When I drove all the way back there to pick it up, she just handed me the shoe - no apology, no "sorry for any inconvenience" - nothing. I politely said "...you know, it would have been nice if you apologized for all the inconvenience and losing my shoe for several weeks." She just smugly smiled and said "have a nice day." They could care less!!! Now I'm going to contest payment through my credit card company and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau etc. It's so easy to just say "sorry" - it goes a long way!! Son unos puercos! Ooo ademas que entegue mis zapatos en su bolsa original roja de tela y alegan que no es cierto y no me la devolvieron! Tienen un desorden y son unos puercos!
