    Credit receipt with less than 1/2 the amount paid credited!

    Customer service is everything! I rarely give a bad review; especially if there is some effort to be friendly, helpful, and fair! The Davie Office Depot store's employees exhibited the exact opposite of those traits. I am a long time teacher and our school has a generic list of school supplies that is suggested for parents. I told the parents attending orientation that I don't need many of the items requested and said if they didn't buy their child's supplies already there were only a few items that our class really would need. I had one parent tell me that she already bought everything on the list at Office Depot and I should return what I didn't need and instead buy supplies the students would need. I figured I'd only return a few things that I had large quantities of already & since the parent gave me the receipt/packing list I didn't think it would be a problem. I went with my receipt/packing slip that shows EXACTLY HOW MUCH WAS PAID FOR EACH ITEM. The receipt shows it was paid by VISA & I waited in line to return 5 items and get a store credit and in turn buy other school supplies that were needed. I was told I would have to take a lesser amount than was originally paid due to restocking fees. (I only had 2 packs of notebook paper, 2 packs or erasers, and one pack of EXPO markers. ). I could have restocked the items myself in less than 2 minutes; but instead of getting the amount that was actually paid, $9.39; I received $3.52! They actually credited me 1 cent each for packs of notebook paper...and this was with a copy showing what was paid originally! I actually spoke to the manager, Jairo, because he happened to be at the service desk and he just stated that this was the policy and then walked away without any effort to rectify the situation. Not even an "I'm sorry, but this is corporate policy." I can see now why this store has a low rating already; and if this is in fact corporate policy I will never make purchases at Office Depot again!

    This place has so many bad reviews that I was a bit skeptical going in. With that said, I found the store to be very clean and the employees very nice. I went to the copy center and even though the line was a bit long I did not wait a long time to be helped. One of the copier machines was not working but the staff quickly helped me. Worth giving the store another try.

    the worst customer service ever. I wont be back, no workers and super rude the only 3 thst we saw. waited 45 mnt to pay a notepad

    I dropped a Zeiss 24-70mm lens at Full Line Digital Supply on 4/29/2022 for estimate to repair…read moresince it was making a loud grinding noise when attached to the camera. A month later with no call from Full Line on the status of my repair, I called and spoke to Oliver who told me my lens was just picked up by the repair guy and he should have an estimate for me within a few days. Since I never heard from Full Line Digital Supply, I decided to drive there today 7/6/2022 to find out about my lens. A gentleman named Juan who was there told me Oliver "is no longer with us". He went on to say he shouldn't have said that because it implied Oliver was no longer alive. Since Juan could not locate the order in the computer, I proceeded to give him the invoice order number. From that moment on, he started rambling about the facts that he is trying to organize the company since many things were being done incorrectly. He then claimed he called me and left a message on my voicemail about my lens which was totally not true because he couldn't find any updates on my lens under my work invoice. He then texted the repair guy who told him there was nothing wrong with my lens. What got me more irritated was not the lack of communication by this company but the lack of professionalism displayed by Juan. He was dropping F bombs left and right while rambling on and on about them not reaching out about my lens and the company not doing things the right way. I had to tell Juan about the inappropriate use of his language and to know his clientele to which he responded he didn't find a problem with it and it was probably a "generation gap". At that moment, I asked him to give him my lens back since I no longer wanted to have any business to do with this company anymore. Juan came back with my lens unprotected, not even labeled and the lens cap missing. Keep in mind I dropped my lens in the box it was purchased with a protective cover. He also had my camera box (that I had to ask for) in a different drawer and I was surprised at this point it didn't go missing as my lens cap. I told Juan they needed to replace my lost lens cap. He asked me if I wanted to pick up everything together and I sarcastically responded no because I was afraid my lens would go missing as well by the time I come back to pick up the lens cap. I went home and connected the lens back to my camera and the grinding noise is still there...not surprised to say the least. I will never do business with this company again. I'm just grateful they didn't lose my $2000 camera when I had dropped it off to have the sensor cleaned. Video with grinding noise couldn't be uploaded. Too bad there's not an option for zero star.
