After deciding the SUPERVISOR called him and was very racist, said he should GO BACK TO HIS COUNTRY, have in mind this "supervisor" is CUBAN. very very very unprofessional, he also wanted to CHARGE my family member for the "training" which was 2 hours in the store, and he wasn't doing anything, he was told to read a magazine and thats all. Unprofessional behavior and refusal to address issues. #CustomerExperience #transparency #businessethics #customerrelations Warning: I had a bad experience with this company, specifically with Enrico's store manager who claimed to be the owner. We visited the store to buy two desks, one with a glass top and the other with a wood top. We paid for the items and were informed that we needed to return the next day to pick them up because they didn't offer delivery services. The next morning, I called Enrico to explain that the wood desk was too big for the intended space. He then informed me that there would be a 30% charge if I canceled the order. I raised my concerns about not being informed of the return policy when making the purchase. To avoid losing my money, he agreed to provide me with store credit. When I returned to the store, I exchanged the large desk for a smaller one and bought a chair. At this point, delivery was available, so I paid for it. However, when the goods were delivered, the desk was dirty and had concealed damages, while the office chair was also damaged. I tried to contact the manager, but he claimed to be on an international call and couldn't speak with me at the moment. I informed him about the damaged items and my desire to return them, to which he agreed. When my business partner attempted to return the items, the store personnel refused to accept them and insisted that we needed Enrico's approval. After contacting Enrico, he claimed to have called me at 8:10 am and because I didn't answer, he couldn't do anything as he was out of the office. He then made a comment suggesting that he knew the type of people we were and that he was Colombian and unafraid of people like us, which was unclear and offensive. In the end, we left the items we had paid for outside the store as they refused to take them back. We attempted to reach out to the management to lodge a complaint about the ordeal, but we were unsuccessful in obtaining the name of the person we should speak to.
