They do have free 1 hr visitor parking at the San Jacinto building which forthright is just inside of (so parking right out front), but bear in mind since it's only an hour you can't dwell too long unless you park elsewhere. Last note - the staff were friendly, quick, and helpful with the drink! No issues there. Bathroom is shared inside the building and very clean/nice as well. We had a reservation at 8 am right when they opened, and when we walked in, we were seated immediately. The place looks like a modern twist on the old-school diners your grandparents love. There's also an upstairs and downstairs patio. Plenty of space! We were sat at one of the two-person tables. To start, I ordered their house drip coffee while my girlfriend got their "Lil Remi," an iced cappuccino with salted caramel. The black coffee was excellent and flavorful, while my girlfriend thought her Lil Remi was like a milkier shaken espresso that she really liked. From their starters, we ordered their Blueberry Lemon Pop Tart to share. I am a sucker for a homemade Pop Tart, and the jam on the inside was extremely fresh, and the icing and crust of the Pop Tart itself was sturdy and full of flavor.
