Definitely a big biscuit restaurant, however the biscuit was tough...obviously sat in a warmer for a length of time. Eggs and hash browns were cooked well. The French toast with strawberries is a good choice. read more

Food servings were generous, food okay. We were seated, place not busy but waited even though other wait staff people cleaning tables, etc in their areas. This went on for at least 10 minutes, finally someone told our waitress she had a table.I had my purse on my shoulder ready to leave when she came. The two highlights of our trip were the service and the Sticky Bun. They were very nice for how busy they were and I would order the bun for my breakfast. Everything else was down hill. Such a great biscuit place! Honestly I'm a big fan of biscuits & chicken and this place has it all AND morethe place was nice and big also great service ! I'm personally not a biscuit and gravy fan but when I tell you my mouth dropped as soon as I took a bite of the biscuit and gravy it was one of the best gravy I've ever had! Terrific prompt service. The food was tasty, fresh and hot. The meal was very filling especially the chicken fried steak and eggs with grits. Jessica our waitress was pleasant and friendly. Always checked to make sure everything was fresh. I would give our meal, service from Jessica my personal recommendation of two forks up. I'll definitely return. We were visiting OK and Broken Arrow was one of our stops. This restaurant sounded interesting especially because we love biscuits and gravy. The gentleman who sat us was super duper friendly but our server, she really was not at all. My husband got the cowboy and he really liked it. I forgot to take a photo of it. Our one daughters got the French toast and she didn't like it all and hardly ate any of it. I tried it because I love French toast and it wasn't bad, it just had zero flavor to it so I don't recommend getting it unless we just got an off batch. My other daughter and I got 3 things to try, we got the cinnamon rolls pancakes, plain Bonuts and a sticky biscuit. The pancakes weren't as good as I expected but they weren't bad. I expected a little more flavor for the way they looked. Now the bonuts and sticky bun, OMG! They were amazing! So, as we left OK, right before our flight, we decided to eat at another Big Biscuit location in Tulsa and we got bonuts and a sticky bun again and they were not nearly as good as the ones from this location in Broken Arrow. The biscuits were so dry! We were so disappointed. One thing I did different though in Tulsa was add caramel to the bonuts and that was good so I do recommend that if you like caramel. If we were back in BA we would definitely eat here again. read more

Not sure what all the rave is about. The food was ok and our waitress wasn't very warming/welcoming towards us. What lost them points was that the waitress didn't read back our order so when food arrived, mine was completely wrong and then they came back with the correct food, but I had asked for sausage meat and was given bacon. Definitely some areas to improve. read more

This place is pretty good. I was too hungry to grab photos ‍. It's not getting a 5 because the chicken fried steak was dry. Everything was delicious. The bonut is similar to a funnel cake! It is a must get if you like sweets! It is so good and not as greasy as the stare fairs. My boyfriend and another friend had the chicken fried steak and they both said it was dry but they gravy was really good! The fried were well seasoned and crunchy too! The chicken fried steak is laid on top of two biscuits. Speaking of biscuits, their biscuits are really good. Their portion size is pretty big as well. Their power bowls are huge! I love this place, it's clean and the staff are friendly! Today we went for brunch and our food came out hot and was so good.. the gravy actually had some sausage in it, which it didn't seem to in the past , and the biscuits were fluffy and soft. Eggs all done to perfection, bacon very tasty, and potatoes okay. A few onion in the potatoes would kick those up a notch.. the coffee was good and they did make decaf especially for me.. the coffee, however, came out later. This is one of my favorite brunch places and highly recommend this one in Broken Arrow. read more

The food was just okay, it's sort of like a step up from ihop. They give you a very large serving for the price which I did like. The pancake that I ordered was 2x bigger than my head. Also, the hostess tried to sit us directly under another family in the completely empty restaurant. Which I found odd being that covid is still a thing. We had been looking forward to trying The Big Biscuit. We chose to go before church today. We didn't have much time so I left ahead of the rest of the family to get a table and get us seated. IMPORTANT NOTE...when I arrived there were 30 plus empty tables. No one waiting and 3 tables seated. The hostess said I needed to wait for the rest of my party. I explained the time crunch and said the others should be here any minute. I was told no. I nneded to have a seat in the almoat entirely empty restaurant and wait for my party. I asked her to tell the manager our situation and ask if I could get a table. Nope....told that is their policy. I said I understand if it was busy, and that I am asking for a little customer service, hospitality, and commone sense. Nope....told to wait...in the almost empty place with no one else waiting. Had 4 different servers and a manager walked into the side room we were sat in and they ignored us. I'm so excited that BA has another breakfast spot! We actually went for lunch today (because we had already eaten breakfast earlier) but you can order either option. I love the style and layout of the restaurant. We were in a smaller room off to the side that made it a bit more quiet which was nice! We were told the wait would be about 10-15 for a table, but it only took about 5 minutes which was great. I ordered the Buffalo chicken tenders and my husband got the regular chicken tenders. My son ordered a breakfast burger (don't remember the name of it, but it had egg and hash browns on it). The Buffalo tenders were ok! I loved the thinner strips rather than big thick strips. The Buffalo sauce had almost a sweet spicy taste which I didn't care for that much, but overall they were ok! It came with a big biscuit and fries and both of those were good. The biscuit reminds me of a large version of a KFC biscuit. I prefer a biscuit with a more crispier outside and soft inside, BUT it was still good. I'm sure it's even better with gravy! Hubs didn't care too much for the tenders. He said the breading was kind of weird and didn't have a whole lot of flavor, but I tried them and they were good to me...but the breading was a different texture then normal tenders. My son LOVED the burger. He said it was really good! We all got sweet tea and it was very sweet, so if you don't like it overly sweet, maybe do a half sweet/half unsweet tea. Our waitress was very nice and even recommended some options to us. She was very attentive too! Our food took a little bit, but it was really busy so that's to be expected. It was nice and fresh, so no complaints there! Overall, I'm still very excited about this place. The BA location WAS amazing. Management changes and it has been down hill since!!! I've watched them lose awesome servers because of talentless management. As a customer, I want to be comfortable and taken care of. When I ask to be seated with a certain server, I expect that to be honored and I will wait. I understand the person may be off but when I see them walk by my table and they stop to welcome my family - beyond irritating!!! The server I requested is on top of her game and NEVER allows mistakes. Instead we receive a server that can't speak up and we struggle to hear her replies. For the exorbitant price increases we've seen over the past year, that far exceed price increases at other area restaurants, I expect to get what I ask for. And who brings my order? The server I requested! Because she goes over and beyond! The girl we received has been at the bar area screwing off and visiting with other teens crowded around the bar. read more

I tried a biscuit at the big biscuit. Actually a biscuit and gravy. I was impressed by the clean large interior of the restaurant. However, I got there fairly early, around 7am, and I was the only customer until a couple came in and sat down. It took about 6 minutes for my to go order. The website has pictures and easy to read descriptions of the menu selections. I have to tell you, when I got in my car and opened the little styrofoam container, my biscuit did not look as tasty as those menu pictures. I guess that's to be expected with packaged food. The biscuit was OK, but nothing special. I felt that the gravy was a bit watery. Maybe some of the other foods are better, but I only tried a biscuit. read more

Gave it 3 tries. First restaurant where 17 teenagers stand around at the bar (bad design) and watch you eat while they talk about the patrons. The food has not come out all at once, or hot. And when you send it back, 3-5 people check on it but none of the same people bring it to you. For a $35 +tip breakfast, I'll stick to Jimmys Egg. Side not, can every restaurant with a bar stop putting the chair in at an angle. read more
