This Milk + Tea spot at a strip mall on Parmer is pretty chill. I've only been there a couple times, but it is a nice place. Besides the drinks which seem pretty standardized across Milk+Tea locations, I like how they have the interior of the store organized. There's where you order, of course. Order at a kiosk. But there are also several places to sit. Near the entrance, there are what you might call wooden bleachers. But across from them, there are some comfy chairs. They have some board game available. Further in, there is some seating on the second level. It's a pretty calm environment from what I can gather, so I like stopping by when I'm in the area.

This is a really nice boba spot. They have lots of seating, including upstairs, in case you want to get some work done or hang out with friends. The service is quick. Their food is yummy and fresh. The staff are efficient but not super friendly. It feels cozy and clean. I like this place a lot!

Cute hangout spot with your friends. Drink amazing drinks + play games. Spacious with two levels, clean and has nice backdrops for photos. We got uji matcha, orange green tea and mango snow, all delicious! We had a great time chilling for a couple of hours. Only downside was service was slow, took almost 10 minutes for drinks to be made. At one point, wasn't even sure if anyone was making any drinks.

Was shocked to see minimal reviews on Yelp near the end of 2023 which made me think this spot was new. However it looks like it's just Ding Tea rebranded. Extremely familiar with Ding and I love them so I had high expectations. Price is steep though. Enter and order at a kiosk or up front, service is fast. No slight ice option so know less ice is still a ton of ice. They do have slight sugar but don't translate that to the ice levels, which we have in Seattle (slight being 25%). While some might complain that more ice is less of the drink (liquid), my main issue is that the ice waters down the drink extremely fast especially with Austin heat. Jasmine Green Milk Tea w/ Golden Boba - honey infused golden boba is just as expected: fabulous. Golden boba has an extra bounce compared to regular boba and Ding is one of the few places that offers it. Slight sugar helps the green tea be appreciated but I thought the tea wasn't that strong. Tasted a bit watered down but ice may be the culprit.

I'm a big fan of Milk+Tea! They have so many options that you can never get tired of their drinks! They're a little on the pricey side of things, but overall, really like it

Very nice staff helpful with the menu. Decor is gorgeous and highly "grammable". Ha. Excellent, cute date spot or place to take the kiddos for cute pics and yummy drinks. Prices are very reasonable in my opinion compared to some other places. Only issue is our lil girl is a boba-head now.

Pretty good milk tea store in north Austin. I saw some photos online of this new store opening and had to come take a look for myself. It seems to be the same store as the old ding tea. But regardless I enjoyed my slush! They also had a cute upstairs area decorated with string lights. Would be a good place to do some work or studying.

A great bubble tea spot to stop by for a quick treat or even study session. Good Wi-Fi and plenty of seating, parking was plenty and service was nice. I got the basic bubble tea with boba at 50% sugar which was sweet enough, I also got the fries and maybe cos it was their last batch they were kinda meh but not the worst.

The menu has great variety, from amazing Vietnamese coffees to refreshing sugarcane- and fruit-based boba drinks. My go-to order is the pandan coffee and the kumquat sugarcane drink. The coffee is extremely strong( which is what I expect) , and you can tell they use beans from Vietnam . They also offer great snacks, including some traditional Vietnamese street foods. Honestly, whatever you order will be good, from the fruit drinks, milk teas , smoothies, & snacks you won't be disappointed. Also, dont sleep on the croffles. I usually don't like croffles at most places because the texture can be dry / hard or overly sweet, but these are the best I've had, in my opinion.

They offer a variety of drinks and snacks so it took us awhile to decide on our drinks. Cloudy Taro Bliss + Lychee Jelly ($8.04): I ordered this at 75% sweet. It's perfect if you sip continuously, but the sweetness becomes more noticeable when you pause. Besides that, the drink is very smooth and has a prominent taro flavor. Popcorn Chicken ($8.99): Decent, but not the best I've had, though my friends enjoyed it more than I did. However, everyone else likes it. The portion felt a bit small for the price too. It came with a side of pickled veggies which was different. Vietnamese Stir Fry Corn ($8.49): The flavors were on point. They seem to use Vietnamese butter which makes it taste more authentic, and the Chin-su sauce really elevates it. Durian Sugarcane ($8.94): My husband thought this tasted canned rather than made with fresh sugarcane. Roasted Rice Milk Tea With Pandan Foam: My friend's husband ordered this at 100% sweetness, which was too much for me, but the flavor combination wasn't bad. Strawberry Milk Tea With Pandan Foam: My friend got this at 50% sweetness, and it was a bit sweeter than my Cloudy Taro Bliss. The drink tastes exactly like strawberry milk, so if you like that, this is for you. I enjoyed the taste, but it's not my go-to milk tea choice. Sesame Coffee: The Vietnamese coffee had a strong, bold flavor, though the sesame notes in the foam were quite subtle. Rice Paper Salad: Ordered to-go which is not recommended. Unfortunately the rice paper was hard and clumped together, even after pouring the sauce on top, which really affected the overall quality.

The sugar options were only 100%, 50% or 0% so I got 50%. I found it to be a little bit too unsweet so I wish there was a 70% option. The Boba pearls I felt could be more chewy, but the drink had good flavor. We ordered from a kiosk, so the staff didn't really greet or interact with us and I feel that could've been improved. I'll probably come again to try other drinks since it's close to me.

Bold that or something (not just us either, other ppl did the same thing but just walked out again) We ended up just ordering and the boba itself was just okay. The service was really odd. I was kind of excited because it seemed to be pretty authentic boba, but after looking at the menu and asking questions I realized it was just a facade. The swirl milks are just strawberry milk. The boba is also just so so. When I asked if I could have my drink hot, the cashier replied with "yes the boba is in a warmer". I didn't have the energy to explain so I just accepted it. However on the upside the space is pretty nice to study. They were so empty the entire time I was there. There wasn't a single table that was occupied for the 4+ hours I was there.

Very kumquat forward and it was refreshing. I added & grass jelly to it. honeydew smoothie with honey bob 5/5 I usually don't like smoothies or milky drinks but this honeydew flavor was so good and it wasn't milky. Perfect balance! It honestly feels like you've stepped into a fairytale -- the flowers, the decor, the atmosphere. Just being here instantly lifts your mood. On top of that, the matcha and desserts are truly excellent. The desserts are especially impressive: not overly sweet, very balanced, with a delicate, soft texture. It was my first time at this location…read morebut I looked the location up prior to arrival like any good Yelper to determine what the 'vibe' was. Based upon reviews and research, I deduced this was a place that required those who visit to order at a kiosk to get their goodies. Side note: I have noticed that many Bobba and fast casual places have reverted to this model; where customers order and pay themselves without the interaction of an employee and then wait for their food. The main difference here and other places that have similar self service is that this place provides customers with a plethora of Instagramable/ FOMO opportunities. My partner elected to order an oreo marshmallow frappe. This frappe was rich and decadent and included silky chocolate interwoven with oreo crumbles. This frappe tasted exactly like a 'fluffy' oreo; just devine. On the other hand, I ordered the creme brulee souffle pancake. For those who have not yet had the opportunity to try this Japanese delight, the name is what it implies; a creamy stack of pancakes with crunchy bitter caramel, and silky vanilla custard. This dessert happened to be accompanied by a dollop of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. These pancakes melted in my mouth and each bite was just as good as the one that preceded it. Aside from the great desserts as mentioned above, there are far too many instagrammable opportunities in this place (*truly a foodie and Yelp Elites dream).
