This place has been around forever. I've been coming here since I was in my teens. The gentleman who owns the shop has a great sense of humor and is very knowledgeable about his craft. I brought a vintage Louis Vuitton backpack to be repaired and I couldn't be more pleased. Keep small businesses like this alive. If you have a pair of shoes or a purse you love too much to get rid of, get them repaired. Worth every dollar. read more

Well I just finished dropping off my shoes for the first time however, I was compelled to leave a review immediately. I must say the lady at the counter is so warm and inviting it makes you want to leave your shoes there. Her lovely attitude is pleasant and just put me in an all-around good mood. I'm so happy I found this little gem on yelp because I am most certainly going to be back for all my purses and all my shoes that need a little TLC. After so much searching of a good shoe repair place this is a good place to bring your shoes. They are good, I have taken several shoes to this shoe care place. The lady that receives the shoes is the owner and has been there for a long time. The store is not visible as you go into the mall, it is behind the cafeteria. There is a sign, that says SHOE REPAIR. Prices are reasonable, service is good, you ask them questions about how they will do the work she will tell you how will it be done. Everytime I go there, there's tons of shoes!! I just had the must horrendous experience withe this business. The old guy that works here it is very aggressive. Rude and disrespectful. He said he called me and left me a voice message ( I didn't get) then he call me again and I have a bad reception. I lost the call and he left a voice message, o dear lord what an ugly message. CROSSING SHOE REPAIR- It isn't often that one is under-promised and over-delivered but this was just the case when visiting this ol' cobbler shop. Having some bonded leather soled shoes begin to come apart I had a pair of shoes brought in. Ok, the price was very low which at first was a bit off-putting (because in my Miami experience that tends to mean just as low a quality job). Price tag? Only $7.99 but when I came back the soles weren't simply glued back, oh no, they were stitched together beautifully from the out-sole in. Wow! That's the kind of workmanship you only get from spending $300+ shoes these days. The shop is run by an older married couple who are just adorable and take lots of pride in their work. Miriam is the brains behind the counter and in her words everything they do is "old school". Love it! I will ONLY bring my kicks into this place from now on and would drive here from no matter where I am in town just to know that it'll be done right. They've earned my business from here out and I'll sing their praises so long as they don't ever lose sight of they core product, quality. read more

This is the best cobbler in town. I've now visited twice with quite different shoes and am amazed at the quality of the work. Both pairs have been fully rejuvenated for hopefully many more years of service, and the work was done quickly and at a reasonable price by friendly, helpful people. Went this morning with my favorite pair of pumps which one heel cap was completely off walking on the nail and the other heel was split in two.
