So, if a drink needs to be steeped, they will wait until every drink in front of it has been finished to even start the 5-10 minute steeping process, instead of starting to steep the leaves while they work on blended drinks. Three employees wander around aimlessly while dozens of people wait for a single, simple drink. Most other boba places are able to get drinks out within a minute or two. What is your excuse? There is truly no reason for a single milk tea to take 30 minutes. Fix your training. EDIT: In response to the owner, I do understand that popularity will slow things down, but that wasn't what I was observing. It was a steady trickle of guests coming in every few minutes, and it seems like the crowd was created from congestion of orders stacking up at a higher rate in than they were going out. Orders were only being handed out every several minutes, and while I have also worked in food service/retail and understand having to take breaks and slow down sometimes, the employees seemed like they were just meandering about without a care in the world. I'm truly not sure why, at the very least, steeping wouldn't be started early. I go to a lot of boba places, and I've had many good friends who work (or worked) at boba places, even if I have not directly worked at one myself. The employee behavior was not like anything I've ever seen before.

Upon my first sip, I was greeted with creaminess of the oat milk blended in Matcha, but then I was hit with the very sweet flavor of the mango, which overwhelmed my drink. My recommendation is to go less than the 80% sweetness level if you are choosing a drink that contains fruit (i.e mango or strawberry). I'll definitely be coming back again!

I watched them make it , it appeared to be 3/4 some type of milk or cream, 1/4 coffee and the cheese foam to top it off. It was good, I would order again but I wasn't amazed by it. the cheese foam tasted similar to a cheese cake - it was my first time trying the cheese foam so I don't have a comparison as to what it should taste like. store was clean and bright. seating on both the upper and lower level with 2 claw machines. staff was kind and didn't mind explaining the different coffees when asked. this is nearby the office so i'll definitely be back'!
