Bevy has a lot going for it visually--it's super photogenic and has a sleek, modern vibe that feels fresh and young, especially for Naples. If we were just rating the ambiance, this place is a solid 5 stars. It's trendy, Instagram-worthy, and definitely a standout from the usual spots around here. But... the prices. Wow. Even for Naples, they're on another level. Drinks are absurdly expensive, and they don't just stop at a high menu price--they'll nickel and dime you for the components of a simple mixed drink. I ordered a ranch water, thinking it'd be a straightforward drink, only to be hit with $15 for the tequila and another $2 for the soda water. I've been to plenty of upscale places, and that kind of pricing is not normal or justified. To top it off, the actual drink menu features cocktails starting at $24. I came here with some friends for our annual reunion during the holidays since I live in Boston. I chose this place because it looked like it had a good brunch menu and some reasonably priced mimosas. My friends were also driving in and they had plenty of parking in front of the restaurant which can be uncommon in the main road of Naples but since it was on a side street it was good for parking. Food: They have an option to make your mimosa a double which was $14 (what a steal!) and for food we shared the almond french toast, and for myself I had the huevos rancheros. The almond french toast was good but not my favorite! Let me tell you, the huevos rancheros not only looked good (A+ presentation) but they were also so tasty and I think about it all the time. Service: There were not many people there when we went around 11am on a Saturday, so at some points we felt rushed to order even though we were catching up and enjoying our drinks before choosing what to eat. Other than that service was great and the food and drinks came quickly. The server was also great about asking if we wanted another mimosa around the time we had finished them. My husband and I visited The Bevy for brunch to celebrate my birthday on a quick weekend getaway to Naples. On a Saturday at 12 pm in gorgeous weather, we were the only patrons. We ordered a couple of mimosas and were offered doubles, but opted for the singles this time (champagne flute vs wine glass in size). I ordered the avocado Burrata with additional poached eggs on the side. It was incredibly flavorful and fresh with a balsamic glaze drizzled over the top. The good news: this restaurant has an upscale, trendy curb appeal, people on the patio looked like they were enjoying themselves, proper glassware was being used on the patio for cocktails, server was solid, it's close to the beach area, food appearance was okay AND from 3-4:55pm they offer 1/2 price on all food (no modifications allowed) + low cost drink specials. That last one really boggled my mind as a $24 burger was now $12. The bad news: the turquoise cushion on the front patio where we sat was disgustingly stained and dirty (yuck!), there are tons of bugs that come from that bush up front so we spent the entire meal swatting bugs from our faces and meals, even at 3pm the music is techno waiting to drop a beat (thankfully it wasn't crazy loud but wasn't enjoyable at that hour), never came by with refills for our tea, and the food simply wasn't very good. Edible-yes, but good-nope. So glad I didn't pay full price, but wasn't even worth the 1/2 price unless you just want to fill the stomach. I would have preferred to pay full price for a higher quality meal. Had the quinoa salad, which arrived very pretty. The greens with light dressing on top were nice as were the radishes, but everything else was a big meh. The avocado was more of a guac or avo puree, the quinoa was not very good, the chickpeas were odd discoveries in the midst of avo puree. Overall, not good. The gnocchi could give someone a heart attack. It was like a big dripping bowl of cheese. The balance of ingredients was not well executed. Bottom line - if you're someone who will eat anything and not really care or is mostly focused on price, give it a try and go at happy hour. If you're someone who appreciates fresh food with quality ingredients and flavor, take a pass. We have been in Naples for 20 years and visited Bevy many times however we feel service has really gone downhill, we always sit at the bar and this was the case this Saturday. After siting we got few looks from the bar stuff however no acknowledgment, no menu , after few min we thought about leaving and going to Tommy Bahama, but finally we were noticed. This was about 4pm and they were not busy yet. Got our appetizer however no plates or utensils. Had to ask. Finished drinks no one asked if we wanted order another. Overall we expect more from this type of restaurant. Next time we might choose different options in the area. read more

Naples doesn't have much of a late night scene. When my friends and I were seeking a nightcap, we found The Bevy. It seemed like a lovely place to end our evening. We did not ordered any food, but we did enjoy a few cocktails. They have a wide selection to choose from. I had an espresso martini which was delicious. The rest of my group were very happy with their cocktails. The bartenders were helpful, although not particularly engaging. As the staff started shutting things down and cleaning up, we were asked to finish our drinks and leave. This was BEFORE 10:30 PM. On Yelp, it states that The Bevy closes at 11:00 PM. It felt like the bartender was anxious to close things up and get out of there. One of my friends was quite annoyed at the fact that he was just served his drink (a bourbon - $$$), then asked to quickly finish and leave. What a scam! As someone who has worked at a bar, I understand that things need to be wrapped up. BUT you really should give your patrons fair warning (like informing them about "Last Call" AND timing that well) before you make them spend money for an expensive drink and then tell them to down it and exit. NOT COOL. Three stars for cocktails and ambiance are generous considering the way my friends felt at the end of the night. read more

This is a delightful restaurant in Naples that offers indoor/outdoor seating. Though you maybe seated in the main dining room, the roof opens to connect you with the beautiful outdoors. They have a wall of plants and paintings of wild animals. The bar is open and welcoming for a drink or two. They have a variety of lemonades and flavored teas for those that want something nonalcoholic.(free refills too). They start you off with bread and olives that you can fill up on but be wise and don't eat too much. You must have an appetizer or 2, 3, 4....They have a large selection of appetizers and entrees to please most palates. If you are into seafood, this is the place for you. We started out visit with ceviche, grilled octopus, tuna tartare, watermelon salad.... Then we proceeded to the skirt steak, signature Pepe pasta, meatballs, curry chicken.... Went back today for a birthday brunch celebration. The same thing happened to the people who planned it. They saw the incorrect menu and prices. However, the service today was so incredible that it made up for any price discrepancies. My husband and I each ordered a separate dish so we could split the two. He had the smoked salmon on toast and I had the chicken Milanese. they both had good flavors. My mother-in-law had the avocado toast, my brother-in-law had the lobster Benedict with a side of potatoes, and my sister-in-law had the huevos rancheros. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals and mimosas were $7 which were reasonably priced. At some point, someone opened the roof which retracts and it became incredibly hot. They quickly closed it, but by that time it was too late. We were all sweating as this part of the restaurant is outdoors and there is no air conditioning, only ceiling fans. we will be back when the weather cools down. read more

We came to The Bevy on a hot, busy Saturday. I was surprised by the lack of indoor seating, but they did have fans and a shaded outdoor area. There could have been a bit more circulation, but it is Florida after all, heat is part of the deal! We ordered two espresso martinis, two mimosas, the avocado toast and the 3-egg omelette. The drinks were delightful, and our server was very on top of it. While the omelette was perfectly average, I would highly recommend anything that comes with the breakfast potatoes as they were seasoned perfectly. We came at a less busy time (around 3 PM) so we were able to be seated right away at the big table in front. It definitely started to get much busier within an hour so if you're just stopping in for a drink, I would definitely recommend coming at an odd time. We got our drinks ordered - I had the strawberry lemon drop and the espresso martini, and one of my friends got the Italian 75 which came in THE cutest flute. Explored the Bevy for fathers day during Brunch. It was a lovely time! The host and servers provided a warm welcome. They offered complimentary lemoncello and a peanut whiskey. Cute surprise! We had our kids with who selected steak and eggs. They chose medium rare and eggs over easy. My kids don't need a kids menu.. they are 6 and 10 and have been raised to eat good food. My husband and I shared tuna tartare and burrata toast. $5 mimosas were yummy. Great experience overall. My only complaint would be the stale chips with the tuna. Prices were fair for the quality of food and upscale atmosphere. Portions were not the biggest, but to be expected in a trendier place like this. Food itself was delicious and great quality. Better for younger crowds, or for older people who don't mind more of a low lightning techno music kind of place.
