Instead of removing her gloves, washing her hands, and putting on a fresh pair, she continued wearing the same gloves and went back behind the counter. That alone made me uncomfortable enough that I decided not to order anything. I politely made an excuse about not being interested in the flavors, and we left. What made it even worse was that, as we were leaving, we watched the same employee walk outside, touch the door handles with those same gloves, and then go back inside without changing them. Gloves are supposed to help prevent cross-contamination, not be worn while touching the floor, door handles, and other potentially dirty surfaces. This is especially concerning at a food establishment where cleanliness and proper food handling should be a priority. I can't speak to the quality of the ice cream because we chose not to order, but what I witnessed was enough to make me question the hygiene practices at this location. I really hope management addresses this and ensures employees are properly trained in basic food safety.

They have a diverse menu, with several caffeine-free options (including the option to sub sparkling water for tea in some of their fruity drinks). They also have a variety of foams (foam fan here) like taro and matcha. Their drinks *usually* hit the spot. On my most recent visit, I tried the Bursting Dragon Fruit (with sparkling water instead of tea). Even though I ordered it with 25% sugar, it was still really sweet. Didn't feel like the subtle sweetness that I expected. Can't even imagine what 100% is like. So, don't forget to scale back on the sugar.
