My sister and I were in town for my 60th birthday. I made reservations for The Bevy and was not disappointed. My smoked old fashion was the best one I've had in a while. I had the mushroom ravioli with a truffle cream sauce. It came out nice and hot, which I loved. It was so delicious. My sister had the special, seafood pasta. It was not as tasty as mine. She liked mine better. They asked when we arrived, whose birthday it was. But unfortunately never mentioned it again. Which really isn't a concern for me. Their happy hour advertises well drinks online, and when you get there, they only have wine and tap beer on deal, then they were having problems with their tap, so beer wasn't available either. 7-Course Vegan tasting menu at The Bevy last night! What a great experience! There are not many places in Naples that cater to vegan diners, and The Bevy really rolled out the red carpet last night. I can assure you that this dinner is not just for vegans though! Anyone with a love of food and cuisine will enjoy their vegan dinner series! You can make your reservations online, and everyone sits together at the dinner. Before you cringe about sitting with people you don't know, I have to say... We sat down as strangers, but after 7 courses together, great food has a way of bringing everyone together! Chef Jamie did an amazing job executing this dinner! It was a treat to taste a variety of unique and exotic vegan dishes. Last nights menu was Greek influenced and was honestly so great. Some of my favorite courses from last night were the Sumac Roasted Cauliflower with peanut herb pistou, pomegranate seeds and dehydrated tomatoes (I could eat this everyday, it's so good!) and the Hass Avocado with cara cara herb bulgar wheat tabouleh and charred eggplant purée (amazing flavors together!). The Bevy is hosting another vegan dinner at the end of this month. I'm sure that one will be another great experience as well! Vegan tasting at the Bevy! Fixed Prix pricing on designated nights-July 9 July 23 and in August is one that should not be missed by carnivores vegans or or vegetarians. This 7 course meal tingled your taste buds from all angles! Food was plentiful and what was considered a tasting was actually a 7 course meal! The price of $45 included tax and gratuities is online for any summer specials at any Naples restaurant! Chef Jamie Paul did not disappoint !! Enjoyed dinner with the family during 4th of July week. Couldn't make a reservation on open table but the restaurant was able to quickly accommodate party of 5. Nice bar area which is inside and 2 dining areas to the left and right of the bar which are sorta inside and outside. Creative cocktail menu. Husband enjoyed a smoky bourbon. Food was served promptly and beautifully. Bread served was stale. But meals were delicious. My daughter said it was the best burger ever and is still craving it today. Decent vegan menu as well I enjoyed a stacked beet salad and fresh fish. Rest of family had steak. Too full for dessert! read more

Hmm...coed bathrooms? Not cool AT ALL!!! Happy hours bites are a decent value and tasty. Entrees somewhat inconsistent in quality and presentation. Some woman came in and put her motorcycle helmet on the bar in front of a nice elderly couple. Didn't even move it when they were served their meals. Bar staff said nothing. Sometimes questionable clientele. Do not order the cauliflower steak. It is barely cooked. Struggled with a steak knife and gave up. Spoke to waitress and managerial types and they said that's the way it's supposed to be. Nope...don't think so! read more

My wife and I absolutely loved eating here! We found it after watching the sunset at the pier and roaming over to 3rd St. Drinks were amazing, she had the Italian 75 and I had the Smokey Bourbon with bacon!!! She had the salmon which she said was the 2nd best she's ever had (she likes mine the best) and I had the pork tomahawk which was hands down the best I've ever had! Manager was very nice, stopped by the table to introduce himself and check on us, believe his name was Jared. The cherry on top was the Nutella dirt cup!!!! Trust us, do it!!! Sooooo good, the salted pretzels at the bottom, yum so hungry just thinking about it! Overall really great place, unique indoor outdoor space, fans and open roof made for very nice environment and vertical garden. Came here for dinner and brunch. Food is ok but the best thing from dinner and brunch was the almond French toast. Plates are small. We were hungry afterwards...it's good for not starving groups. Plant wall is beautiful. Great place to take pictures. Everything food wise was so so. Coffee is was so so. But our waitress Nadia was so kind! Just there for happy hour and service and food were outstanding. The bartender happily led us to a outdoor table and we were immediately greeted by our server Matteo. Half off most menu items, $5 wine in a beautiful setting off 3rd Ave in Naples. What more could a gal ask for? Had the Quinoa salad which was delish. My drink was *interesting* to say the least... sweet, salty, and spicy was an odd combination that I actually welcomed! The tomato salad had a fried green tomato which was a wonderful change to traditional tomato salads. The bread... omg the bread! It was soft, almost like angel food cake. There are many excellent restaurants near this one; all with top notch food and swanky prices but The Bevy is unique in terms of its' fresh atmosphere and attentive service. The signature margarita was delicious. The Chicken Curry had great flavor and was perfectly seasoned. I also highly recommend the Parmigiano. It was one of the best plates of Chicken Parmesan that I've ever had. The chocolate cake was the perfect ending to a stellar meal! I very much hope a return visit is in my future! read more

Have been here a few times. Pasta dish is excellent. Service is always atrocious . Bartenders don't want to wait on you, maybe they are completely burnt out. It's difficult to even catch their eye while sitting at the bar. Expect to wait at least 20 mins before someone comes to take a drink order. Space is great , open air and nicely decorated. read more

With the new chef and the new Bice owners, I thought this would be another of their stars like a Bice, Caffe Milano, La Trattoria, and (sometimes) Vergina. Not the case however. I wanted to sit in the air conditioning but there was only a table or two for six so I sweated it out. The servers were all very pleasant and courteous. The food, however was terrible. I always get pasta Bolognese wherever, and this had 1/4 " of grease floating on the top and 1/4 " grease in the bottom of the bowl. Gross. My friend ordered a fish that was partially hot and partially cold. I can't imagine serving that as it indicates frozen. They kindly did replace it however, but the next fish was even worse. First time going to the Bevy for happy hour. I wouldn't go back. "Some" menu items were half off and "some" drinks were also. The service was terrible. And when it came time to check out it took forever! Then we realized that when we all checked out on the hand held machine, when you added a 20% tip it tipped the full value of the meal and not the half price we were charged for happy hour. We used to love the bevy but anyone who has been there recently knows it's like sitting inside a sauna. It's 100 degrees and the owner and managers refuse to fix the air conditioning. This is summertime in Florida and I have to go outside the restaurant to stand in the sun to cool down, absolutely atrocious. I feel bad for the people who work there who are pouring sweat while they work. I used to frequent the bevy with a lot of other locals but until they can get it together we are NOT going back. I can't really talk to the full menu as a friend and I stopped in for drinks and some appetizers. It is season and we should have made a reservation if we were planning on staying for dinner but we were able to find a seat at the community table. We ordered some great drinks (Italian 75, Bourbon Nut to name a few). The Brussels Sprouts and the charcuterie board were delicious. Some of the people that were sitting at the community table got the burger and it looked scrumptious. We would definitely go back - but I would HIGHLY recommend reservations. The Bevy is a beautiful restaurant off third street in Naples. Honestly, I'd recommend going strictly off the ambience, decor and service. We were greeted immediately and had our choice of seating, as it was a rainy Sunday. They have an option to order fresh OJ and a bottle of prosecco with fresh fruit accompaniments so we chose that for drinks. We had a few menu questions and our server, Rayleen (sp?) was extremely helpful. I had the avocado toast and my husband had the steak and eggs. Avocado toast is one of my Favorite breakfast options but unfortunately, my over medium eggs were over hard, which kind of ruined the dish for me since I love yolk. The steak and eggs were amazing, the breakfast potatoes are also great and the portions are a good size. We will definitely be back. read more

We have been wanting to try this place, but seeing the service reviews made me hesitate. Fortunately everything was superb! Our first impression walking up to the restaurant was excellent -- open air seating, upbeat music and nice mixed crowd of people. We had FABULOUS service with Julie -- she was totally awesome, especially considering our spouses are smart asses. She was easily able to handle them and very attentive and patient with our questions and special requests. My husband had the Bourbon Nut Sour signature drink, and I'll tell you I don't even like bourbon but this drink was out of this world! Totally yummy. I had the beet salad,which was amazingly delicious and a generous portion, and the prosciutto-wrapped scallops. The presentation was superb, and the grits were purple but SO good. We shared the chocolate-dipped keylime pie ... O.M.G. what a great idea! Our only complaint was the bread. The crust was SO hard that we nearly broke a tooth on it. My friends ordered the Pimm's Cocktail & Spicy Margarita & lived theirs just as much as I loved mine. It was busy for a Tuesday, so we sat right outside on their sofas, it was lovely! First time being back since it initially opened and since they changed owners. Service was good which is why the 3rd star but the food was less than impressive. You can tell the new menu is heavy towards Italian now which is overdone. Plenty of Italian in Naples and with the ambience and area they should have stuck with a more diverse menu. Anyways-started with the charcuterie board for the table which came with literally only 1.5 meats and 1 cheese. Calamari for app which was breaded nicely and pretty decent actually. Marinated skirt steak for main entree. Asked for it medium rare and my friend asked for it rare. Both of ours came out thoroughly if not overcooked. Lots of flavor but too salty. I'm more than willing to pay good money for a good meal but the price point for the portions and quality of food is way overpriced in my opinion. read more

Totally disappointed with this place. I don't usually write bad reviews, but I was very upset with The Bevy. We had walked by The Bevy in the past and looked it up online, and we thought it looked like a nice spot for drinks. We called ahead last night to make reservations for us and our out of town guests on a Monday at 6pm. We let them know on the phone that we were only looking for drinks and appetizers to make sure that was something they could accommodate (considering we had not been there before and were looking to see if they were more of a drink spot or more of a dinner spot). The lady on the phone was not very helpful, but she assured us and took our reservation. We figured it would not be super busy since peak season ended after Easter. When we arrived there were plenty of tables. When we went to check in with the hostess, she specifically asked us if we were getting drinks or eating dinner (kinda weird). We told her honestly that we were going to do drinks and appetizers, not thinking anything of it because we had been told that was okay a day earlier. The hostess would not seat us and told us they would not serve us if we were just going for drinks and appetizers. We were totally confused and just walked out without trying to argue.
