My grapefruit honey green tea boba was awesome! I will definitely be back to order that once more. The grapefruit flavor was strong, and even though I selected full sweetness in the drink, it was not over-powering at all. The boba was delicious too. Service was average. The employees were timid. As a new customer I had questions and was unfamiliar with the menu, so when I asked questions, it seemed to confuse them. That struck me as odd. However, my order was clearly placed and was made correctly. The store (downstairs) is rather sparse. There is some seating, but a lot of open space. Upstairs twinkle lights can be seen on the ceiling. I chose to stay downstairs, so cannot comment on the top floor.

This boba shop is a good place to get some work done as there is a second floor with a few tables that are good for studying. There are outlets too. There isn't that much seating on the first floor, although there is a lot of space. I got the strawberry milk tea with tapioca for $7.34. It was really good, and 50% sugar was pretty sweet, which I enjoyed. The tapioca was alright. However, my friend got the white peach oolong milk tea with 50% sugar, and it was bitter. I wonder if they forgot to add the sugar entirely because it was not sweet at all.

My sister and I stopped by here after lunch. It used to be Ding Tea, but it looks like they've changed their menu with the new name. I ordered the mango with coconut drink, which reminded me of a beverage I usually enjoy in Houston when I'm in town. It's a blend of slushy and smoothie, and the sweetness level was perfect for me. I tend to prefer sweeter drinks, so this hit the spot. There are a few tables along the wall where we sat. The music playing seemed more for the staff than for the customers, as it was in Vietnamese. Interestingly, my sister and I appeared to be the only Vietnamese customers there. Parking is a bit tight in the small lot out front, but there are more spots around the corner with a bit of a longer walk.

The interior has plenty of seating and a cool, inviting atmosphere, perfect for meeting up with friends. The boba was good.

Been here a few times and remembered to finally take pics and review. I love the fresh fruit teas preferably lychee and peach. This time I tried lychee + watermelon fruit with green tea and 50% sugar...absolutely amazing! I wouldn't expect these two flavors to go well but if you like watermelon this is a must try...thank you to the cashier who recommended! If you need a quiet place to "work from home" they have small tables and seating.

I'm obsessed and need to come back. The Jasmine Green Tea is perfect and just how I prefer it made. Service was friendly and quick. The restaurant was clean when we entered and we enjoyed hanging out for a few. I will def be stopping by again. Also seems like a nice place to work/collaborate as other customers had laptops.

Very cute atmosphere at this Milk+Tea location! They have a cute loft sitting area that I've never seen before at a boba place. The milk tea is good as always for milk+tea. A little less sweet than I would prefer, but I ordered 70% so it could be my fault. They have the blonde boba variety. Very quick service as well.

It was our first time visiting and the service was friendly and prompt! The shop appeared clean & had plenty of seating with natural light! The brown sugar tea + boba was perfectly sweetened and the boba was so soft!

Loveee Ding tea! It's one of the few chain shops that has managed to always provide quality wherever they are. It's very consistent and you won't be disappointed by anything on the menu and their golden boba is perfectly chewy and flavorful. I will say that their normal sweetness level is very sweet so if that's not for you I would get less on that. This location in particular does not actually have a sign outside that says ding tea. The sign says Milk + Tea for some reason but inside is decorated nicely with lots of photo ops. There is even an upstairs seating area too. Overall I like this location with friendly staff and might come back even though it's out of my way.

My boys love boba tea and we were near this place! Such a cute ambiance and atmosphere, and the staff was very nice. So many flavors to choose from, and a bit of a wait for our drinks was worth the wait, but super chill hang-out spot if not in a rush.

I love the milk + tea re-brand. Formerly, they were Ding Tea. I was confused at first, but the employees reassured me they are still the same company. The quality of the food and drinks is the same, so I love that I can still enjoy my favorites from this place. Whenever I'm in the area, I enjoy stopping by this location. They have board games, plenty enough seating, and quick service.

I'm giving it 4 stars because it didn't feel so welcoming. Great food honestly starts at great service. Sometimes a welcome in is all it takes for someone to want to come back. My drink was too sweet. I let the guy know it was my first time there and it didn't feel like he wanted to help me choose from the menu. I was asking questions and they didn't feel all answered. Hopefully my second time there is different. If you like sweet things like myself I would do 70% sweet not the full 100% I think it was wayyyy too sweet.

This is my first boba place in Texas! The place is very well decorated and even has games on the shelves if you wanna play with a friend! They have a self kiosk but it was not working so I ordered with a worker. She was very nice and informed me there are 2 different types of strawberry green tea. I got the flavor one not the fresh fruit one! I added lychee jelly to it. Service was really fast! I stayed there for about an hour and it got pretty busy but the workers were doing a good job keeping up! I would come back again

Open later than most coffee shops, especially in this deserted part of town. Varied drink menu, both caffeinated and not caffeinated, including refreshers. Nice creative variety of desserts (including a Biscoff cake!) and a kolaches case. At one point the brought some hot baked dessert (looked like a whole coffee cake) out the oven and it smelled like heaven. The bad: Nothing vegan or healthy, not even pre-made cold sandwiches or packaged salads. If you are a little peckish for a healthy snack, this is not the place. The coffees: They have all the regular espresso drinks, and also Turkish coffee and of course Yemeni, their specialty. I had heard great things about Yemeni coffee and was exciting to try it. My first drink, a traditional coffee drink called Jubani ($6) contained coffee but was watery like a tea. It had also ginger and cinnamon. I was not expecting it to be like a tea. I immediately told the cashier I didn't like the drink and would like just an Americano, double shot espresso. I was charged $9 for a 12 oz cup. No cream or sugar, no added flavorings. If I were in charge I wouldn't have charged for this second drink, since it comes at almost zero cost to them and would show good faith and ensure repeat business. Disappointingly, the Americano was also watery and sort of "lemony", but I still drank half while sitting with my friend. I'll say that my friend had some sort of an iced latte that she enjoyed. I might try a second visit and order a Turkish coffee, but I will make sure to have had a full meal before.

On top of that, the matcha and desserts are truly excellent. The desserts are especially impressive: not overly sweet, very balanced, with a delicate, soft texture. It was my first time at this location…read morebut I looked the location up prior to arrival like any good Yelper to determine what the 'vibe' was. Based upon reviews and research, I deduced this was a place that required those who visit to order at a kiosk to get their goodies. Side note: I have noticed that many Bobba and fast casual places have reverted to this model; where customers order and pay themselves without the interaction of an employee and then wait for their food. The main difference here and other places that have similar self service is that this place provides customers with a plethora of Instagramable/ FOMO opportunities. My partner elected to order an oreo marshmallow frappe. This frappe was rich and decadent and included silky chocolate interwoven with oreo crumbles. This frappe tasted exactly like a 'fluffy' oreo; just devine. On the other hand, I ordered the creme brulee souffle pancake. For those who have not yet had the opportunity to try this Japanese delight, the name is what it implies; a creamy stack of pancakes with crunchy bitter caramel, and silky vanilla custard. This dessert happened to be accompanied by a dollop of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. These pancakes melted in my mouth and each bite was just as good as the one that preceded it. Aside from the great desserts as mentioned above, there are far too many instagrammable opportunities in this place (*truly a foodie and Yelp Elites dream).

I mentioned it was my first time here and polite fb friendly workers recommended against "normal" sweetness because the manage sauce may make it a little too sweet. Upon my first sip, I was greeted with creaminess of the oat milk blended in Matcha, but then I was hit with the very sweet flavor of the mango, which overwhelmed my drink.
