I have been coming here for many years and the service is always consistent! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I love the location by the pool, people watching is great, but you are also very secluded if you just want to keep to yourself.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The menu is fabulous, you can't go wrong with anything here. The drinks are great as is the food. Everything is made to order quickly, high-quality ingredients and presented beautifully! [[HIGHLIGHT]]While you can't go wrong with any of the restaurants at the Beverly Hills Hotel Hotel, this one is perfect for a summer day or a leisurely breakfast![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Overpriced food, low service hospitality, unpleasant dining environment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Wanted to go to Polo Lounge but there's no outdoor seating so we went down to the Cabana Cafe by the pool. It's a cool country club vibe with the iconic pink design.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We didn't make a reservation but got seated quick on a Sunday afternoon for late lunch. Hostess was full of attitude as if she owns the place. Service is alright, our server gave decent recommendations for food. However it was quite difficult to look for a server, took forever for them to pick up the check. Had to walk to the counter by the entrance to check out (it's Beverly Hills Hotel..) We ordered quesadilla and poke bowl, quesadilla was good. Poke is 6.5/10, it's alright. Nothing special, overpriced. Latte is average, Matcha is decent (they use La La Land Kind Cafe matcha) [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambience is alright, nothing wow.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was a lot of flies flying around the entire time, which is quite unpleasant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Server were standard when we place the order, came back once to check up on us. But that's it, after we asked for the bill, they were gone. Overpriced food is okay for the Beverly Hotel experience, but better hospitality is expected when it comes to a 5 star hotel. How embarrassing it is when you have to seat there for at least 15 mins for them to not notice to pick up the check? Needs better training. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The overall vibe is a more casual/ laid-back version of the polo lounge but it's nothing comparable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The price point is on the higher side and I'd rather just go to the polo lounge, and not having to dodge the flies.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Maybe it was the staff was short, but nothing really makes me want to come back. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a chill family spot to hang out during the weekend, if you want to be at somewhere more exclusive and chill?[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Came here for a friends birthday brunch. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is really cute. I love the colors and theme.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will say the menu didnt have much but I guess with brunch that would be expected. We ordered the coconut with pina colada was it worth $60 no lol but was it cute yes. I think they use an aged rum and thats why. We shared the sandwhich which was good portion and actually really good and fries. They gave a complimentary chocolate cake which was so cute. Overall very cutesy and the customer service was great.

This place is disappointing. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambience is nice being pool side and the decor is cute[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] but the food was all bland. The tenders were dry and had no flavor and the sandwich was also bland. The pancakes were decent and the fries were good but that's it. Overall I would not come back!

Wow ok!! The BEST dining experience I've ever had! All the food was so worth it... especially the quesadilla. The cookie skillet was amazing as well. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The cutest spot to eat and I have to go back soon!!!!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Of course this place is iconic. We came for a quick staycation at the hotel with friends to celebrate a milestone birthday and started with lunch here on arrival. Pro's: [[HIGHLIGHT]]iconic view and fun crowd, love the decor all the way down to the classic attire of the service crew.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Cons: service was a bit disjointed. When we sat down we were so excited and ordered drinks (froze and golden hour) and truffle fries and hummus to start (we had a discussion with our server about hummus v guacamole). Drinks came. Golden hour was very popular and loved. The froze was fine. More of a regret on not understanding how peachy it would be. I don't love peach in drinks. We then ordered mains, hubby and I split the club sandwich and our friends split skirt steak. Our hummus and fries never came. Mains showed up maybe 15 min later. As they were serving our mains I mentioned our missing starters and was met with. Well do you still want them? We decided fries would be good with the sandwich but cancelled the hummus. Fries showed up when we were well into our meal. Mostly just didn't get eaten. The service crew was super clunky clearing one random dish at a time from our table and not seeming to be coordinated. Nobody came to check on us. Food was all very mid (6 or 7 out of 10). We ended up tracking someone down to order a second round of drinks. Drinks were all served in plastic which I suppose is for safety near the pool, just loses some of the elegance you are hoping for here. I would skip this in favor of the polo lounge.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Having lunch at the Beverly Hills Hotel was such a charming experience![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm so glad I ordered the club sandwich--it was absolutely delicious, and I ended up eating every last bite. I swapped the salad for fresh fruit, which turned out to be a great choice. The berries were incredibly sweet and tasted like they came straight from the farmers market. [[HIGHLIGHT]]A perfect meal in a beautiful setting![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

came here for brunch! we made reservations and got seated immediately, there wasn't too many people here as it was a weekday. the staff was great and they even put "congratulations" on our plate of pancakes as we were celebrating a graduation! i'm not sure if they do that usually. and they even brought an extra dessert for us on the house! food was amazing as well! [[HIGHLIGHT]]highly recommend for the ambiance![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] *beverly sunset *pink palace healthy club *Margherita flatbread *buttermilk pancakes *side of fries *fresh coconut water

100% overpriced for what it is but worth it for the experience IMO. We had a lovely experience here, excellent service. The food was good! It wasn't super amazing, innovative, or crazy exciting--but it was solid. It wasn't hard to book a reservation online a day before we went. Also we went around 10 am for Sunday brunch and there was a lot of open tables. ORDER: The iconic McCarthy salad (a little too shredded for my taste, but was enjoyable) The burger The hotdog Onion rings $50 pina colada with coconut shipped from Thailand We said we were splitting the burger and salad, and they kindly split it for us on different plates. We celebrated a birthday and they gave a complimentary cute pizookie with ice cream, & maraschino cherry on top! They accidentally dropped and spilled drinks near our table, we experienced minor splashing, not a big deal. But the for inconvenience they gave us chips and guac! This place is so nostalgic, it feels like you're transported back to the golden age of Hollywood. The vibe is retro glamour vacation. Would go back and would recommend!

Had a great time at The Cabana Cafe for brunch. We tried a variety of dishes including steak and shrimp tacos, calamari, and tuna tartare. Prices are definitely on the higher side, but I definitely think this place is worth it for a nice brunch with family or friends. Service was amazing and the day was just right for an outdoor patio brunch. It was pretty busy ~ 12 pm and I definitely think making a reservation in advance is necessary. You have a nice view of the Beverly Hills Hotel pool and the surrounding area is perfect for those instagram shots. Tip: one thing you definitely need to get is the Piña colada that comes in a cute coconut! It was the perfect drink to finish off this brunch outing. Definitely can't wait to come back!

I've wanted to come here for years and finally got to go for a ladies brunch. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibes here give old school Hollywood charm.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The seats are a bit low.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had the omelette which came with hash browns and toast. It was pretty good but nothing super special to write home about. It tasted better than I expected. [[HIGHLIGHT]]You are definitely paying for the ambiance here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Definitely someplace to try at least once if you're in LA.

Came here for brunch today and had such a great experience! The hotel itself is beautiful and so nice to walk around. The Café is by the pool so you get to walk through the hotel and see the shops. We made a reservation in advance and were seated immediately upon arriving. We sat in a booth which is usually meant for 2 but we were able to seat 4 comfortably. The menu has a great selection of breakfast and lunch items. We started with coffee and some fresh juices that tasted great! For the omelette you're able to choose 4 ingredients and it comes with bread and a side - it was delicious and a great size! We got the pumpkin French toast to share, highly recommend! The burger was cooked just right and tasted great. Will definitely be coming back!

If you'd like a time machine that can transport you into glamorous 1920s Hollywood, then step into The Cabana Cafe. While the pricing is far from what they were paying in the 20s, the restaurant's decor still holds onto the classic timelessness of the era. Situated next to the pool, the colors are bright which makes this a great spot for birthdays or anything where you're looking for a cheerful vibe. I can't speak for all the items on the menu, but the Sunset Club Sandwich is quite large so if that's what you're eyeing, the portion will be more than filling. Also, a special thank you to our waiter! The place was busy so it understandably took a little longer for him to take our order. Without us even asking he told us to pick an appetizer on him. What? That never happens, but it did here. Again, a bygone era.

Is it wheelchair accessible?Like is there anything other than stairs to get to the cute patio?

If I remember correctly, there is a ramp that gives you access to The Cabana Cafe which is next to the pool, but to be safe, I would suggest giving them a call to make sure :)

It's always nice finding a classic 24/7 diner, especially since there aren't as many of these places around anymore. The coffee was super basic and pretty low quality, my meal was the sirloin and it was a weird cut of meat and also tasted a bit old. The pancakes were also incredibly basic and not good. The burnt beef end bowl was the best thing out of everything, it actually had flavor. Overall would not recommend and wouldn't come back.

I was disappointed and annoyed, but then this happened: a totally different server came over and said hey, it's late, and we have some loaves of bread left. Do you wanna take a loaf? At about 10:45am, it was busy but not crazy crowded, so we were seated immediately by a happy, friendly teen who may have been a family member or just someone they've taken under their wing. Either way, the youthful greeting helps establish that family feeling that's always relaxing. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and sliced sturgeon, which is a serious treat here in Los Angeles, where hardly any place carries sturgeon. The portion was ample, the fish was fresh, moist and tasty, and it made for a very satisfying (and filling) breakfast. It should also be stated that this hard-to-find dish is always somewhat pricey, but at $25, Factor's is practically a bargain, and a full $9 CHEAPER than Art's in Studio City. My wife opted for eggs with baked salmon on the side -- again, fresh and generous, and very tasty. And again, $10 cheaper than at Art's. I mention the prices simply because eating a good deli breakfast has become more of a luxury these days, and finding a place that delivers top-notch food and service with less of a slam to the wallet makes a difference. If you haven't been to Factor's, or haven't been in a while, it's time to discover (or rediscover) a great deli serving great food.
