Came here for my anniversary , and it was fantastic! Great to have restaurants that use locally sourced , organic ingredients. I had the buttermilk fried quail appetizer which I'm still thinking about, and the pan roasted duck. My husband had the Chef's Tasting where the chef selects your 5 course meal, and he absolutely loved every dish. Staff and service was highly enjoyable. Loved it, and am excited to come back. read more

Food is great took my wife there on dinner date she was very impressed with dinner the waitress was great ,the setting was beautiful she ordered a steak dinner and I ordered the rack of lamb which was cooked perfect,we decided to have dessert which was a hit (peanut butter mouses and the macaroons were good to )and the price didn't break the bank but this is not your typical restaurant read more

Found this place on Yelp. Server was nice and friendly. Our starter was fried mozzarella which had a fishy taste not really sure why. The the mains where chicken under a brick which was dry and not much flavor the potatoes honestly where the highlight of the dish not the chicken. Also the Ribeye was super thin which was weird. It was mostly fat and inedible, covered is some type of gravy. The decor and serve A plus the food... a D plus/C minus. Can't say I would ever come back. read more

This was my first time here and really enjoyed it. Everything seemed to be farm to table. They have unique seasonal dishes. Two things I would do next time I came in... The salad had too much dressing which made it too rich. Taste was amazing but too rich for me. I added chicken to the salad thinking it would be grilled. When it came out it was both white and dark meat and it was fried. Not KFC fried but a good crispy fried with the skin which also raised the richness. Flavors were good. Service was good and would definitely go back read more

We stopped in for lunch because of all the great reviews. We were very much wondering after we ate what people were reviewing was it this restaurant or another one? Anyway for the money and the food and the quality and we're not really sure why this restaurant has such a high rating unless they do their own reviews? We will never stop here again the value to the food ratio is ridiculous the attitude of the people working there is absurd !! They are not in Manhattan and not in Paris I don't know where the hell they think they're from but they're in God damn Stewart Florida. Our advice is to pass this one by and find somewhere else to go. read more

For starters, the small restaurant feel and the wait and host staff were excellent. I called to make the reservation and the hostess knew all the specials and was super friendly. Our waitress was as well. The ambiance was welcoming and had a semi-upscale homey vibe. Kudos for the setup. The place fell short on the food though, for me. I ordered the Lollipop Lamb chops and my wife had the Porcini Pappardelle. The lamb itself was cooked to perfect temp however I believe the white wine sauce served was way too light for such a robust red meat (or maybe there was just too little of it). I would have loved to see a port wine reduction or a peppercorn type sauce and/or a better sear with a crisp crust. Maybe a mint jelly as is traditional? As it was, the seasoning was way too sparse, leaving me with a lamb chop that could easily be duplicated and not much liquid to mix with my smallish, and not uniquely seasoned on their own, portion of potatoes. For this price point, I'd like to taste something more unique and memorable for the portion sizes offered. The artichoke was the only standout on my plate, but that shouldn't have been the case (though too much of the tough outer leaves were left for me to spit out). My wife enjoyed her pasta entree, though. Maybe I'd enjoy a different entree? The pictures of small portions and simple menu descriptions aren't encouraging though. We'll see. I'll try most anyplace twice for fairness. read more

I don't know what to say. I am afraid to post how I really feel for the fear of this place becoming over crowded! That said... WOW! My son and I just had one of the best meals ever. Truly I can't think of any meal that was better from San Fran to London there is nothing better. Chris and Keaton who served us were friendly and exceeded expectations just like the food. In a world where service has gone down, food portions have gone down and prices have gone up, this meal was a reminder of how it should be done. Great value, spectacular food and amazing service. Thank you to everyone at The Chef's Table! read more

We tried this restaurant today because I had a coupon. The waitress was friendly and the decor was very farmhouse cute. Cute could also describe the size of the portions. My husband thought they left half of his red snapper in the kitchen. My pork pannini was delicious. The food was very tasty. Unfortunately, this dining experience falls short simply because of the value to consumer. We will come back again, but only when I have another BOGO coupon. It's simply too expensive when you have to pay full price. read more

First time visiting this establishment and I had high hopes. The ambiance was very nice and intimate. We started our dinner with the grilled octopus and the special ravioli. I enjoyed the octopus but my wife wasn't fond and I the opposite for the ravioli. My wife and I chose to get individual meals instead of the 5 course options. Kind of glad we did. The courses are the menu meals with minor curtails to the consumers needs prepared by the chef. My wife had the whole main lobster. It was different than expected as it was loaded with cherry tomatoes and onions. She said she would have preferred a normal whole main lobster with just butter. I on the other hand had the New York strip steak. It wasn't as I was expecting. Sliced thin in advance with a port Demi sauce that was more bland than I liked. The steak was cooked well, just wasn't prepared how I liked nor expected. Lastly, we had desert. It was the redeeming factors to our dinner. The creme brûlée was cooked excellent and my wife's chocolate cake with ice cream she said was delicious. All in all. For the price, I thought the meal would have been better. I may come back for another try. read more

Amazing food. Great staff and service. Had the Bronzino and it was well prepared. Highly recommend it it. Definitely high end gourmet!!

Great service and excellent food. People might skip if because the location but I would recommend to check it out.

INCREDIBLE! We used Chef's table for our wedding caterer. The staff, food, and bartending services were incredible. We had a wedding with over 200 people and their staff made our dreams come true! We love the restaurant too. 10/10 recommend this restaurant and catering to anyone. read more

Tonight we enjoyed their Chef's prix fixe 5 course meal for our New Year's Eve dinner. I can't say enough about how good the meal was. Easily one of the best meals I've ever enjoyed. Presentation for all dishes was top notch. I wish I had taken pictures but the pictures already on Yelp seem accurate. The first course was a lobster claw served over a fennel salad. The second was braised pork belly with baked beans and kale. The third course was a gnocchi which was absolutely out of this world. Honestly, it could have been my favorite dish. I would go back just for that. It was that good. The main course was a hanger steak with a carrot purée. I ordered medium rare and it may have been the most tender piece of meat I've ever eaten. Delicious. Dessert was a tiramisu which was as good or better than any I've ever had. The atmosphere was rustic but in an upscale way. The service was very good. It's New Years Eve and they were busy but the wait between courses wasn't unreasonable. Apparently the management felt it may have been because they bought us a round of beers which, considering we hadn't said anything and were otherwise enjoying ourselves, was a really thoughtful gesture. It is a fairly small restaurant so you're going to be eating in close quarters and yet it didn't feel cramped nor did I feel like I was being disturbed by other diners. It's not the type of place I can afford to eat at all the time, (dinner was $250 for 2 including drinks and tip) but I'm definitely going back to try lunch and see if I can get more of that gnocchi. For special occasions it's definitely on my short list of go to restaurants. read more

We have been to Chef's Table a few times on our anniversary etc. we don't go often because we reserve it for when we want to splurge. You won't find better food anywhere in Stuart. My advice? Just show up and let the chef pick out what you are going to eat/drink and settle in for a culinary treat. I am not even sure I can describe it accurately. It's that good. read more

Very quaint rustic ambience. The food was excellent. I enjoyed the papperdalle pasta with mushrooms and the yellowtail sampler. The snapper was cooked to perfection, flaky , mild and flavorful with a perfect crust. The pasta was very delicious and delicately flavored with the wild mushrooms and Parmesan. They had a very nice wine list. It is beer and wine only. read more

$12 for four 1 sq. inch anemic, overcooked raviolis!? Personally, I think this place is too full of itself. Prices are outrageous and service was mediocre. If a patron asks for the beer menu, why should they be wondering, ten minutes later, where the waitress is to order the beer? WHY when a steak is ordered medium rare, does it come out blood rare and PRESLICED, so it cannot be sent back for additional cooking? And am I a 6 years old who needs the meat sliced? It only encourages the meat getting cold, which it did. The rice, served with one of the dishes was overcooked . Potato soup, which has always been thick and enjoyable in other restaurants, was like water, more suitable to be slurped up with a straw. All in all a great disappointment, especially after receiving a $100 bil for one person! read more

Nice menu with plenty of variety. He chef often comes out to eye customers. Food is very good.

We stopped here for lunch. We were looking for something light and were having trouble finding a quick lunch spot that wasn't a sandwich spot. Eat her a couple of nights ago!! Let me start with service was good ! But food was not!! We had the chicken ! Greasy no flavor! And the pork which was dry and also no flavor! 14 beets (size of a quarter), three scallops (size of half dollar), calamari (never seen it look like this) and pasta half plate (16 fat noodles) = $77. STAY AWAY. Beets tasted canned and everything else had too much salt. This is by far the worst restaurant food I have tasted prepared In Stuart. Yes go to to Micky-dee's, that dollar menu is better food at a reasonable price. The Chief Table is not a restaurant I would recommend. read more

My wife and I went there for lunch on our 26th wedding anniversary and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. My wife had the opened face steak sandwich which was cooked perfectly and I had the homemade tagliatelle pasta which was excellent. We also shared a meat and cheese board which was fantastic. The waitress was extremely attentive and they even gave us a delicious salted caramel desert on the house for our anniversary. Will definitely visit again when we are in the area. Not amazing. Went here for lunch and I had the chicken panini with a side of black bean soup. Wasn't terribly impressed. The panini was very very very very small and hard and I believe the chicken had been stored from possibly a couple of days prior. Soup was just average. My husband had the chicken under a brick or whatever but same, not amazing, just okay. Not sure where or how these awesome reviews have come about, perhaps we came in the wrong day or wrong time. The waitress was friendly but for $45, I'll not revisit. read more

This restaurant is consistently excellent. They seem to be able to accommodate all tastes and food restrictions. The hostess and Waite staff are exceptional knowledge and if they have a question will see the chef to get the answer. The restaurant recently hosted my father's 90th birthday celebration. The food, service and staff were outstanding! Highly recommend.

Thank you for a very special Valentine's Day! From start to finish the night was perfect. The food and service were impeccable! We especially loved the scallops, gnocchi, octopus and the desserts. I had a birthday celebration in their private room this past Saturday night for 16 people. We had the four course menu with 2 choices per course. Half of our group had the wine pairing, the other half ordered drinks ala carte . The whole dinner was outstanding from beginning to end. The food was amazing and the 2 servers and busboy were amazing. They never had to ask who had what, which wine went to which person etc. the timing between the courses was perfect. The food was amazing. A huge thank you shout to everyone at Chefs Table who made the evening perfect. read more

Based on the impeccable yelp reviews, this became a must stop on our recent visit to Stuart. It did not disappoint! It's kind of a small place, two rooms, each with four or five tables. But it is tastefully decorated and you forget you're in a little building with a parking lot along SE Ocean Boulevard. For dinners, they only offer a prix fixe menu for $45.00. But they have plenty to choose from with a starter, main course and dessert included. I was very pleased with all my choices. For the starter I had the Peachy Corn Salad, (or was it the Corny Peach Salad?) Whatever it was, it was a revelation. I never thought corn and peaches could be paired together in one dish, but I was wishing for a bottomless bowl, it was so good. I really like those kind of discoveries. It shows creativity, willingness to experiment and confidence that the customers will like their creation. It reminds me of a watermelon, tomato and cucumber salad I had a while back. Memorable. My main course was the Hanger Steak. Slices of steak piled on top of tangerine braised carrots and kale. Again, unexpected flavors joined together to tease the taste buds. Even with the fruity/veggie flavors, the steak did not lose the unmistakable and satisfying flavor of grilled meat. You start eating the steak and all other outside flavors quickly take a back seat and say to the steak, "This is your show". Everyone on the wait staff is proud to be working there. They are very attentive and full of information on what you are about to eat. With each course, one person serves and another person is telling you what is being served. That is a grand touch. read more

Everything about chef's table is amazing! I used to work right in downtown and would get their farmhouse salad with the fish of the day, omg. I can't even tell you how consistently delicious their fish is, no matter what kind of fish! I don't know what they do to season it or how they cook it, but I never had one I didn't like. Their greens are always fresh and crisp, and I love that they source everything locally if they can. I'm big on supporting local businesses and keeping up the economy in our area before branching out. The interior is decorated very rustic and cool, it's a neat atmosphere to have a date night. read more

My first Yelp update, but it's worth the time to expand on my previous review. This place is fantastic, and a complete departure from the norm in the Stuart area. My last review focused on lunch; amazing plates of pasta, fantastic casual paninis, and so on. This time we went for dinner; a completely different experience, but equally memorable. Like one or two others, we decided to get the 5 course tasting menu ($65/person, with $35/person for the wine pairings). The courses were actually drawn from their dinner menu, with the chefs selecting the dishes they considered to be most fresh, and presented them in an order they considered most appropriate. For all but one course they gave the two of us different items, to give us a chance to try more elements of the overall menu. They change their menu weekly, so you aren't likely to get more than one shot to try something! Preceding the main courses was an amuse-bouche that played on potato skins, a crispy little bite of fingerling potato with a light sour cream and chive mixture on top. Simple but delicious. The first course for me was an Italian crudo of hamachi, with 4 different presentations. The best were those paired with cucumber and pistachio, but all were delicious. My dining partner received a perfectly seared scallop in a grapefruit broth, with little microgreens floating throughout. The second courses were the salads. Mine was a piece of buffalo mozzarella, topped with a sort of scotch egg (soft boiled, then fried in panko breadcrumbs), paired with arugula and fried pancetta. Hers had warm goat cheese, endive, candied pecans and raisins. Both were awesome. The third course was the same for both of us, with good reason. It was the one menu item I was skeptical about, but I was proven very, very wrong. Perfect homemade ravioli, filled with a semi-sweet beet and gorgonzola mixture, topped with a creamy poppy-seed sauce. Possibly the highlight of the meal. The fourth courses were the "mains". Hers was a perfectly cooked snapper (the skin was wonderfully crispy) in a classic french bouillabaisse broth, while mine was hangar steak with a beautifully reduced demi-glace, on a bed of spinach and roasted cauliflower. Both great, but I'd call the steak the winner. The desserts were very different. Mine was a no-bake cheesecake that melted in the mouth, while hers was a poached pear in a delightfully sweet sauce. Unlike the lunch offerings, which are more classically Italian, the dinner was a little more of a French-Italian hybrid, perhaps reflecting the combined background of the chefs -- learning in the French style, then studying their craft in Italy. But they pull off the more complex style with ease. Just fantastic stuff. A couple other places potentially compare (Ian's Tropical Grill, 11 Maple), but I don't think anyone else is doing quite what these guys are in terms of somelier service and chef-crafted tasting menus. Just go. Right now. You won't be disappointed. read more

I turned to The Chef's Table because I saw the reviews on Yelp and one review in particular caught me eye. The person reviewing mentioned how nice the staff at the restaurant was in helping her plan an event even though she was not local. I looked at three of the top restaurants in the area and made phone calls explaining the kind of event I was planning. None of them came even close to the service and promptness of The Chef's Table, which was my first clue of what a success my event would be. From beginning to end I was impressed. I had to plan an event from NY and Angela (The restaurant's manager) was amazing. Wonderfully accommodating and willing to help make our experience a great one. Angela's professionalism shined every step of the planning process, from customized menus that included our company's logo to incredible attention to detail. Upon arriving we were gracefully greeted by the staff. Chef Adam's NYC experience was apparent. The food was delicious, everyone at the party commented on how delectable everything was. The food at The Chef's Table is like nothing you have ever had, meticulously selected ingredients, paired to perfection to produce a meal that brings a smile to anyone's face. Set in a beautifully designed restaurant. By the end of the night we were lucky enough to meet chef Adam and express our gratitude for a phenomenal evening. read more

We used to live in Florida and became weekly regulars at The Chef's Table. We fell in love with it so much we even hosted our dress rehearsal dinner with them. The food- is absolutely amazing, from start to finish. We always get the tasting menu- and even end up adding courses. The bouillabaisse is absolutely amazing- the tomato/fish stock base is flavored so well and you can tell the flavors have just melded together to create a beautiful sauce. The fish is seared to perfection, served with mussels, clams and shrimp. Served with braised fennel, potatoes and other veggies- it is divine! Other favorite dishes include seared duck breast- which they normally serve with acorn squash or a veggie that accompanies the seasons. They try their best to locally source everything and really you can taste the flavor. There menu changes every other week and is (to me) Italian and French inspired with delicate touches that make the dishes complex, full of flavor, and keep you coming back for me. Not only is the food amazing, the service is impeccable. Pierre and Katie are absolutely amazing, along with all the staff. They make sure your table is clean, water is refilled, happy with the food, and always go over and beyond to make you happy. They listen to your wants and likes in different wines and make customized recommendations to pair well with your dishes and your palate. Go there to relax. This is an experience not just a meal. You will get lost in time here as you experience a multiple course meal, paired with fine wine over a beautiful setting. read more
