Service was poor. I stood there for about a minute when no one else was being served. The two workers were talking to each other. Once they noticed me, they didn't greet me. I ordered a drink. They gave me the option of medium and large. I chose medium. They gave me my total, but I wasn't done. I ordered a second drink, and they asked me if I wanted a small. I said, sure. Then when I got my order, they were the same size. I spent almost $13 bucks. The drinks were so sweet. I don't enjoy milk tea drinks where I can't even taste the tea. It tasted like candy in a cup. I will not be coming back.

They advertise two sizes: 16 and 24 oz. In fact, the larger cup only holds 18.5 oz. (we measured it at home). How shameless!

Finally got in to try this place that I've had in my list for a while! It was a Friday early…read moreafternoon and it was empty. Theres plenty of seating though I will say the chairs felt a little small and not super sturdy which made me a bit nervous. Matcha milk tea was good! A little bit on the sweeter side even though I got 50% sweetness I'd probably go down to 30%.

I placed a milk tea order at 8:30 PM on Saturday, July 11. Your posted closing time was 9:00 PM,…read morebut when I arrived to pick up my order, the store was already closed without any explanation. The next morning, I received a notification saying my order was ready for pickup, even though I had already come to the store the night before and found it closed. Since I never received my order, I requested a refund. Today, one of your female employees called my wife about the refund. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience your store caused, she spoke in a rude, confrontational, and disrespectful manner. She kept arguing with my wife and questioning our refund request until my wife became so frustrated and exhausted that she finally said, "Forget the refund. We don't need it." Only then did the employee stop. This was never about the $17. We are regular customers and order from your store almost every week. You can check our order history yourself. We have absolutely no reason to try to scam your business over $17. We also have all of our receipts and order confirmations to prove what happened. What is truly disappointing is not the money--it's how we were treated. Your store made the mistake by closing before the posted business hours, yet your employee made us feel like we were the ones doing something wrong. Please train your staff to treat customers with respect and professionalism. When the store makes a mistake, customers deserve an apology, not accusations or an argumentative attitude. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business.

We made the drive up north to try it before they close since they carry some Vietnamese snacks that are hard to find in Austin. Their menu is extensive covering drinks, desserts, and snacks so it took us a while to decide on our order. All their drinks are lactose free which was great to hear. The staff was nice but it did take a while for everything to come out. Peppermint Pandan Latte / Sam Dua Bac Ha ($6.95) + Crystal Boba ($0.95): We got this at 75% sweet and it was delicious. You can distinctly taste both the peppermint and pandan and it was really refreshing. Matcha Lover ($8.75): We got this at 75% sweet as well. It is a matcha latte with matcha foam, matcha pudding, and matcha mochi. We were not huge fans of this one. The foam was really thick and creamy which made it hard to mix, and the drink had a strange taste that we think came from the flour on the matcha mochi. I think it would have been better if we had eaten the mochi off the top first before mixing everything together. Popcorn Chicken ($8.75): This was okay. They used a different type of batter than what I am used to and it was pretty bland. I didn't like the chili dipping sauce either. Taiwanese popcorn chicken is still way better to me. Mixed Soft Rice Paper With Full Topping / BT Phoi Suong Full Topping ($14): This was our first time having banh trang tron with dried meat and seafood toppings. It also came with a sliced hard boiled egg instead of quail eggs. Very interesting and different. I really wished it came with tamarind sauce because that was the one flavor I felt was missing and would have tied everything together. The portion size also felt a bit small for the price.

Normally you can lose the tea essence with the fruity and matcha flavors. We loved these. Will stop by again.

I like fruit tea and drinks, so I get the mango coconut milk smoothie. The staff here is soooo nice, they checked up on us a few times after getting our drinks and sitting down. The shop is very clean too and comfortable for sitting and enjoying your drink. Now there's new food offerings like the croffles, I'll come back and try them next time.

But we received a BOGO coupon in the mail, and sure enough we wanted to try them out again. When we got there, the bobarista happily accepted the coupon and took our order. I went for their Lychee Green Tea and P2 ordered their Uber Smoothie. It didn't take too long for our drinks to come out, around 5-7 minutes. We were seated on some comfy chairs, and the bobarista served our drinks to us. I think presentation-wise, they did a good job. They claim to have "beverage aesthetics" and I tend to agree. Does having good "beverage aesthetics" make a drink taste better? No, definitely not. We both thought our drinks weren't too bad, however. I had ordered my drink with 0% sugar but I added boba to mine. My drink also already came with lychee coconut, so the two toppings sweetened my drink naturally. P2 complained that her drink was still too sweet for her liking. We appreciated the service and the pleasant ambience inside. I took off a star because the drinks were just too expensive. Without a coupon, I don't think we would come back here with drinks costing $7-8 each!
