I am very happy to say that Robert at Circle Security provided all the qualities we demand. He provided excellent customer service and communication skills. The Tech from Circle Security Solutions showed up timely and did everything that was required, he was neat and left the areas clean when he was completed. I would not hesitate to call upon this firm again when the need arises and would certainly recommend them to any client of ours that may need a home security system. I am a very technical person and have a decent amount of experience doing in-wall residential…read morewiring (for my last two homes I personally installed whole home ethernet to every room). Recently I decided to install nine IP security cameras to my home which required running nine separate ethernet drops to external locations of my house. Normally I would have done this work myself but due to the sheer scope of the work (including performing cabling at nearly thirty feet off the ground, and one particularly difficult cable run that was beyond my expertise) I decided to call in the professionals. I was not looking for some random handyman to come out and do it, I wanted a fully licensed and professional wiring company. Basically my expectations was that anyone I hired would do a far better job than I could do. I purchased all my own cameras and hardware and only wanted a company to do the physical wiring, mounting of the cameras and routing of the cables to my existing wiring closet. I put out a request for proposal, screened out the "handymen" that responded, and had a few in home visits. Miami Security Systems had a salesman come out to my house in a van in professional livery and he went over different options and we talked about expectations. A few days later he got back to me with their statement of work. MSS's proposal was not the cheapest I received, but was not too far off. However, the statement of work was very detailed and contained information on each cable run and it's associated cost. After I signed, two installers came to my house to perform the work. They were on time, courteous and were able to work very well without any micromanaging. Being a nine camera install with cable runs to all the different corners of a 3600 sq foot house it took these two installers two and a half days to complete the job. They worked very hard during the day with short breaks and very few interruptions to me (I was working from home). Each day they made sure that the locations they worked, even if not fully completed, was cleaned up and habitable before they left for the day. After all cameras were mounted and connected one of them stayed behind with me to ensure that each camera was working correctly and was aimed properly to cover the locations I wanted. I was also able to rely on their expertise in the placement and aiming of the cameras to make sure the cameras were being utilized as effectively as possible. I was very impressed with MSS and would definitely recommend them to anyone who wanted properly professionally installed wiring. They exceeded my expectations in installing the wiring far better than I ever could. They were also very eager to please and wanted to make sure I was fully satisfied with the job (I am).

I hired them to install a security camera system consisting of an NVR and 7 wired cameras in 2023…read more Price was fine and installation was fine but when it comes time to set up the app on my phone the installer asked me to hand over the phone, I tried to follow what he was doing but he was installing apps, scanning device bar codes, assigning device names account user name passwords...all done very quickly and he asked me only for a password to use. It is an app called EZVIEW I later on went back to try and understand different settings and configuration but there is no manual to follow. But on the day of the installation all were working fine so I figured I will retrace the app settings and figure things out. The issue is post installation support. A year later the app stopped working unless I was on WIFI I was disconnected from the cameras. I texted the installer and asked for advice, he said the issue is with my mobile data. Mysteriously two weeks later the app worked again so they fixed whatever bug it was. Another month gone by suddenly one of the camera in color would have images in B/W only after raining hard, I thought those are IP64 or 65 devices, texted again and no reply. Finally one day my app freaked out and deleted all the devices and I need to set it up again. I texted him again for help and offered to pay for his time to set things up again and he said next week may be. Next week came and gone texted again says tomorrow may be. After that no more reply. Last year I need to upgrade phone and I wasn't able to migrate the EZView app to the new phone, it is no longer on Android playstore, I haven't been able to use this app on the new phone and so I have to carry two phone, the new phone for everything else, and the old phone to use EZView and only works on WIFI (since it has no SIM card). The NVR and cameras still work but if you need post installation support it doesn't exist.
