    Filet Mignon
    Robert W.

Great food! But too costly for what they are offering. We started off with the caesar salad and the beef tartare and both were great! The drinks are priced well and they have a great selection. For the main course I chose the filet mignon and my buddy got the gnocchi. The gnocchi was definitely better than my filet mignon and cheaper as well. The steak was cooked to medium rare and had a nice crust, and the mushrooms as a topping was a great touch. However the purple potato mash was wayyyy to salty and wouldve complimented the rich sauce much better if it was more mild. Again, it was a great dish but there are other places in Beverly Hills that offer better fine dining experiences for less. The service was fantastic and the dining area was tall and lofty. This would be a good restaurant for a Four Seasons guest who didnt want to think much about where they wanted to eat. But if youre an LA local look elsewhere.

Bustling bar at the iconic Beverly Wilshire hotel. Pretty Woman, Valentines Day and Entourage all filmed here because of its one of a kind vibe. So many memories here...

We stopped by The Blvd bar to grab a few drinks before our dinner at The Cut. It's a nice looking bar with plenty of seating. Our bar tender was fantastic. We were greeted right a way. She gave us the drink menu and few minutes to look over. My wife ordered the Daou Rose $19- The pour was very generous. For myself I wanted a IPA but the they were all out of all the craft beers, so I ended out getting a Glenfiddich 12 Donut Old Fashioned $38- It was a little on the sweeter side, but still good. Overall, cool bar and expensive drinks.

Seasonal Vegetable Squash with the Super Sunday Prime Rib Dinner

The Blvd is located inside of the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel. They offer valet parking only. The interior of the restaurant is really nice, and the best part is, they have great views of Rodeo Drive across the street! We came to experience their Super Sunday Prime Rib Dinner. This feast is available on Sundays only from 5:00-10:00pm. It includes a slow roasted prime rib of beef with braised short rib served with Yorkshire Pudding, seasonal vegetables, caramelized onion and herb souffle, and a potato puree. It is definitely filling! The prime rib was perfectly cooked. I loved that the braised short rib is actually baked into the Yorkshire Pudding! I've never had it prepared that way before. We also got the Chilean Sea Bass Dish that came with mussels and fregola. We added on the Oscietra Caviar as well. The fish was flakey, and I liked the slight crispness on the outside. For an appetizer, the crab cakes are a must! Lots of crab meat inside, and the relish it comes with is so tasty. It's a very beautifully presented dish! Service was wonderful! I definitely want to come back for Wellington Wednesdays!

My husband and I had a date night to celebrate our anniversary so we started with cocktails at The Blvd... then went to dinner. The ambiance here at the bar is amazing. Beautiful and elegant. Customer service is friendly, our bar tender was so kind and helpful. The cocktails he made were delicious. I'll go back just to have another one. We had a lovely time here and will come back again when in the area.

The first day I arrived at the hotel Beverly Wilshire, we headed to the BLVD for an outdoor lunch. The weather was perfect! I opted for the 39 dollar special and I was not disappointed. I also enjoyed my spritz ( very big portion and delish) My Hubbs had the burger and he said it was great. I just enjoyed the atmosphere and that deal can't be beat for Rodeo Drive! Great service too.

Came late just for drinks and wasn't disappointed. Really tasty drinks. Good service and even though it's a lovely seating area, I wish we can sit a bit away from the bar because it is pretty small.

I love the Blvd, Its the place i always end up at for brunch or even to have a drink at the end of night. U usually dont need reservation to stop by for drinks or dinner, but maybe for lunch or brunch its better to have one specially on weekends. It's beautiful and cozy. Wonderful service and its pretty quick. Highly suggested if you are around.

Two words; French Toast. Risk everything and seek out this breakfast plate. You will not regret losing everything if you ever get this chance to taste this. Service is a little slow and do remember they already have gratuity added to the bill with another option to add another gratuity.

I was honestly surprised in the best way. A three course meal for $39 at the Beverly Wilshire feels almost impossible, especially considering the level of service and atmosphere. This is not a watered down "hotel special." It feels intentional, polished, and genuinely generous. I started with the Caesar gem salad, which was crisp, fresh, and perfectly dressed. The gem lettuce had that satisfying crunch, the parmesan was shaved just right, and the balance of lemon and anchovy was subtle but present. It tasted clean and elevated, not heavy or overdressed. For my entrée, I chose the salmon, and it was cooked exactly the way salmon should be. Moist in the center with a delicate sear on the outside. The portion was substantial, not a skimpy tasting plate. Everything on the dish felt thoughtful and composed, like something you would expect from a full price entrée in Beverly Hills. Dessert was panna cotta with fresh fruit, and it was the perfect finish. Light, silky, and not overly sweet. The fruit added brightness and texture, making it feel refreshing rather than indulgent. It left me satisfied without feeling weighed down. The setting elevates the entire experience. You are dining in one of the most iconic hotels in Beverly Hills, and the service reflects that. Attentive without hovering. Professional without being stiff. It feels special but approachable. For $39, this might be one of the best values in Beverly Hills right now. Beautiful setting, quality ingredients, thoughtful execution, and a full three course experience. I would absolutely go back. If you want luxury without the usual Beverly Hills price tag, this is it.

Spent a day shopping and decided to stop by The Blvd for lunch. Service was wonderful and the ambiance is great. Loved sitting on the patio during the daytime. Everything we ordered was solid. The penne pasta is spicy but delicious. The chicken tenders and grilled chicken itself were also super yummy. Great fries as well. Don't sleep on their iced coffee/lattes. It was very tasty and the perfect pick-me-up. It's also kid-friendly and has great options for them too. I'd definitely go back.

I dined Dec 14th, 2024, with family and friends. We were a group of six. I took my time before writing this review since, from my perspective, I truly disliked the experience. We entered the hotel through a strangely creepy and narrow hallway and were greeted on the lobby by beautifully lit Christmas decorations. It raised my expectations that we were in for a great dining experience. That was quickly dashed as soon as we were seated. We were seated by a drafty door leading to the outdoor dining patio. The cold air blowing on the back of my neck created a lot of physical discomfort and a stiff neck. But even worse was the seating. Three of our guests sat on the cushioned booth. The rest on incredibly uncomfortable hard leather seats with rough edges. The leather seats were actually a step below wooden benches because of the raised rough edges. And it was made worse, looking around the restaurant, realizing ALL THE OTHER CHAIRS were obviously large and comfortably cushioned. I got the feeling they ran out of comfortable chairs and got ours from the bar. Could it get worse? Yes, it could. Our waiter was obviously sick, coughing loudly on his hands, never washing his hands, and tending to our table. I avoided allowing him to speak directly into my face. It became a little hard for me to look away due to getting a really stiff neck from the cold air blowing on my back from the door leading outside. I read the menu. At first I thought the pages were blank. I had to use my phone flashlight to realize the print was very faint and hard to read and I have good eyesight. I just gave up trying to read it and ordered the Seared Halibut. Back to the menu, at first I thought I just couldn't see the decimal points. $28 for a salad?? $72 for the halibut. There were no decimal points. When I ordered I thought It better be really special and, sadly, it was no better than similar items at other highly rated restaurants for half the cost. We finished our entrees and decided to order dessert. We waited and waited. The service had disappeared. After over 20 minutes of waiting, a server came over and asked if he wanted dessert. By then we had our jackets on and were ready to leave, so we passed on desserts. My Seared Halibut was good but not special enough to warrant the cost. I'm sure the high costs were due to the reputation of the location. But the value was just not there. I've paid more for dining at other restaurants. The high prices were not the enjoyment killer for me. It was the overall discomfort, the sick waiter, and the feeling the entire service staff were going through the motions while not even trying to fake smiling. I'm just writing this off to bad experience and probably would never return there.

On a recent trip to LA, I celebrated my birthday at The Blvd for lunch. Overall the food, service and ambiance were great (although very pricey). The hotel itself is beautiful and if you're a Pretty Woman fan, this is the hotel featured in the movie. We were there at the tail end of breakfast but they allowed us to order off the lounge and lunch menus. I got the Chilean sea bass tacos, which were delicious. My husband ordered the steak frites, and asked for it medium rare. It came out well done so they kindly took it back, but when it came out again, it was rare. We didn't want to send it back a second time but for $68, a little disappointing. The staff knew it was my birthday so they brought out a little cake, which was fantastic! The Blvd is right off Wilshire Boulevard and just a couple blocks from Rodeo Drive.

About a century ago it was a studio for silent film star Charlie Chaplin and later a library for Sherman, which was the name of West Hollywood before it was incorporated. So this is a beautiful and historic location with a fascinating history, V Wine Room serves about 30 different wines by the glass and a large selection by the bottle, mostly small California wineries from the Napa Valley. The menu also features sparkling wines, natural wines and sakes from small Japanese producers. They have food to accompany the drinks as well: delicious Roman-style pizzas, cheese boards and charcuterie, fish and even chocolate. The restaurant wasn't very busy when we came in around 5:30ish. A lot of the tables were empty. They had both indoor and outdoor dining available, but the majority of the seats were indoor. The ambiance here is dark and chic, it reminded me very much of restaurants in NYC. It would make for a good spot for a date night or girls' night out. We made it here in time to order one thing from their happy hour menu, the tater tots. These were heavy but moreish, it was hard to stop eating them even when my stomach was telling me I was full. We also shared the corn, which I believe may have been a special/seasonal dish. It will go down as one of the best corn dishes I've ever eaten in a restaurant. My husband got the burger for his main and I got the mussels. The mussels were pretty fresh and silky, and were overall excellent, but I didn't love the broth they came in. My husband's burger was fantastic. It's one of the best burgers I've eaten at a restaurant in LA. Service was lovely and efficient. I'm looking forward to dining here again, and would highly recommend trying it.

Very cute and lowkey wine bar. Came here after work with a few co workers and we had some wine and…read moreappetizers. They do also serve actual meals and it looked really delicious. We went with a wine tasting, which wasn't on the menu but we asked if they offered it. It was $30 for 3 wine choices (2 oz I believe). Either the somalier's choice or your own. But they definitely help you with picking the right options. The staff was super nice and friendly and knowledgeable about the wines. The appetizers were pretty good too. We had the fries, brussel sprouts (best choice), tater tots, olives, marcona almonds and hummus. This place is perfect for either date night, cute meet up with a friend or after work with co workers.

This is one of my regular spots when I staycation on the Westside, but this was my first time…read moretrying their Happy Hour. I also wanted to do their weekend brunch for the first time, but alas ended up not doing that due to an unpleasant heatwave and stomach capacity. About half of AOC is the gorgeous (but outdoors) patio. I was able to walk here from my hotel. Happy Hour is offered at the bar (about 10 seats) and at the adjacent long communal high-top. There are 3 cocktails on the menu, plus wines and beers. Nothing spirit-free. I ordered the Cool Sting (mint-infused vodka, cucumber, lime) and the spirit-free Sunlit Bloom (peach, lemon verbena), both so refreshing in the heat. Bartender Frank clearly wasn't hired yesterday, several guests knew him. The bites portion of the HH menu has 11 items, including several famous dishes, which Frank said were full-sized portions. I ordered the Farmer's Plate (roasted veggies, hummus, muhamarra, burrata and grilled toast) and Spanish Fried Chicken, which came with a romesco aioli. I've had the farmer's plate before and it is delish. The veggies probably vary seasonally, but the creamy hummus and burrata and the kicky muhamarra were as fondly remembered. This was my first taste of the fried chicken, although I have had the roasted chicken "ode to Zuni". This was boneless thigh meat, well-seasoned but fortunately for me not heat-spicy. The aioli was fine, but the chicken was fine without it too. Two days later I would try the 5-fat fried chicken at Darling. Theirs was more chili-powder forward, also not too heat-spicy, perhaps more one-note, served with honey and hot sauce. I'd order either again. AOC's serving is larger. So if I made it to brunch here, I would have ordered the walnut sticky bun and steak frites or herb omelette. Something to look forward to in non-heatwave weather.

The Bottom Line 3.75 stars: Great ambiance. Good overall service. Nice drinks and good food. Highly…read morerecommended but with a few pointers as noted down below. Location 4 stars: On the 3rd Street East of Robertson, in the Beverly Grove area of Los Angeles. We opted for the convenience of Valet Parking (for a fee). There is some street parking, but it is a busy area so I would assume it would not be very straightforward. Venue 4 stars: Cute restaurant with a full bar, indoor seating and a rustic patio area. Service 3.75 stars: Server-dependent... We had servers switched on us mid-steam. The first one was super friendly and attentive and helpful, but the one who took over was just OK. The manager was wonderful and circled around making sure that everything was going well. Drinks 4 stars: AOC is mainly a wine bar. They have as huge list of wines but also some tasty specialty cocktails and a full bar. We had the Kingbird, the Mezcal Royale, Flor De Jamaica and a Grey Goose Martini. All were well-made and delicious. Prices were OK but a little on the higher side. Food 3.75 stars: AOC is known for its farm-to-table small plates, and we did try some of their famous ones, but were not as satisfied as we had anticipated. First off, the portions, especially for the prices, are tiny... We had the Bacon Wrapped Dates (good but super small portion), Haricot Verts salad (just ok), the Shrimp (good), the Clams (good), the Grilled Seabass (good), the fries (great) and their famous Spanish Fried Chicken (too greasy for our taste). They do have a nice menu of desserts, but we did not try any this time around. Billing 2 stars: They add 7% to every check to provide health insurance for the employees. While I fully appreciate and applaud the cause and also the fact that they disclosed this at the bottom of the menu (which not everyone looks at) and also noted that the customer could ask for it to be removed (but c'mon, in reality, WHO in their right mind would feel right asking???), why not simply add this to their prices?
