    Oolong milk tea with foam

I've been to the other locations as well and didn't necessarily enjoy their drinks too much but maybe I was ordering the wrong things! Came to this location and tried one of their oolongs and it was very enjoyable! They have a loft upstairs and plenty of seating with games to pass the time as well :).

My grapefruit honey green tea boba was awesome! I will definitely be back to order that once more. The grapefruit flavor was strong, and even though I selected full sweetness in the drink, it was not over-powering at all. The boba was delicious too. Service was average. The employees were timid. As a new customer I had questions and was unfamiliar with the menu, so when I asked questions, it seemed to confuse them. That struck me as odd. However, my order was clearly placed and was made correctly. The store (downstairs) is rather sparse. There is some seating, but a lot of open space. Upstairs twinkle lights can be seen on the ceiling. I chose to stay downstairs, so cannot comment on the top floor.

This boba shop is a good place to get some work done as there is a second floor with a few tables that are good for studying. There are outlets too. There isn't that much seating on the first floor, although there is a lot of space. I got the strawberry milk tea with tapioca for $7.34. It was really good, and 50% sugar was pretty sweet, which I enjoyed. The tapioca was alright. However, my friend got the white peach oolong milk tea with 50% sugar, and it was bitter. I wonder if they forgot to add the sugar entirely because it was not sweet at all.

My sister and I stopped by here after lunch. It used to be Ding Tea, but it looks like they've changed their menu with the new name. I ordered the mango with coconut drink, which reminded me of a beverage I usually enjoy in Houston when I'm in town. It's a blend of slushy and smoothie, and the sweetness level was perfect for me. I tend to prefer sweeter drinks, so this hit the spot. There are a few tables along the wall where we sat. The music playing seemed more for the staff than for the customers, as it was in Vietnamese. Interestingly, my sister and I appeared to be the only Vietnamese customers there. Parking is a bit tight in the small lot out front, but there are more spots around the corner with a bit of a longer walk.

The interior has plenty of seating and a cool, inviting atmosphere, perfect for meeting up with friends. The boba was good.

Been here a few times and remembered to finally take pics and review. I love the fresh fruit teas preferably lychee and peach. This time I tried lychee + watermelon fruit with green tea and 50% sugar...absolutely amazing! I wouldn't expect these two flavors to go well but if you like watermelon this is a must try...thank you to the cashier who recommended! If you need a quiet place to "work from home" they have small tables and seating.

I'm obsessed and need to come back. The Jasmine Green Tea is perfect and just how I prefer it made. Service was friendly and quick. The restaurant was clean when we entered and we enjoyed hanging out for a few. I will def be stopping by again. Also seems like a nice place to work/collaborate as other customers had laptops.

Very cute atmosphere at this Milk+Tea location! They have a cute loft sitting area that I've never seen before at a boba place. The milk tea is good as always for milk+tea. A little less sweet than I would prefer, but I ordered 70% so it could be my fault. They have the blonde boba variety. Very quick service as well.

It was our first time visiting and the service was friendly and prompt! The shop appeared clean & had plenty of seating with natural light! The brown sugar tea + boba was perfectly sweetened and the boba was so soft!

Loveee Ding tea! It's one of the few chain shops that has managed to always provide quality wherever they are. It's very consistent and you won't be disappointed by anything on the menu and their golden boba is perfectly chewy and flavorful. I will say that their normal sweetness level is very sweet so if that's not for you I would get less on that. This location in particular does not actually have a sign outside that says ding tea. The sign says Milk + Tea for some reason but inside is decorated nicely with lots of photo ops. There is even an upstairs seating area too. Overall I like this location with friendly staff and might come back even though it's out of my way.

My boys love boba tea and we were near this place! Such a cute ambiance and atmosphere, and the staff was very nice. So many flavors to choose from, and a bit of a wait for our drinks was worth the wait, but super chill hang-out spot if not in a rush.

I love the milk + tea re-brand. Formerly, they were Ding Tea. I was confused at first, but the employees reassured me they are still the same company. The quality of the food and drinks is the same, so I love that I can still enjoy my favorites from this place. Whenever I'm in the area, I enjoy stopping by this location. They have board games, plenty enough seating, and quick service.

This is my first boba place in Texas! The place is very well decorated and even has games on the shelves if you wanna play with a friend! They have a self kiosk but it was not working so I ordered with a worker. She was very nice and informed me there are 2 different types of strawberry green tea. I got the flavor one not the fresh fruit one! I added lychee jelly to it. Service was really fast! I stayed there for about an hour and it got pretty busy but the workers were doing a good job keeping up! I would come back again

My go-to is the Haraz Latte. Iced. While this could never be my every day coffee, it is something I really enjoy and treat myself to when I'm able to go to a Haraz. As someone who doesn't proclaim to like cheesecake, their Biscoff cheesecake is the exception. Maybe it's a blessing that one isn't close by and I can only indulge every now and then. If you want a break from your regular coffee, give Haraz a shot. Especially when the summer heat kicks in - the iced coffee + cardamom is pretty great. Parking is a little scarce sharing space with a newer restaurant . This market was unique to say the least. Offering authentic imported items, and some local brands. We browsed for a bit, and picked up a few items. Granted most items were pretty pricey. We were eager and hoped to receive better service in the cafe. Two ladies were in the back assisting, one of which treated us pretty decently, the other was very short. Could not muster up a smile and completely ignored our kind gestures and thanks. However while serving the Brazilian customers was warm, friendly and laughing. The food was pretty good. We shared a piece of coconut cake. cheese bread, and a mini chicken pot pie. Overall I can't say that we would ever go back to this market. Rather spend our money in establishments where we feel welcomed and appreciated. Sadly, I would not recommend.

Based upon reviews and research, I deduced this was a place that required those who visit to order at a kiosk to get their goodies. Side note: I have noticed that many Bobba and fast casual places have reverted to this model; where customers order and pay themselves without the interaction of an employee and then wait for their food. The main difference here and other places that have similar self service is that this place provides customers with a plethora of Instagramable/ FOMO opportunities. My partner elected to order an oreo marshmallow frappe. This frappe was rich and decadent and included silky chocolate interwoven with oreo crumbles. This frappe tasted exactly like a 'fluffy' oreo; just devine. On the other hand, I ordered the creme brulee souffle pancake. For those who have not yet had the opportunity to try this Japanese delight, the name is what it implies; a creamy stack of pancakes with crunchy bitter caramel, and silky vanilla custard. This dessert happened to be accompanied by a dollop of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. These pancakes melted in my mouth and each bite was just as good as the one that preceded it. Aside from the great desserts as mentioned above, there are far too many instagrammable opportunities in this place (*truly a foodie and Yelp Elites dream).
