A nikon lens was purchased for $450 and a filter for $150. The "Manager" Luis López swindled my aunt and uncle into paying up to three times the market value for these items. We looked up on the internet and saw the items on various stores for 1/3 or 1/2 the price they paid. I was super angry that a business would take advantage of nice, respectful tourists. I went back with them the next day to understand why the price gouge took place and whether they would make things right - basically giving a fair price. I should have know better since the receipt says "no refunds" and a "7 day exchange with 20% restock fee" was all over the receipt. Luis told me "this is America" and he can do whatever he wants. He denied to provide any refund or provide a fair price (above Amazon.com prices). I'm guessing this strategy will lead them out of business soon. I did not buy anything in this store, I went to buy a Nikon camera, and they told me a price of $ 499, and then they convinced me to buy a Canon for 540 that was somehow superior, well I bought it, great was my surprise already with internets I found out the camera I had bought, it was well below the price I had paid, verify that the Canon camera was in half and the Nikon asked first (do not buy) if it was in its price. I went 2 days before the new years eve, and asked for the galaxy S10. I was told to come back on the 31st between 8-9pm because there would be an end of year sale with an incredible price. I google the shop, just to see if there was anything about the sale on the webpage, and read all the yelp comments, but still decided to give them a try. I went the last day of the year, all the mall was super busy, and the shop was not even open. Furthermore, I went the next day, and ask the guy about the prices, and his response was: "sorry, that was last night promotion, today the prices are full". I wanted to buy an adapter plug which is normally 3-5$ , I bought 2 and the man that sells told me that both were 4.99$ which is reasonable price then I paid with my credit card and before I left the store, the receipt was for 53$ so I said they must have mixed it up when I went back they told me that nothing is wrong its for 49$ with tax!!! DO Not USE THIS STORE, they will swindle you, Bought a SD card the price was well over the market average but i needed a SD card as i was on holiday and had no way of going elsewhere I paid via chip and pin. On leaving the store the sales man said we have this little projector for sale for $14.99, my wife was with me and i confirmed with him 2 times that this was the price, i thought why not and purchased it on my card. A couple of days later i found they had fleeced me for $1500, there chip and pin machine is the type that you don't know see the amount, even though they said they didn't they didn't give me a receipt, they also knew i was leaving the country tomorrow, as i had paid via chip and pin on a debit card there was little my bank could do. They said i could return for a 20% restocking fee i was already in another country so unable to go back to the store. The men are professional con artists as they don't actually break any laws.
