Black milk tea is the most classic boba tea flavor, making it one of the best flavors to me anyway aside from Thai milk tea. It's a delightful combination of black tea and sweetened milk blended to create a smooth and velvety drink. Most black milk teas are made with Assam black tea, known for its robust, full-bodied taste, to stand up to the milk without becoming diluted. The simplicity of this drink makes it easy to customize, and it pairs well with virtually any topping or add-in. Thing Two enjoyed her boba drinks as well half of one of my drinks (ughs). She kept arguing with my wife and questioning our refund request until my wife became so frustrated and exhausted that she finally said, "Forget the refund. We don't need it." Only then did the employee stop. This was never about the $17. We are regular customers and order from your store almost every week. You can check our order history yourself. We have absolutely no reason to try to scam your business over $17. We also have all of our receipts and order confirmations to prove what happened. What is truly disappointing is not the money--it's how we were treated. Your store made the mistake by closing before the posted business hours, yet your employee made us feel like we were the ones doing something wrong. Please train your staff to treat customers with respect and professionalism. When the store makes a mistake, customers deserve an apology, not accusations or an argumentative attitude.
