Basically, these guys sell and install video security systems for your business, but I guess you could outfit your house as well. Our business bought 1 system and Dante, Roger and the whole crew were great from the beginning and even when we needed help they were patient and took the time to make sure all was ok. We just returned to them to buy 4 more systems for our other stores and they worked with us to make sure we got what we needed for each store. He then came back a couple of days later and installed everything and made sure that my server was connected and everything ran properly. For apple devices only capable of 5 ghz wifi band, I got an increase from about 120mb to about 250 mb. On Devices capable of using the 6 ghz band, I went from 120mb to about 700mb. Then he helped set up my work server so that other employees could access my billing database so that I did not need to have a complicated and manpower intensive way of getting everyone's data into the master file. He went above and beyond the call of duty, was knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended.

I love the continence of doing it from my phone and when I drive away without activating the alarm, it sends me a push notification, asking if I want to arm it. Awesome! More so, I want to mention the professionalism and quickness of Steve and his team. I've had them come back TWICE now, and both times they've been here the next day after my call and hooked me back up in a super timely manner. First I got new windows, so all the sensors had to be redone. Second time I got new baseboards, so I had to have the main unit rewired and I accidentally took off one of the sensors. No problem. I called to have someone come out to service my system that THEY monitor. My appoinment was between 8AM-12PM today. I had to call 3 times to see if I could get an ETA and each time they said he was on his way after he's done with his FIRST job of the day. By 1:00, I had to call again only to say he was running late and will be here "soon" I asked what did "soon" mean and he couldn't say. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I WAITED ALL DAY AND NO ONE SHOWED UP. Last month, I called to cancel my service and was told they would lower my price to $34 (previously $56 per month). I agreed. After today, I called to cancel them all together AGAIN and was told that, I, apparently, agreed to a 2 year contract when they lowered my bill. I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS. To cancel, I have to pay the full 2 years to get them out of my life. PLUS, they kept calling me to say I wasn't paying my bill each month when I clearly proved I paid by auto-debit from my checking account each month. They were crediting someone else's account. When I finally proved it to them, I still had to pay them $200 in LATE FEES! This company can't possibly be #1 in customer service with JD Power. They are rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. I cannot say this enough CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!
