The manager and employee assisted locating a new home printer machine while making a decision between an HP or Brother. The prices for the printers are on sale but the ink is insanely priced, even online. This store provides a great self serve copier section with seven machines for customer use. Shipping services are available through Fed-Ex. The Sticky Notes (those multi-colored little square sticky pages) prices have gone through the roof and was laughable (See Pic). Although the customer service was excellent, and the store was well stocked and spotless, Im just gonna stick with Amazon for certain items and save a few bucks..

I have been coming to this OfficeMax store for a few years now. I like the convenient location and…read moreparking available. At first the copy/fax machines seemed very confusing but with time I had learned how to operated them by myself. The staff members usually seemed annoyed when you ask for help but it seems like there aren't enough members working during most of the shifts. If you are using the copy/fax machines you need a credit card and send the document to your email address, you will then receive an email confirmation with a code to access to your document and then you will be able to print. Ps: Ask for help is you don't know to operate the machines. They will eventually assist you ;) The store always has savings on paper and office items.
