I employed "Skals IT" to speed up my laptop and fix the "no sounds" out of speakers or headphones…read moreissue it recently had. Had happened in the last two days, were working and just suddenly stopped working. But did work to an external source like extended screen. The good - he accessed my laptop by remote connection and he cleared a lot of bloatware with CC Cleaner free version. And did get my laptop to run better. But he couldn't get my sound to work on on speakers or headphones and after uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek drivers a few times, he stated that the sound-card must have failed on the laptop, which either requires a used motherboard to be fitted (because new aren't available) or buy a new laptop. The bad: So I did some digging and found an app called "Fortrek for windows". I paid for one year's service and "Fortrek" went right through my laptop, cleared up more junk on it AND updated every driver that was out of date. It rebooted my laptop after all processes and guess what? My sound is now working on the speakers and on the headphones perfectly.

I used 123 Sys Networking to help improve wifi and hard-wired internet in my home…read more My home, which was recently constructed (20 years ago) already had cat5e cables wired into each room. The networking panel in the master bedroom didn't have anything set up. Jose figured out how to connect my modem (AT&T fiber) to my the wires running into my panel. He recommended a network switch for me to buy a few days earlier on Amazon. He connected all of the wires to the switch. He fixed the outlets to that they exposed 2 cat5e connections (one for data & one originally for phone but repurposed for data). The job was efficient and clean with no hassle. He completed all of the work in 2 hours. I now have 1GB hardwire networking in 5 of my rooms. Additionally, he recommended a great mesh routing system that worked for my house and budget. He told me how I needed to replace my existing Wifi in-place with least disruption to my existing IOT devices. I now get 200-600 mbps over wifi throughout the house with no dead spots nearly 700mbps (up to 1gbps) for any hardwired ethernet connection! I highly recommend Jose for any home networking needs. He is efficient and affordable.
