The next morning, I received a notification saying my order was ready for pickup, even though I had already come to the store the night before and found it closed. Since I never received my order, I requested a refund. Today, one of your female employees called my wife about the refund. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience your store caused, she spoke in a rude, confrontational, and disrespectful manner. She kept arguing with my wife and questioning our refund request until my wife became so frustrated and exhausted that she finally said, "Forget the refund. We don't need it." Only then did the employee stop. This was never about the $17. We are regular customers and order from your store almost every week. You can check our order history yourself. We have absolutely no reason to try to scam your business over $17. We also have all of our receipts and order confirmations to prove what happened. What is truly disappointing is not the money--it's how we were treated. Your store made the mistake by closing before the posted business hours, yet your employee made us feel like we were the ones doing something wrong. Please train your staff to treat customers with respect and professionalism. When the store makes a mistake, customers deserve an apology, not accusations or an argumentative attitude. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business.

We made the drive up north to try it before they close since they carry some Vietnamese snacks that are hard to find in Austin. You can distinctly taste both the peppermint and pandan and it was really refreshing. Matcha Lover ($8.75): We got this at 75% sweet as well. It is a matcha latte with matcha foam, matcha pudding, and matcha mochi. We were not huge fans of this one. The foam was really thick and creamy which made it hard to mix, and the drink had a strange taste that we think came from the flour on the matcha mochi. I think it would have been better if we had eaten the mochi off the top first before mixing everything together. Popcorn Chicken ($8.75): This was okay. They used a different type of batter than what I am used to and it was pretty bland. I didn't like the chili dipping sauce either. Taiwanese popcorn chicken is still way better to me. Mixed Soft Rice Paper With Full Topping / BT Phoi Suong Full Topping ($14): This was our first time having banh trang tron with dried meat and seafood toppings. It also came with a sliced hard boiled egg instead of quail eggs. Very interesting and different. I asked for mine to be the least sweet possible, but still found it to be a little bit sugary, but it wasn't bad. That's just honestly a personal preference of mine. My husband got a drink with some IU jelly and it was very refreshing. I can't remember the exact TV base that we used but we enjoyed it. Customer service was excellent. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.
