By far the worst mgr. store in the area. This store is very close to my business but many times I will drive out of my way to go to another Office Depot. I have waited at the checkout counter for someone to come but after 15 minutes I had to leave. Today there were two individual behind the service counter and 10 people waiting. I don't know if the individual are that slow or they are just understaffed. This place is a joke. I visit Office Depot to get office supplies. I walked all around the store and couldn't find something as simple as a proposal folder. First guy directed me to school supplies, second guy directed me to notebooks, then asked the first guy I talked to where he took me back to the certificate section. Good location, quiet, clean store. Office Depot is a bit pricey with some items and there really isn't a whole lot of selection or variety to work with. When you come to Office Depot you usually want to just pick up specific items that you know you'll find in the store. Overall the staff is good with helping out where to find items, and checking availability on certain items. In fact I would even prefer creating a new account through their online website and ordering online with a coupon that is granted to you once you sign up with your email. It'll save you the trip and you may find a little more selection on items. read more

This is the closest Office Depot to me but I much rather take the extra drive to the one in Pembroke because the staff knows what they're doing and in the nicest way ever. It would be nice to come to this office depot and not have to wait in line for 25 minutes. This place needs to hire more staff and have more than 3 people working. In my experience a GOOD manager would see that if there are 10 people waiting in line with one register open they would open up another register. Very awesome staff, plenty of parking, and never packed. Unfortunately it's over priced and they (meaning all Office Depots included) don't have much selection. Only went because I had a discount, but even with that discount I would have been better off at Target or Walmart. I recommend for specific needs only. read more

Closest Office Depot to my workplace, and so far everytime i have come to this location it has been a good experience. I don't like that the online inventory is not in sync with the in-store inventory. I order online, inventory notes item is in stock, when I go pick up my order, all items are not available; some of your items had to be cancelled due to no longer in stock. What??!!! This happens to me often at this location. I asked an associate if the item is in stock; she checks her inventory checker and it says item is in stock. When I ask her where to locate item, she points in the direction (no one waiting in line). I tell her I've already looked where she's pointing me to, and she shrugs her shoulders and says it must be out and says sorry. She didn't offer to double check or see if they have any more in back. I asked her does their inventory tracker not update when an item has been bought, and she says she don't know; I asked her who would know, then she goes to a rep at the tech counter and shows him the item to see if it's in stock; he shakes his head no. This Office Depot is the worst. Every time I come I stand in line and there is no one at the register so after a few minutes I go to the print center after standing in line for 15 minutes (only 2 people in front of me) and getting to the front of the line they tell me the print shop is only for copy and printing and if I just want to pay I need to go to the registers. Mind you there is no one at the register but after hearing the man tell me I have to go there all the people in line behind run over to the register so now I have to move over and I have 4 people in front of me (who were behind me on the copy line). This isn't the fist time it's happened to me. And then after a few minutes waiting on the other line an employee finally shows up in no sort of a rush whatsoever. Mind you there were about 5 employees standing around talking or on their phones this entire time and only one actually helping customers. There is 0 priority to help you be on your way. It's makes no sense that every time I come it takes 20 minutes or more just to pay when the store is empty! Unless you have time to waste go somewhere else. read more
