UPDATE: Manager (Guy) went above and beyond to obtain my shoes, repair (PERFECTLY) and deliver in time for my daughters wedding. He stayed in contact with my daughter and I throughly the process and kept his promise. Thank you Guy and his team at The Cobbler for turning my experience around. See you soon .....

Lighter new leather is crooked + hole for the lock are different the lengths. They also LOST MY LOCK and devalued my LV than original

REVIEW FOLLOW UP: Still haven't heard from management, even after my initial review. Nothing to say? Crooked and different sized holes... please, where is my LV lock?? Look at this plastic looking fake leather used to repair my LV bag! I wish I never replaced my original LV parts with this horrible company!

I had a great experience at the Cobblers in the magic city location with Tata! Great customer service and the shoes speak for themselves! I purchased these shoes at a thrift store a few years ago and the cobblers gave them the revamp they've been needing! So happy with the finished product!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! I would give it 0 stars if I could. There is NO customer service. No one answers the text message service, phone calls, emails, or messages on Facebook or Instagram. I sent 1 pair of shoes in for repair in August 2022, it's now February 2023, and they're finally being shipped back to me in god only knows what kind of state. I don't care if they look amazing, 6 months to repair 1 pair of shoes with NO communication is NOT acceptable.

My sneakers arrived at the facility on 08/06/2022. Received job complete email and payment instructions on 12/8/2022, but only received before but no after photos. Started hearing about a lot of complaints with this company, so emailed for before and after pictures with no response. Received email on 04/16/2023 describing they could not complete repair due to it being beyond their cobblers skill set. The shoe was sent in for some yellowing only. Waste of time and still don't have my unfinished sneakers. You better run from this business because they're scamming people. Look How they tried to request my payment on an unfinished item. Then months later they were unable to do the job because it's beyond their skill set? Yeah SCAMMERS! Now praying I get my sneakers back.

I sent a Louis Vuitton epi purse for repair in January 2023. Was advised of delays. Receive a message that my item has been repaired so I paid for it and never received my item or tracking number. I now have my bank involved and also will be filing a police report for theft. This is considered wire fraud!!! They aren't responding to any of my messages and it's been 6 months! BEWARE! I should've read the reports on the BBB website first! Their accreditation has been revoked.

I shipped my vintage Louis Vuitton wallet (my great aunt's, irreplaceable), a Louis Vuitton Neverfull from 2018 and the matching wristlet. I received a giant box today containing the Louis Vuitton handbag; last week I received a box containing only the matching wristlet. My Louis Vuitton wallet wasn't in either box. I searched the giant box today to find zero packing material and only the bag in a black sack, and the box had a huge hole at the bottom where it was haphazardly taped together. My four year old could have done a better tape job. Unacceptable. There was zero communication from this company after shipping my items to them over a month ago and multiple attempts to get in touch with them. I got emails two weeks ago saying my items were ready and requesting payment, but i requested photos before issuing payment via email. Several days went by and I got no response. I grew concerned and decided to issue payment so i could at least get my items shipped to me. That was a big mistake. $845 was paid and I now have only two of the three items I sent in. I've tried calling their 1800 number (just disconnects you), using their online chat feature, emailing them, scheduling a visit with an expert to try to find out where my wallet is (seems disabled with my account), and contacting the company via Instagram and Facebook messenger. Crickets. I filed a claim with UPS moments ago, but I have little hope that will get anywhere. I am extremely frustrated as I can't reach a live person at UPS nor at Cobblers. I plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and filing a fraud complaint with my credit card company.

4/18/2022 Submitted a dispute through my financial institution. Nearly 3 months of chaos, and I'm sending the glitter Louboutin's that The Cobblers damaged to the Leather Spa. Use this company at your own risk!!!!! ----------------------- 4/15/2022 Still no resolution, and response times have deteriorated back to their usual when they had my shoes. I've requested that they process the refund we agreed to and I'll have my shoes repaired elsewhere. What an absolute waste of time trying to follow up and get this fixed. ------------------ 3/28/2022 Alejandro has been communicating on repairing the remaining issues since 3/22, and we may have reached an agreement. While I'm hesitant to send them back, I do feel like they deserve a chance to get it right. ------------- 3/21/2022 I did receive two of my three pairs of shoes back Friday and have reached out about the issues again, with no responses. I expected the heel taps to be wrong, they were. What I didn't expect was the complete mismatch of the glitter used for the repairs. Especially after being told that the dragonfly's would take longer since the custom glitter had to be ordered. ----- I had my first video consult with The Cobblers on 1/28/2022 at 3:00pm and was pleased with the recommendations for the fist 3 pairs of Christian Louboutins I would be sending in for repairs. After some issues with my address being incorrect I was able to ship the shoes and they were received on 2/15. I expected the process to take up to a month, since the glitter for the Dragonfly's had to be special ordered. The agreement was these would be shipped when they were ready, and my other two pairs would take approximately two weeks. This is where the wheels fell off. Communication and customer service is non-existent. I received an email to complete the payment, which I had agreed to do after receiving photos of the repairs. There were no photos included and I reached out to get these, and immediately noted the issue. As discussed during the consult the heel taps were red, and in great shape. These were only to be changed if there were more durable RED heel taps that would be used. Instead, the OEM taps were removed and black heel taps were installed. After many messages about someone would contact me, they've reached out to operations, I've reminded them to call you, there was still not a resolution. And there were also not photos, after repeated requests, of my other two pair of shoes. When photos were sent, there are many remaining issues. The dragonfly's do not appear to have had the glitter repaired Black heel taps on the So Kate 120mm Kraft Loubi. The initial photos of the red/black DegraLoubie's showed no repairs, and after emails about this, a photo was uploaded with black toe taps instead of clear toe taps. I have received no replies about the remaining repair issues with each pair of shoes. I do not fault the cobblers that are performing the work, this is clearly a systemic issue with communication and correctly inputting order information. Even if the shoes arrive back to me in perfect condition, I can't say that I would recommend The Cobblers given the stress, hassle, and lack of customer service throughout the entire process. The shipping shows that they will be delivered tomorrow after insisting that my shoes be returned, and I'll be sure to update this review over the weekend and include photos. This new Fashtech idea of theirs is great, and the website is amazing. But guys, and I mean the management at The Cobblers, you have to do better than this.

Watch Out! These guys have a fancy website but the work they do is very expensive and of very poor quality. Do not be fooled by their website photos. I had an upper leather repair job for a nearly new Air Jordan. I sent photos before sending the shoe and the representative assured me that they keep Air Jordan supplies in stock and that he would use identical color and texture leather to patch the shoe. What I got back is almost funny - if it was not such a scam. As you see, the patch was done with some sore of suede that was dyed unevenly - and much darker than the rest of the shoe. I have tried to resolve the problem but they offer no phone support and the email support stopped talking to me after first acknowledging that the repair did not look right. I certainly understand that no repair will match the original exactly. However, I did expect that the original type of leather and dye would be used in the repair. This was a specific question I asked when meeting with the repairman the first time. Altogether, I see three errors in this repair: patch leather does not match the texture or color of the original. there is no fill material used to pad the repaired part of the collar. The eyelet for the lace was not punched through with a dowel as large as the original holes. A shoelace cannot even go through the eyelet. Please get back to me so that I may get an idea of how we may resolve my concerns. I had the privilege of trying this place from a Yelp Elite Experience. We had the option of either their heel tips service or a basic shoe cleaning. I only wear sneakers to work out, I'm almost always in heels or sandals, so for me the hell til service was perfect. I have several heel tips that are worn or completely gone due to walking around in heels all day, many times outdoors, at work. Sidewalks can be the death of heels. Anywho I knew the exact pair I wanted fixed. My suede Nine West heels that I keep underneath my desk at work. I always keep a pair of heels in my office just in case of emergency (heels breaking, I forget to bring heels, etc). They aren't fashionable or high end shoes or anything but they get the job done in a pinch. The heel tips on these shoes both were completely gone due to them getting stuck in cracks on sidewalks. I was hoping they weren't too far gone to be saved. When you walk into the Cobblers, you're immediately hit with an intoxicating scent of fragrance. Inside is clean and beautifully decorated, it looks posh. I provided my name telling them I am here for the Yelp experience. I had to give them my contact information, I dropped off my shoes and off I went. Very quick process. About 3 weeks later I received a text and an email that my order was ready for pick up! When I arrived to pick up my shoes, again the process was quick and easy. The woman helping me was very friendly. She handed me my shoes gift wrapped and in an easy to carry box. Love the presentation and attention to detail. I am so impressed that I inquired into having my Gucci wallet cleaned. The employee gave me the prices and an approximate timeframe it would be ready. I plan on coming back for that service. I couldn't be more impressed with The Cobblers and I highly recommend them. Thank you, Diandra, for this unique experience!

No there isn’t. Only through there texting system. It’s all a horrible scam.

Hi there, is there any current path to reach your support team? Looks like maybe your text-based Support channel is broken…

They have purposefully no way for you to reach a human. I've had some luck through Instagram, but nothing elsewhere and even then it's a social media person, not customer support.
