My family came to this restaurant due to the many positive reviews I found on Yelp. I say this restaurant, because I am a bit confused as to what the name is. Their website address has Pullman Bay. Their text messaging service for a table says Pullman Bay. Their restaurant and menu say The Bay. Regardless of who's bay it is, the food here is great! Firstly, this place is clean, the decor is a lake-house diner feel, which i like. I loved they have a text messaging service that tells you when your table is ready. There was a bit of a wait, 25 minutes, but there were a lot of people dining, even more waiting, on this busy Saturday morning. The workers hustle, so its not because they are slow. Once our table was ready, we were sat down and we ordered drinks. My family ordered soda, which they brought in a pitcher, I wanted some coffee. My brother ordered the big breakfast, but he asked for a side of pancakes. My mom got the lakeshore sunrise which was apropos for the restaurant and the fact it is next to the water. My mother especially loved the French toast. I asked for some eggs benedict with a side of bacon. Now this is not a traditional eggs benedict, as it has ham instead of Canadian bacon. Still, it tasted so good, a purist like me ignored that fact. The food was filling and delicious. The service was excellent. We all enjoyed our meal and our time together. If you are in the Celina area or visiting, this is a great place to have breakfast!

Nice clean restaurant! The staff was super friendly even when the place was busy & packed out! We had a great breakfast that was affordable for a family of four! The rye bread was so wonderful!

    Breakfast with Santa.

Pullman Bay is now called The Bay and is owned by the former owner's daughter. The restaurant no longer has broasted chicken but has a very similar menu. We had breakfast today and had the western omelette, fried potatoes and biscuits and gravy. Everything was very good! We took home several pieces of pie for supper. Yummy.

    Eggs Benedict- damn good!

Local place with a great view of the lake. Great food, great service, great prices, and pies made with "Hope and love and joy."

The food was so good, definitely homemade. The broasted chicken was the best I've ever had! And did you hear about the homemade pie?????

Service was extremely slow and I ended up with food poisoning. Nothing like having to get fluids at the ER!

I always opt for the Island Club on rye. It's the BEST! (and it doesn't hurt that my house is about 30 meters from it.)

Ate here after running a half marathon, prices are low and food was good. Pies were outstanding with a huge selection.

There's a…read morediner menu letter board up on the wall, yellow with age, announcing the flavors of milkshakes and ice cream. It's from the 60s and probably hasn't changed since they put it up 65 years ago. There's a whiteboard on the back wall with the special for the day written out. Bacon egg and cheese omelette or a sausage egg and cheese sandwich on toast. Five dollars. The kind of place with a few locals sitting at a booth having their morning coffee, one of the waitresses offering Jim the last donut because they know he will want it. He accepts it. This is, in my mind, a classic American small town diner. The kind of place I grew up, eating in my hometown of 500 people. It's not high cuisine, there's nothing fancy about the food although I did come across a few things I had never seen before on the menu. Fried mush. Meat grits specials, like the scuttle butt and the chili Bob. An age old, but perfected recipe of eggs, meat, cheese, and a starch either potatoes ( homefries) or toast. The coffee is weak and not much flavor to it but, to be honest, it's exactly what you would expect in a place like this and there's something comforting about that. Honest, simple food made day and a day out, catering to the local crowd and a few roadway, travelers like myself who happen to come across it. There's a certain charm and depth to places like this that have been lived in day and day out by the same people for decades. For those like up rounded, there's the nostalgia and connection to the many other people having the same experience day after day in communities across the United States. Forgive me if I wax nostalgia can get a little sentimental here, but this morning's dining experience definitely elicited that for me. I hope you can find your own version of this sometime today or in the near future.

There were eight of us at the party today, with people scattered throughout the main dining room, the bar, and the back dining room. Sadly, there was only one wait staff for everybody, so she ran to keep up. Everybody enjoyed what they ordered. It was freshly prepared and had great flavoring. Prices are fair, and no surcharge was added for the party of eight. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. It was quiet, and because of the ambient noise, we were able to have conversations without yelling at one another.

We sat for just a few minutes before our lovely waitress came to our table. She was so sweet and when we told her we were from Indiana, she got excited and said she was, too! Always nice to meet a fellow Hoosier even if it's in Ohio! We placed our order, waited a little longer than we had hoped but the food was worth the wait. Everything seemed to be so fresh, right down to the rolls and muffins our waitress had forgotten to serve at the beginning of our visit. I'm not hating though! We were so pleased she brought them and it was a pleasant surprise. The housemade poppyseed dressing is a must! So delicious! We're definitely coming back!
