioned and easy to eat with the warming cheese and white sauce combo. Wouldn't get again only because I know other spots that do it much better but decent overall. - Beef stew with noodle (3/5): Had expected this to be dry style with the beef stew over softened egg noodles but it came out as a soup. Beef pieces were tender and generous. Egg noodles were a bit overcooked. - Sticky Rice Dim Sum: They were massive and decent in flavor. They were a little mushy I think because it had been steaming a while (which was probably why they were quick to be served) but we didn't mind - Siumai: Generous amount of fish egg on top and was pleasantly meaty. We found parking in the front but also know there's a lot in the back. The restaurant itself is big and pretty empty and quiet. We were glad that service was friendly and quick this visit since the first time we were there one of the servers gave us attitude.
