Horrible. Canceled the non-contract and they wanna charge me 30 more days of service services…read more $450 for a one business phone line. They had told me the contract was gonna be $89 a month. If somebody hasn't stuck it in the rear end, go to Comcast they will stick it in the rear end.

Cuando llamo la 2da vez el representante me dice que como no formo parte de xfinity no puede hacer nada por mi, no me quiso pasar al manager tampoco y antes de pedir al manager me sugierio ir a una tienda. Bueno pues hoy sabado 04/09/2022 me animo a ir a la tienda porque mi mama aun sigue sin equipo para poder usar su linea con Tmobile. Pues me dicen en la tienda que no pueden hacer nada por mi en pocas palabras y que llame al servicio al cliente. En ese momento me moleste y alze la voz. Porque luego de mas de 14 días esperando "soluciones" la cual nunca llegan, cualquiera se cansa. Pues inmediatamente el manager que me atendía Roger me dijo: conmigo no, conmigo no haces papelazos y llamo a seguridad. Hermano, si a usted no le gusta trabajar en servicios al cliente y tratar de dialogar con una persona molesta, renuncie a su trabajo. Esto sucedió en la tienda 1190 west 49th Hialeah FL Al menos mire a las personas a la cara cuando se le dirige. No se quede mirando su telf. Usted paga sus cuentas con el dinero que trabaja y lamentablemente estas en servicio al cliente. Aun hoy espero que alguien me ayude a desbloquear mi equipo.

Along with most everyone else's reviews, DIRECTV deserves much less than one star. Just every time…read moreI have to deal with them, the service is worse than the time before. Are there any English speaking technicians working there? They are so quick to apologize for "the inconvenience" no matter what I'm calling about. Their apology means zero to me. I have had numerous phone calls to them plus four service calls since connecting my service in April to get one of the TV's working and four months later, there's still no service to that TV. To cancel their service will cost me $400 to get out of the contract. Take my advise and others who've posted reviews, avoid DIRECTV at all costs.
