Four small glasses of craft beer are arranged on a wooden paddle with labels indicating different flavors, set on a bar counter.

I've been to Brew Nation twice now and I think it's in a great area right on Main Street Celina. There is free street parking and upon entering you'll notice a large area with quirky decor. Both times we've sat at the bar, where we are able to get direct food and bar service, however if you sit anywhere else you need to place both food and drink orders at separate areas of the restaurant. They have a rotating draft list featuring some Rat Lake home brews, local Ohio beers, and domestic. They also serve creative cocktails and wine. Unfortunately at both visits we encountered the same bartender and he wasn't the most welcoming and we definitely seemed to inconvenience him. It wasn't the most comfortable setting for both visits. I'm unsure we will make another trip back to Brew Nation, but rather visit some of the other great offerings in Celina.

Great local craft beer place in Celina which doubles as a restaurant (when open) and a cafe! Renovations were underway and folks were open for take out. Beautiful interior. They are about to open the out door area for dining customers. If you Yelp "Check in" there is an offer for 1$ off the smoked wings. We declined. However, the wood fired pizza looked delicious. Too bad I did not order ahead. Much of the Lake Rat Beer was out but they had a DIPA New England style called Oh My My which we took a 6 pack home. They actually make the 6 pack for you right on the spot. Pretty cool. I grabbed some of their wine too which I can't wait to try tonight.

Brew Nation is the best bar in Celina. It has lots of beer. They have many local breweries on tap. It also has some food. They are in the same building as Java Nation. I was in earlier in the day for coffee. It was pretty good. This time it was time for beer. It has lots of good selections on tap. They have some from Lake Rat, which is right next to this. I ordered the Lake Rat Brew Juice. This is about $5 for a pint. It's not too strong of a beer, pretty light. This was not all that hoppy, and it was pretty smooth. It also has some food. It's mostly barbecue. They had a trivia night the last time.

Great Place!!! It has a store of gourmet items, they have music after 6. They had a Witch fest going on. We both had the Cuban sandwiches. My husband had it the original, I got pepper-jack cheese, and gave home the sweet pickle slices that were on the sandwich. But the dill pickle spear was mine, yum! I had the tea of the day which was a green tea. Lots of beer choices (Lake Rat Beers) my husband tried a few

This is a great neighborhood spot for pizza, beer, wine, coffee and desserts. They're open until midnight on Friday and Saturday, but run a limited menu of appetizers and pizza after 8pm. They stop serving coffee around the same time. Pizza is probably your best option here, and they do a great job of it. Their pizza is baked in a wood fired oven, and they have delicious combinations of ingredients, some more unusual than others. We've been happy with every pizza we've tried here. On a recent visit we had the SWISS MOUNTAIN GOAT, a goat cheese pizza with an olive oil base instead of marinara, and it hit the spot. Live music is a common occurrence here, so check their schedule. It's usually on Friday and Saturday starting around 8 or 9pm, and it's always free. Be warned, it can get loud. We come here most often for coffee, because it is one of the best options in the area for Americanos and Lattes. There is a pass through to LAKE RAT BREWING, a local brewery with plentiful seating and a shuffleboard table for when you get competitive. Overall, this place makes Celina feel like a much larger, hipper city, and that's a good thing.

Just a shot of the interior. Really neat and casual place Live music

I liked this place. Extensive (and good) selection of bottle and draft beers. Both domestic and imported Pizza was good too. Possibly three people could share 2 pizzas. I think the pizza is about average as far as price goes. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I think Bonnie was very pleasant. The atmosphere was neat. Exposed brick walls have it a trendy yet industrial feel. The open floor plan made the pace feel huge. There was a deli/general store feel to the back of that restaurant I really liked it but i don't know if i will make this my go to place fir dinner. Definately go to place for chill atmosphere and drinks with friends

The patio area is beautiful, we weren't able to go inside because of Covid restrictions. My nachos left a lot to be desired, the chip serving was huge the meat ratio was not. What pork I did get was very good.

Great unique place with really good food. We had cauliflower crust pizza (potter house specialty) and smoked brisket. Free beard conditioner samples from gnarlybeardco.com.

I visit Celina with my fiancé maybe 3-4 times a year and I always tell him that we HAVE TO go to Brew Nation every single time! It's my favorite place in Celina. Their wood-fired pizza is phenomenal. Last night I got the potter house pizza which was chicken pesto, spinach, jalapeño jam, and I added bacon Also I'm a huge fan of their wine choices and gin & tonic!

The bar itself is very fun and very full of personality! There is graffiti and stickers all over…read morethe wall and polls that show a rich history of happy patrons and bands who have had joyous times here! The bar staff were incredibly friendly and very attentive! The only critiques I have are that there are many many tables for watching and not much room for dancing ( or in my case moshing since I visited to see a metal show) which was a bit sad, they do not serve food here which again was a bit sad ( I should have looked up though) BUT!!!!! They do have a popcorn machine so that was a very happy surprise! This bar has good vibes and character!

A Beautifully Filthy Rock & Roll Dive…read more If you love a good, grungy, rock and roll dive bar, Howard's Club H is the place for you. It's got all the essentials: cold beer (only slightly overpriced), bartenders who are usually nice enough, and a smell that can only be described as shame with a hint of stale beer. The bathrooms? Perfectly disgusting, just as they should be in a place like this. The walls are covered in layers of graffiti and stickers, some of it actually pretty interesting if you take the time to look. Live bands crank out music that ranges from surprisingly solid to who let them on stage? But that's part of the charm. This is the kind of bar where you go to lose track of time, drink with strangers who might become friends, and soak in the glorious decay of a true dive. It's not for everyone, but if you appreciate a bar with character, history, and just the right amount of grime, Howard's Club H is a must.
