This location is in a shared plaza with lots of parking. The restaurant is medium sized with a variety of table sizes. We stopped in on a Sunday morning. We did have a 10 minute wait for the table. The service was great. Our waitress was new but did a great job. The portion size was good and the prices were decent. I got the eggs Benedict (no option for gluten free bread). The hollandaise was good. The potatoes had no seasoning so were a little bland.

Our wait time was a little over 10 minutes and we had a great breakfast. Make sure and reserve your spot on yelp before you go.

Came early for breakfast and was seated in the back. Our waitress recommended items on menu since this was our first time here, and everything sounded so good. We ordered scrambled eggs with potatoes and a biscuit and the Low carb omelet. The coffee was very good and I loved the potatoes. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the biscuit was huge so we split it. I loved the whipped butter it came with. This became one of my favorite spots for breakfast. The staff were friendly and the manger went around checking on all the tables. Very good food, nice interior and good service.

French Toast Platter, with added peanut butter & bananas (upcharge), included breakfast potatoes, bacon (went to hubby) and scrambled eggs.

Not sure why it took us so long to visit this restaurant. Service was good, restaurant was clean, food arrived quick. Not overly busy on our visit but we usually see a group waiting outside on weekends. Guess we just hit it at the right time! The menu is large with different drink options and standard breakfast items. BUT they have some items unique to this restaurant chain like "bonuts" that we did not try but sound interesting. I ordered the French Toast Breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon for hubby, and breakfast potatoes. I added peanut butter and bananas on the French Toast for a small up-charge. The scoop of peanut butter was large but the amount of bananas was minimal. Still, a good amount for the extra cost. Everything came out warm (not piping hot) and delicious. The portions are large to justify the price. Already planning our next visit!

Atmosphere as always is friendly. Service is very good each and every time, even when busy!! I am normally a scrambowl guy. You can't go wrong with any of them. However, today I went with corn-beef has and eggs. I think I found a new favorite. I'm from back east where the corned beef hash is more popular. It was grilled and did not disappoint. I also had the city grits as a side. Just wow. Very good. Great way to start Mother's Day for my wife. She had the Midwest scrambowl and as usual, it was good.

This place is bomb! I was happy to see there was a location in BA! We got a Tonnn of food for $44! Proportions were so big!! We got the pancake platter with sausage and biscuits. Also the Holly Scram. Also The biscuits were huge!!! This family of 4 has leftovers even. Yum!!! We placed a to go order over the phone and it was an easy process. Super busy inside though! the only thing they forgot is the syrup. I bet it is tasty! You have to pay upon placing the order.

It's a chain, I'll always take a mom and pop place over a chain BUT the service was super, the food was not bad at all and overall we were pleased. So why not go for it. I think bisques really are the thing there so I'll have to get The bisques and gravy next time around.

Sunday Brunch!!! The Big Biscuit was where Wifey and I landed today and as always, we weren't disappointed. I've been eating at this spot in BA since it opened but have enjoyed Big Buscuit for years as I first had them in KCMO about a decade ago. Was so glad when we got on in Tulsa and then here!!!! Anyway, don't come here if you want tiny portions. If you want to Swan Lake 30 meter high dive into your food like some kind of breakfast Olympian, well here you go champ, put on that eye protection and go to work! Wifey and I both got scrambles, er, SCRAM-BOWLS, today and we both left with to go boxes. She opted for the Holly but substituted bacon for the ham it comes with and I got the Laredo because I like chorizo and jalapeños!!!! We both chose to get biscuits with our swimming pools (bowls) and I had mine with a side of their sausage gravy. It's as delicious as it is large and I love how filling it all is!! Quality goes a long way with how it's prepared and what it's prepared with. Sure the menu items are a little spendy for some but I feel like here you get what you pay for!!! Overall this is a solid spot here in BA and yes it's a chain, but from what I understand it's locally owned and operated. Regardless, it adds to our variety of options and employs and neighbors, family and friends!! If you've been here, drop in the comments YOUR favorites from here.............. and who among us also lives a "KITCHEN SINK"???? Broken Arrow is Beautiful!!!!!

The Big Biscuit BA location is a great breakfast/lunch/brunch spot! I stopped in for breakfast on a Wednesday, and there was no wait to be seated. Food came out pretty quick, and it was delicious. It's a really large location inside for being on the end of a shopping center! They also had a regular group of ladies there playing games that you could tell were loved locals.

The most expensive breakfast around BA and Tulsa.

As we see this place on the way to other restaurants, we finally decided to try. First, the coffee was good. Food was good. Service was great! It was almost 5 stars until I saw the bill. My husband ordered chicken fried steak with biscuit, but the biscuit didn't come with gravy, so he ordered gravy on the side. (What kind of breakfast restaurant don't serve gravy on a biscuit?) The name of the restaurant is "Big Biscuit"! And the gravy wasn't great. But just the gravy was $2.50! Chicken fried steak plate was $18.99. So this is the most expensive Chicken fried steak breakfast for $21.50! With this price, we could have gone to Texas Roadhouse and could order 12oz Ribeye steak dinner! I had waffle with eggs and sausages. (Sausages were little too salty) Waffle was much better than Waffle House waffles. But $55 breakfast for two (after tax & tip) is a little too expensive breakfast that I wouldn't consider coming back.

Was in the area for a conference. Came over to breakfast. It was close to the hotel. We were sat quickly. Had read many reviews about great French toast and breakfast potatoes. I liked the option of ordering French toast by itself, or ordering as a meal with eggs, sausage/bacon. I usually like to try different items, so this was perfect for me. Everything was good, cooked fresh to order. Meal came quickly. Would stop in again if in town.

This hostess had no smile, no energy, and no desire to be a welcoming person. Eyore has a better personality. Now, on the flip side, Bella (our server) was a rock star. She was on top of drink refills without asking, checked on us numerous times and had an excellent personality and demeanor. Again, the food was top notch, but you really need employees that serve as a host/hostess to put on their happy face and actually act like you enjoy working there. There is an abundance of wine to choose from. Our server was rushed (and they were packed) and I didn't get a lot of direction on the wine so I just ordered a white sampler and just asked for three dry varieties. The first one I tried (Collan) was not dry in my opinion. The Triple was drier but my favorite was the Fume. I really got hints of pinion in this final one and ordered another 5 oz. of it. We tried the avocado bruschetta to start. It was four big pieces of good bread but was more avocado toast than bruschetta. I would probably go with a different appetizer next time. We both tried the burgers. I went with the mushroom-gouda one. It was over done and not seasoned at all. The gouda was nice and gooey and the mushrooms were seasoned well. Fries were OK. The table next to us had a couple of the flatbreads and I would try those next time. Back to the service. It was OK but our server had a tendency to just show up at our table and just stand. I would come back to try more appetizers and a flight of their red offerings. I also want to know more about the winery. Maybe after the busy holidays.

The hustle and bustle of Friday night dinner plans hadn't started yet and there was plenty of seating. We were seated and there were crumbs on our "clean" table. We were moved and the floor under that table was sticky. Our server, who never introduced themselves, came and took our drink and appetizer order. Our sodas came out flat. The server didn't charge us and replaced them with waters. Our appetizer eventually arrived, the spinach, artichoke dip. The parmesan on top was not melted, we removed it like a sheet of paper. We told our server, who said, "oh yeah, I should've told you that it is better when you take it home and microwave it to really melt the cheese then it's really good". Even if we did enjoy the spinach dip, which we did not, there aren't enough pita chips to eat the entire appetizer. Those would be an additional charge. During the appetizer conversation, I did put my empty water glass to their side of the table to make a refill more simple. They started to walk away without even realizing the nonverbal gesture I made as to not interrupt our conversation. I verbally asked for more water and they forgot about it. I did witness the "ah-ha" moment when they remembered they had forgotten. My wife's grilled salmon had no real flavor, sitting on top of a basic bed of rice. Her tabouli was lacking. I can't forget to mention that when her side salad arrived, the food runner simply asked, "is this yours?" It was slightly off-putting. I never thought about my dining experience being altered by the food runner, but "side salad with ranch" versus "is this yours" is a minor detail that can apparently affect the experience. The server didn't come by as often as I felt they should. They did their verbal checks with the appetizer and the meal, but didn't see them do any walk by checks, until I asked for the bill. My burger was nothing to write home about, but it was good. The fries were undercooked and the thousand island dressing tasted like Kraft dressing. I ate half my burger and my wife ate a small portion of her salmon. We paid 60$ for food we barely touched and we took none of it home. I would rather pay 60$ at Chili's or Texas Roadhouse. We take those leftovers home. I would like to say that I would give Bison another chance, but that won't be the case. Too many mishaps on this visit to make us want to return. My wife was very tempted to talk to the manager, but I was more ready to just pay the check, leave, and take this experience as a sign to never return.

He runs more to the tame side of food, so this was a logical choice for us. TLDR: good food, reasonable prices and really nice people. Got there around 12:45, and were seated immediately. We got menus and ordered drinks and set about making choices. My son went with the chicken and waffles, hashbrowns instead of eggs, since he doesn't eat eggs. I went with my usual diner test, the chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, cream gravy and green beans. The inside is clean, neat and cheery. Staff were busy but attentive. Food arrived quickly and was piping hot. Son's chicken and waffles were outstanding, according to him. Chicken not dry and waffles crisp on the outside and tender inside. Not sure what syrup they use, but he commented that it had almost a cinnamon flavor that he loved. The dish comes with a berry compote type dip that was quite good. Hashbrowns were perfect. Crispy on the outside and steamy soft inside. My CFS was one of the better ones I've had. Not the best, but certainly an 8/10 on all points. Plenty thick enough, nearly 1/2" and well breaded. Crust to meat ratio was good too, with only a little pullback on the meat. Brust was flavorful and not at all soggy. Potatoes are scratch made, and the gravy was both flavorful and plentiful. Green beans were slow cooked and once I salted them, they were great. CFS could have been a little more tender, as some parts definitely needed a knife to cut, but overall, a really good effort. It also came with a respectable side salad that I enjoyed a lot. Prices are reasonable, service is great and the atmosphere is typical diner, without being a greasy spoon, not that that's a bad thing at all. My part of the order ran to $18 and change with an iced tea, and for what I got, that's not bad at all.
