    Hi Felicia
    Courtnee D.

We started going here 3 weeks ago, shortly after they opened. We initially paid for 2 hours and realized we were bowled out after an hour. We asked if they could refund us an hour or give us a credit. The manager in duty at the time said that the system wouldn't let them do it but he could take my information and see what his Manager said about a refund or credit. Unfortunately they never called but we ended going back the next Friday and Matthew took very good care of us. Which we highly appreciated. Nice little bowling alley! The pins are on strings which is different and occasionally robs you of a struck but it's fun all the same. As long as you aren't with your competitive friends lol ! The wait staff is great! Food was good not great! Their pretzel with the honey mustard is fire ! We have tried the loaded fries, nachos, wings, steak sandwich and pretzel. We sat at the bar and Leo is our favorite bartender! We had some great laughs, stories and good banter! The drink here are really good! The Hi Felicia and the Instant Rizz have been our go to! But they have a pretty stocked bar. Definitely a great place to come and bowl, grab a bite or a drink!

Empty and im getting kicked out!!!! Lol take your business else where

Came into the restaurant to sit down while my kids were playing before ordering food and was asked to get up and move to sofa in their empty restaurant. I spend money!!!!! Called for the manager and she says its the restaurant policy that they have written no where that you cant just have a seat. There is 50 empty tables in the restaurant!!!!!!! No ones here. So I don't see how me having a seat would even be a problem. I literally have 7 kids with me and was going to order pizza for all but not anymore we will take our business elsewhere and advise you to do the same

It is Family Night at Fun Depot and while my boyfriend goes to play with his kids I came and sat at the bar. I had just missed happy hour which was until 6:00 p.m. My bartender was Sam. Let me tell you, can you make some standing espresso martini and such a great smooth extra dirty vodka martini. Sam suggested the brussel sprouts which I ordered and they were so delicious with all that bacon. My boyfriend ordered the chicken wings which was a sweet barbecue and Nashville rub. Let me tell you, you need to try this combination. It was sweet yet spicy. Sam also made a mango mojito for my girlfriend which was not overly sweet. I would definitely come back here. If you come make sure to see Sam. Not only do you get some really great drinks and suggestions of food but great personality

We only ordered the bbq pizza and it was to be expected for bowling alley food- not bad but not amazing either. I highly recommend getting the vip area. All of the workers were very nice and helpful. Our waiter checked on us often and was friendly.

First, let's start out with: what is Cordial? It's a bowling alley, with a fabulous-looking steampunk bar, a full-service restaurant, and pretty swank VIP room with 2 private lanes. It is also 100% locally owned and brand spanking new. Those 2 things are completely novel for a bowling alley anywhere these days! Secondly, where the heck is Cordial? It is INSIDE of Fun Depot, the arcade, laser-tag, and go-kart facility on 10th Avenue North in Lake Worth/Palm Springs, just west of 95, just past the very first light on the South side. Behind Dunkin Donuts (which is currently closed), and behind the strip mall plaza with one of my favorite pupuserias (*a tip for those who want to enjoy the bowling but eat elsewhere). Fun Depot has been a Lake Worth/PBC kid staple since it opened in the 80s, and is also family-owned and locally owned, and thus is a unique property to rediscover (separate Fun Depot review coming soon!). Now the batting cages are gone, and in its place is Cordial. To get to Cordial, you have to walk in through the front doors of Fun Depot. To the left is Cordial. To the right is Fun Depot. They are nothing alike at all in their feel, which makes Cordial a hidden gem already. It is hidden inside of Fun Depot, and the blocky kid-friendly outside of the building does not in any way indicate that the inside contains a swanky speakeasy vibe that rivals any nighttime business in downtown Lake Worth. Newness: -the shoes look brand new -the pins are on strings that snap them up so quickly -the fancy computer can program different players to have the kiddie rails up and others down, so it's a win-win for all age -the attendant programs your names in at the register so the computer is ready to go when you get to the lane: no lag time spent hovering over an old console trying to type in names -huge video screens display music videos, nickelodeon, sports, and ongoing funny short videos from what I could see. My kids were mesmerized. Mostly but the toy commercials on Nickelodeon, to be honest, which was not so pleasant. Atmosphere: The design is superb. The giant clock behind the bar, the chandelier made of gears, and the tin ceiling above the lanes are just beautiful. You can stop by to hang in the lounge or get a drink or a snack without bowling. I personally like bowling, and I believe the price point for this business is comparable to other facilities (but I did not check). If you're bringing your kids to bowl, though, consider that they might just spend their time begging to go to Fun Depot, as the massive arcade fun on the other side of the building is impossible to miss when entering the building. However, you can't let your kids go to that side without supervision. But then again, who can bowl more than an hour? Well, my family can, as 90 minutes is the minimum lane rental, and we bowled to the bitter last minute on the clock! The food: from the advertising, I was expecting the food to be more high quality than what we received. But then I have the same problem with Drive Shack - I am not a fan of the food. But I personally didn't go here for the food. I like the bowling, I love the atmosphere, I would come here to get a mocktail and listen to live music if they ever have that, but I wouldn't plan to eat here again, unless I was with other people who wanted to eat here, of course. However, take this with a grain of salt, as Cordial just opened a month ago when this review was written, and their menu and food might change over time. We ordered pizza, quesadillas, popcorn chicken, fries, and a giant pretzel. I only tried the popcorn chicken (fine, and the aioli sauce we got on the side was great) and the pizza (sauce was a tad spicy and crust not my thing). The pizza and the fries (normal steak fries) I did not find visually appealing. Service was superb. All the employees I interacted with were polite, helpful, and positive. Thank you!

There's a dog at the bar and as I walked in the door, they were escorting a cat outside of the bar. Now we all know the restrictions of having a liquor license. It's very unsanitary. They're not service animals and were not presented as such when I asked. @$8 for a Jack and 7 it's ridiculous! I asked for a brandy and seven which they said they don't have brandy so I asked for a jack and Sprite. She grabbed a tall glass and I asked for a short so she gave me a glass that they call a shot glass in here. It was a 4 ounce glass and when she started a pour, she said she could only fit half the liquor in it with a little bit of Sprite to give me where I asked for what would cost me the same price. I asked her then to put it in a tall glass and just don't put as much spray. She did, but it still tasted like a normal mixed drink with a lot of Sprite at eight dollars in a dive bar at 7:15 pm. She didn't want to agree anything of what I was saying for accommodate me with the lack of liquor in the drink. She explained that the bar was just taken over a couple years ago so it's changed. Probably might have. It's the same disgusting floor, ceiling, bathrooms, and moldy ceiling tiles as always!

The vibe is super cool, cozy seating, great ambience, dim lighting that feels like a hidden gem. I sat on the comfy couch and ordered sushi from OKA, which was honestly better than ever. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The cocktails were delicious too; strong, creative, and exactly what I wanted for a chill night out. I was having a great time, enjoying my meal and drinks, when disaster struck right at the end. I had literally just finished eating when a huge roach crawled right by my feet on the couch area. It was massive and absolutely disgusting. I jumped out of my seat so fast, thankfully I was done with my food, or I probably would've lost it completely. I didn't scream (which is a miracle because I definitely would have at home), but it was such a gross turn-off. I get that this is Lake Worth and Florida has its bugs, but come on, a roach that big in a dining establishment? That's not okay. You really need to step up the pest control. Also, the bathrooms could use some serious help. They're outdated and feel neglected, definitely in need of an update or renovation to match the rest of the cool vibe. Overall, the sushi shines, the drinks are spot-on, and the atmosphere is fun... but that roach ruined the ending for me, and the bathrooms don't help. Fix those things, and this place could be amazing. Hoping it was just a one-off bad night!

Worth Every Bite & We Will Definitely Be Back! We celebrated…read moremy spouse's birthday at Off the Clock, and our experience was amazing from the moment we walked through the door. We were greeted so nicely by the host at the front, and I immediately loved the personal touch he already knew us by our first names when we arrived. He made us feel welcomed right away and also gave us some great recommendations on what to try. The restaurant was busy, but it never felt overcrowded. The music was playing, the energy was great, and the atmosphere was perfect for a birthday dinner and date night. One thing I really appreciate is that reservations are required. It makes the experience feel much more personal and intentional rather than trying to pack as many people into the restaurant as possible. Now, let's talk about the FOOD because we definitely came ready to eat!  We tried: * Shrimp Martini - $20 Spiked cocktail sauce, avocado, red onion & cilantro * OTC Wings - $17 We did half Jerk Glaze and half Honey Glazed * Roasted Brussels Sprouts - $13 Charred and tossed in roasted garlic aioli * House Mac & Cheese - $15 Lumaconi pasta baked in their house-made Mornay cheese sauce with Parmesan crumbs * Roasted Salmon - $37 Caramelized fennel, roe beurre blanc & chives * The OTC Burger - $23 Signature house blend, OTC rub & toasted brioche bun And I can confidently say the food was worth EVERY bite and every dollar. We ordered a little bit of everything because we wanted the full experience, and there wasn't anything that came to the table that we regretted ordering. Everything was flavorful, well-prepared, and the quality made the prices completely worth it. Now, the DRINKS! We honestly tried so many that we don't remember all of the names , but we stayed mostly on the whiskey side of the cocktail menu, and the drinks did not disappoint. We each tried about three different cocktails throughout the night, and you could tell that just as much thought went into the drinks as the food. One that definitely stood out was a nostalgic cocktail that incorporated Jamaican rum. That Jamaican rum added such a spectacular touch to the drink and made it one of the more memorable cocktails of the night. The cocktail program alone gives us another reason to come back because there are still so many drinks we want to try. Our servers, Keiry and Kayle, took great care of us throughout the night. They were attentive, welcoming, and added to an already great experience. Another major highlight was the owner. He was spectacular! He interacted with everyone throughout the restaurant, which is something you don't see everywhere. You could tell he genuinely cared about his guests and the experience they were having. Since it was my spouse's birthday, he wanted to try something that wasn't on the menu, and the owner personally made him a specialty cocktail. That extra touch made the night even more memorable and really showed the level of hospitality at Off the Clock. Between being greeted by name at the door, the recommendations, the food, the cocktails, the service, the music, and even the owner taking the time to interact with us, the entire experience felt personal from beginning to end. Before we left, they told us about their brunch, and now I can't wait to experience that too! We're already planning to come back because there are still more items on the menu and definitely more cocktails that we want to try. If you're looking for a place with great food, craft cocktails, good music, attentive service, and an atmosphere that feels like an actual experience instead of just another dinner, Off the Clock is absolutely worth the reservation.
