    Peach & Strawberry

This is their newest location located at a shopping plaza near Tech Ridge. There's ample parking. I went on a Friday night and it was quiet. I ordered two drinks off their specials, the Peach & Strawberry Oolong Tea and the Mashed Taro Bubble Milk Tea. I liked both drinks, but I accidentally ordered wrong the wrong topping for the first one. I personally don't like popping boba, rather I like jelly or amber boba only. And the Taro drink is made with Jasmine Tea, and I know I like Black tea way better. So next time I will modify it to my liking! :) I also tried their chocolate egg waffle, made fresh, which was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And their pistachio macaron was so delicious. The ham and cheese bread reminded me of a sweet Hawaiian roll. There's also little claw machine games you can play. And there's a good amount of seating inside.

Their second location in the Austin area offers ample space, bright lighting, and plenty of parking--a definite plus. Unfortunately, during my visit, they were out of strawberry flavoring for their drinks. Opting for a mango yogurt slush, I found it to have a decent mango flavor, and it arrived promptly. It's a great spot to unwind with friends or for a study session while enjoying a drink.

I'm a regular at Tsaocaa, and I always get the brown sugar tea with extra brown sugar jelly, no ice, and just 50% sugar. The first time I tried it in the store, it was perfect - exactly what you'd expect from top notch bubble tea place. But since then, it hasn't been consistently good. The second time I went, the drink tasted a bit strange... It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't as good as the first time. Even when I ordered through Uber Eats, the quality wasn't there. The store itself isn't very lively, there are usually a lot of empty chairs, and the menu is pretty basic, just tea, macaroons, and some other things. Most of the time, it's quiet, and you only have to wait if there's a delivery order. But the service is usually pretty good. Overall, Tsaocaa can be hit or miss. It's better to go there in person rather than ordering delivery. When they get it right, though, it's really good.

Delicious fruit drinks and everything! I've been to other Tsaocaa locations in Austin, but when I heard there was a grand opening, of course I had to stop by. Drinks: I've always enjoyed their slush (specifically lychee slush and mango slush), but I was pleasantly surprised with their milk tea as well - Lychee milk tea: Strong tea flavor with actual chunks of lychee in there - Mashed Taro milk tea: Jasmine tea base which is really fragrant. The toppings include boba, REAL chunks of taro, and rice(?). Interesting combination but it works. Got pretty full after the drink tho. Was not really impressed with its Passion fruit and lime tea. Strong tea flavor, but I do feel like it needs more of the tangy and refreshing taste of the fruits Service: Quick and friendly staff Location: Plenty of seatings with long tables. Great for doing work there. They even have real orchids on the table! **I did notice that the slush at this location does not come with foam like other Tsaocaa locations, so just a heads up. And I guess since they just opened, the menu variety is quite limited.

Tsaocaa is known for its delicious fruit tea, fruit tea slush, and fruit milk tea. Lychee tea slush and mango oolong tea slush are refreshing and delicious. They actually use lychee in the slush because I could taste a bit of the grainy part around lychee seeds. They also mash fresh mango in mango oolong slush. Lychee milk tea is surprisingly delicious. Most places that offer lychee milk tea use lychee flavor powder, but here it tastes like real lychee without the strong taste of lychee powder. Mashed taro milk tea: Very good with real taro chunks, golden boba, and purple rice. If you normally love taro milk tea and are curious about what real taro tastes like, try this drink. Taro milk tea uses taro powder which tastes different. Boba is nicely chewy, and purple rice is like sticky rice. With all these 3 toppings in one drink, you'll be pretty full. We visited this location during grand opening so the menu is a bit limited compared to other Tsaocaa location, but it's ok. Sometimes less is more - they have less options but they do them well, which is important. The store is clean and bright - great for hanging out or studying/working. They have free WiFi as well. Some staff members know the password, some don't, so here it is (as of 12/21/2023): tsaocaa3 Location: conveniently located on the same shopping center with Ross off I-35. Staff: fast and efficient. Highly recommend you to try this place if you're in the area.

Taro milk tea has boba in it (didn't pay to add it)

Bad service and bad menu! The menu shows specials with different combinations. I ordered 3 kinds and only 1 came as shown on the menu with boba included. The smashed taro I ordered came with smashed taro and the rice, but no boba, the brown sugar ones also came with no boba, but then for some reason with the taro Jasmine they decided to include the boba. When I went and talked with the woman inside she said you have to pay extra for the boba. It doesn't even make sense if that's how it is then why did the taro jasmine come with boba as shown? I understand a lot of places do that but they make it very clear that you're only paying for tea and must add boba. This place showed amber boba was included in each drink I ordered. Even on their ordering system Amber boba was listed under the item ingredients. If you see the photo of the menu I included you can see Amber boba listed on the drink. When I tried to explain this to the woman she said she couldn't do anything about it. Then I asked to talk to a manager and she said they weren't there and that she herself was brand new. When I asked for a refund then she said she didn't know how. I asked her to call the manager then and she agreed to and was told to send a photo of the receipt so they could do it on their end. That was the best part of my experience but to think I had to push for it to happen is frustrating. I left 3 drinks with them and am hoping I get my refund as promised. I don't think I'll go back. I would have happily paid for boba but don't falsely advertise next time. I'm giving them two stars just because the place inside was clean and the one taro Jasmine we kept was decent (though very strongly flavored of coconut).

We ordered the Brown Sugar Latte, Mango Oolong Tea Slush, and Avocado Milk Slush. Sammie took our order and she was very sweet. Will be back

Food, service and ambiance is amazing. Clean and modern. Instantly drawn with the sweet smell of boba.

Drinks were really refreshing and the macarons looked really delicious. Service was good, and the place was really clean.

Overall will be back eventually, even if just for drinks again. Just wish they were open a little later :)
