Luckily I was still in the same plaza so I walked back to the store to return it. The sales associate asked why I was returning it and I told her. She said that they price match and asked to see it on Amazon. She was checking to see if the seller was Office Depot (which it wasn't). I guess they only do price match if they are the Seller or on their website. She pulled out her phone to check their website and saw that it was the same price as Amazon. I appreciate the sales associate's efforts. It's good to know that they match prices.

It is a full service FedEx office, but also has complete printing services. And if you would rather do your own copies and printing, they have machines available for that. The facility is very clean and they follow all of the COVID protective measures. I have used this place for professional printing jobs, as well as, for packaging and shipping, and it has always been a hassle free experience. I was always happy with the results, and would definitely recommend this place.

Apparently she must've been having a bad day or she was just not in a great mood because even to answer the simplest questions seem to be a burden. I decided to go elsewhere. Highly recommend Natasha going to some special training, a customer service.

I am disappointed because I asked this exact question before approving the order, and the reassurance I was given was not accurate.

The above being said, their name is a bit of a misnomer. I had looked up used furniture locations and when this place was listed, I assumed it was this type of store. The "warehouse" part of the name does not mean discount. It is just a very large showroom of somewhat pricy, albeit nice to look at, office furniture. There weren't any customers at the time we stopped by, although they may do most of their selling online or over the phone. It's been a while since I bought a desk chair or new desks, etc. and I know prices have gone up, but this is obviously a high-end retailer and not a place where you'd get a bargain. I'm surprised with so many smaller office spaces today and as more folks work remotely or work a combo of at home and at office, that people would buy brand new office furniture with so much scarcely used stuff available. However, if you are trying to make a certain impression or money is no object, you might find what you're looking for here.
