Service was perfect, ambiance great. We were in the area and finished our errands early ...so happy & lucky they open at 11a. A definite for me to return! Thank you!! read more

A Meal So Good Heaven Might Ask About It Some dinners fill you up. Some dinners impress you. And then there are dinners like the one we had at Chef's Table in Stuart--the kind of meal that feels like it was designed by someone who understands that food is more than nourishment... it's memory. We went to celebrate my son's birthday, and before the first bite even arrived, the experience had already begun. The menus were printed with "Happy Birthday" and his name, a small but thoughtful touch that set the tone for the entire evening. It felt personal, intentional--like the night had been prepared just for him. And then the food arrived. I ordered the Bolognese, and I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the kind of dish you quietly pause for after the first bite. Rich, layered, perfectly balanced--every strand of pasta coated in a sauce that tasted like it had been simmering since the Renaissance. Comforting but refined. Rustic but elegant. It was the sort of plate where conversation stops for a moment because everyone is too busy appreciating what's happening. Across the table, the beef Wellington was a masterpiece. Perfectly pink at the center, wrapped in golden pastry that shattered delicately with each cut, surrounded by a sauce so good it deserved its own applause. The entire meal felt like one of those rare experiences where craft, hospitality, and atmosphere align perfectly. The lighting, the pacing of the courses, the warmth of the service--it all made the night feel like something special was unfolding. If someone told me this would be my last meal on Earth, I wouldn't complain. In fact, I'd probably smile knowing that when I got to the gates, the angels might lean over and ask: "Wait... was it really as good as they say?" And I'd tell them the truth. Yes. It absolutely was. Thank you to the team at Chef's Table for giving my son a birthday dinner we'll remember for the rest of our lives. read more

QUALITY. SERVICE. VALUE. Came here for my husbands birthday and we did the chefs tasting menu. Such an appropriate price for all of the different foods we were served. Fresh cheese, crab cake, octopus, lamb, wild boar, salmon, and much more delicious foods. The service was great, the ambiance was romantic, and we will be back. They even personalized the menu and put his name at the top! This place is a sleeper for sure. read more

This place was so delightful, even though I was only in Stuart for a little over a week I came here twice! This food scene in Stuart is great and Chef's Table is no exception. On the first visit, we shared a corn salad, which was warm and delicious. We each got a half portion of pasta 1. cavatelli Cacio e Pepe was delightful. 2. Cordoncini w/ shrimp was tasty and inventive. We each ended with a dessert. My dining companion had a scoop of pistachio which she liked. The only less-than-stellar option was the tiramisu. Being from the northeast, I have had tiramisu more times than I can count at various Italian restaurants and this one just didn't do it for me. It felt like it was prepared at least a day in advance, and there was some sort of liquid at the bottom that made it un appealing. But, it did not stop me from wanting to return. I went back 6 days later for another wonderful meal! read more

Came here for lunch and had the salmon sandwich. It came with lettuce, tomato, an aioli sauce and side of pickles with a small salad. It was very filling and served on a brioche bun. My family got the half soup and half panini, with the house chicken vegetable soup. My husband got a half serving of one of their pastas, which comes with homemade pasta noodles. They were great with refilling waters and kind service. Only thing I would recommend for the fish sandwich is a tartar sauce and some lemon slices on the side to give the fish a little citrus kick, but I appreciated they asked how I wanted the salmon cooked. Seating can be limited, especially for large groups so either call ahead or be prepared for a wait if you're a large party. read more

The most amazing experience!!! The food was next level from anywhere in the county... the restaurant is warm, soft music, and those VELVET NAPKINS!!! Highly recommend the Corn Salad and every single other thing on menu! I certainly wanted to order one of everything!! 5*!! Congrats to owner and Chef! we will be back! read more

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful anniversary dinner at the Chef's Table last night. Since returning from Los Angeles we have been disimpressed with the area's food scene and looking for fine dining. Chef's Table did not disappoint. Service was impeccable from start to finish. Atmosphere is upscale in a cozy way. You would never know what you are getting into from the outside. Plenty of parking. We did the tasting menu which is an excellent value. They served each of us different dishes for certain courses so we really got to try a myriad of things. We added the ravioli course so seven in all. Hands down some of the BEST pasta we have had, and we have been to Italy. I had to control myself from sopping up the sauce with my finger. Octopus was SO tender. The bread and butter is heavenly. Macaroons that rival France. This place is a must try if you are in the area! We definitely will be back! read more

First timer here! I was supposed to meet up at Carmela's but didn't know it was here. I came early for lunch and parking lot empty. However, what a surprise to find this restaurant fantastic. They have a wide variety of dishes and we tried the lunch special. It was a mushroom quiche with a frisée salad that was divine. I rarely see frisée as salad. Inside, there were patrons. The place was clean and the staff pleasant. I highly recommend and will be back again! read more

I recently moved to the area from Orlando. I've tried every top rated restaurant in the area and they all have been subpar at best and that's being generous. The chef's table offers excellent fresh food that tastes fantastic. I've probably eaten here at least a dozen times in the last few months and not had one bad meal. We have done the tasting menus and regular. The pastas are amazing. This is the only good restaurant in the area if you're looking for good food. I definitely recommend. read more

This was my first experience there. It was a Wednesday evening and not busy at all. The waitress was professional and very nice. The menu is quite limited as there was not even a chicken dish. I ordered the "special" halibut over polenta with broccoli. My first thought when the dish came out was "this doesn't look like halibut". It was approx 1/2" thick and looked more like a snapper filet. One bite and I knew it wasn't fresh. Fishy flavor. Had a couple bites and that was it. The polenta and broccoli was delicious. I also noticed others who ordered it left it on the plate. Very disappointed- not sure I'd go back read more

Amazing food and the service is fantastic. My husband especially enjoy the atmosphere here. The wago sliders are amazing!

Just a great little restaurant, food ,service, wine list, attention to detail to create a perfect dining experience,

Came for the Beef Wellington. Coming back for that, and to try literally everything else. We found this restaurant by chance and are so incredibly happy that we did. The food was amazing. The service was impeccable. The ambiance is great for a very nice date night or even for a decent size group. We ordered the crudo tasting, octopus and the crown jewel - Beef Wellington. It was melt in your mouth and perfectly cooked. Everything was delicious and the service was perfectly timed. We left full and truly delighted by this experience. We cannot wait to come back and try the pastas! We are going to be back as soon as our stomachs will allow us. read more

Stuart- One of a handful of more upscale, yet unpretentious restaurants in an overly casual dining area, including Port St. Lucie. We were warmly greeted and seated upon arrival with reservations. Service was excellent. We opted for small plates. Our tagliatelle rabbit ragu was quite good but the duck confit was very good, accompanied by small portion of jasmine rice and leak cream. Good desserts and decent wine list. Convenient parking. Recommended. read more

My husband and I truly enjoy Chef's Table! It's a quiet and intimate space easily visible from the road. Parking is easy breezy, and they have both inside and outside seating. What impresses me most about this place is the stellar culinary creations! Everything I've ever ordered is absolutely fabulous... from their lunch menu to their dinner menu! We highly recommend their Beet Slider appetizer. It's 3 very small bites, but I swear these are so so good. My husband and I both agreed we could easily eat 20! They always have a few homemade pastas, including a Ravioli of the day. I love that you can get either half or full portions, so we usually get two halves as we love to try different options! Their ricotta gnocchi is wonderful and pillowy! Their meat/fish selections are great, and what is most impressive is their selection of side dishes! They have at least 15 options on any given day... so many different veggie options as sides (some produce is even local!) and many different unusual side dish suspects to choose from. They don't have a full bar- just beer and wine. Being a wine bar, I would love to see some more exciting and enticing options from their wine list... but that's just a small gripe. Our last visit, we made it to dessert and shared the panna cotta with candied pine nuts. I'm not even a panna cotta lover, but I would fight someone for this dessert! Service is very friendly and we are always well taken care of. See you soon, Chef's Table! read more

My husband and I made a last minute reservation and it was absolutely 100000% worth every penny. Just to note, the portions are very small, so the meal can be pricy. We ordered: -The house bread: seriously to die for -Mini beet burgers: we could've had at least 6 orders of these - they were AMAZING but very small -Grilled octopus: delicious, but nothing special as far as octopus goes -The Peachy Corn Salad: 10/10. The flavor was absolutely insane and perfect for summer. Highly recommend splitting it as an appetizer -Scallops: absolute divine -Lamb chop: arguably the best I've ever had We had wine both by the bottle and then switched to by the glass because we had different preferences. All that we tried was great. The staff was excellent and extremely attentive. Overall a fantastic experience and a must try if you are in Stuart/Jensen Beach. read more

Everything we had here for lunch was absolutely delicious, from the crispy pancetta in the Brussel sprout side to the lemon vinaigrette on the grouper. Service was well paced and helpful and the restaurant itself is warm and inviting. The house made pickles are to die for, too. You can't go wrong here for sure. We ended with the peanut butter ice cream pie which was also perfection in every detail, it was very frozen and we like our ice cream a little meltier, but this just let is take our time with this scrumptious dessert. We would absolutely return here! read more

Food was good but not as great as it had been last year when we were last dining there. Wine was not exceptional for being expensive Service people were nice but for some reason they split the job of the table up between what they said would be two people but we saw five different servers and they didn't communicate the questions we had with each other or bring us items requested because there were so many people trying to tend to the table. read more

Wow, this place had the best food in Stuart (don't waste your money at Kyle G's, this is a much better value). I ordered the tasting menu (for $70/person) and everything they brought out was excellent. As opposed to other tasting menus, if you are doing it with another person don't expect the same thing. They randomize what they bring to each person. The tasting menu seemingly included everything on the current menu... there weren't any off-menu specialties presented. The pasta was spectacular. It was served perfectly al dente with flavorful sauces. read more

She recommended quite a few things for lunch and she did not disappoint, we started with the chicken vegetable soup and then we decided on the beet salad with grilled snapper , and the hanger steak entrée it was amazing and cooked to perfection. I have been coming here for 8 years now, and there has been a sort of shift in enjoyment and I am not sure why. I have celebrated milestones at this restaurant, and I have been truly taken aback by the level of expertise from the chef. I am a chef and work at a world-renowned hospitality group. I have to say, the culture within this resturant is lacking in empathy and kindness. I felt disappointed the last few times I was there based on the overall approach of the waitress. This is not meant to be a "hate comment". I genuinely would love to see this restaurant improve in hospitality. They need to listen and prioritize their customers more. read more

Extremely good food, with a price tag to boot. $300 for 4 of us. Came on a Saturday night around 7. Quickly seated as we had reservations. Our waitress was awesome, very personable. For drinks, we had a great bottle of red which was perhaps the lowest price point at $48. Also a few beers for the guys. As apps, we had 2 of the octopus plates (two tentacles each) and the raw ahi..as another yelper said they were just a few thin pieces, rather than thicker slices you might expect. All very tasty but also gone in an instant. Our friends each had the short ribs..they could not stop talking about them in an amazing sort of way. My wife had chicken under the brick. Nothing earth shattering here, she said while tasty was actually a bit dry. I had the pasta Bolognese. The taste..incredible. But, it was more pasta then meat, so while I was looking for some 'comfort food' I did feel like I was doing extreme anti keto here. I got talked into the large portion but the smaller portion (due to it's richness) would have been more than enough. I truly enjoyed the food and the overall experience. But it's certainly not a place I can (want) to go often due to pricing. Would like to see the ambience inside perhaps a big darker (felt pretty bright for a Saturday night). read more

We had a really good dinner at The Chef's Table. I saw someone else describe it as "upscale without being pretentious," and that pretty much nails it. It's a nice place, but still feels comfortable and relaxed. The vibe inside is pleasant. It's not a giant restaurant, but it's definitely not cramped - the tables are a good size and the seating is comfortable. They had some Brian Grey blues/jazz playing in the background which was a nice touch and added to the good atmosphere. The staff was great. Everyone was really professional but also friendly and happy to help. They just seemed to strike the right balance - attentive when needed but not hovering. It just fit the place well. Trying to label the food just "Italian" doesn't quite seem right, although the pasta dishes (especially the ones with cream sauces) were fantastic. It felt more like a mix of styles, maybe with some French techniques and New American ideas thrown in. Besides the great pasta, the fish we ordered was cooked perfectly. The menu isn't huge, but there are plenty of interesting choices. If you're really hungry or just want to try a bit of everything, they have a six-course tasting menu option too. We didn't order the crudos this time, but they looked amazing when we saw them go to another table - definitely on my list for next time. Portion sizes felt about right for the type of food and quality. They aren't huge plates, so if you're starving, maybe just ask the server for recommendations on the more filling options, as some dishes might be on the lighter side. Nobody in our group left hungry or unhappy, though. We felt the prices were fair for the quality of the food and the whole experience. The Chef's Table is definitely one of the top restaurants in Martin County. It seems like the kind of place you could go back to often and try different things. It's popular, so making a reservation is probably smart, although you could always try your luck finding a seat at the bar. read more

The restaurant is small and cozy. The service is great. The food was pretty good. Smaller portions. My food was pretty heavily salted and the risotto was bland. Had a lovely lunch here at The Chef's Table. The decor was clean and comfortable, service was pleasant and the food was fresh. We started by sharing the Plato Misto of lightly fried seafood. We were very disappointed in our lunch here. The restaurant itself was absolutely darling, great ambiance. The service was fair but the food very disappointing. The salad I had was incredibly small as was the piece of fish that I added to it. My husband had the brick chicken which was very dry. I don't mind paying high prices but we expect a little more food and better quality. It's obvious we from the other reviews we just either ordered the wrong thing or got them on a bad day. Doubtful if we would try eating here again. Oh, the iced tea was amazing but the waitress neglected to ask if I wanted a refill. read more

My husband and I recently celebrated our 57th anniversary at this restaurant , which was new to us. We had early reservations and Chris saw us pull up and was there holding the door open! He directed us to a half circle booth, which was perfect for our celebration! There were personalized menus on the table with Congratulation wishes for us. We were smitten immediately! Chris and Steven were the most personable wait staff. They explained the restaurant's history, which was mesmerizing ! The story of Carra, the owner, and the Chef Paulo would make a best seller book!
