The restaurant is clean and contemporary. Fun wall art and I'm told the mural is done by a local artist(!) The book exchange is a fun way to get some new reading and a nice conversation piece while waiting for your food. The staff is super personable. It's great to see the owners working in all the positions alongside staff. We need more local mom and pop shops. The base menu is *chefs kiss* but they also have exceptional weekly specials both savory and sweet. And the drinks are always temperature appropriate for the whole family. If you're in the area stop by and give 'em a try. Two enthusiastic thumbs way up! read more

Tried the eggs Benedict and a burrito. The Benedict sauce had a strange flavor that I couldn't really plave, but also didn't enjoy. The cheese sauce on the burrito made it soggy and the tortilla broke because of it about halfway through. Orange juice, $4, came from a gallon jug of processed juice. The hot sauce was unique and good. Lots of options for coffee. Local lemonade options. Nothing special food wise here though, I probably wouldn't visit again. read more

We saw Thanks A Brunch pop up on Uber Eats. Since they had some vegan options, we decided to try them out.  We got 2 Vegan Breakfast Burritos and 1 Vegan Pesto Breakfast Sandwich. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Part of our party is not Vegan, and they loved the food as well. We will definitely order again and try out all of their options. All the previous reviews lived up to their 5 Stars status! Friendly and patient staff. Breakfast burrito with pork was filling and very large- had to take home for leftovers. Steak and eggs was also a generous and delicious portion. CLassic French toast was a nice treat to share, fluffy and seasoned well. We were visiting from out of town so probably won't be regulars but we're definitely coming back for seconds if we come back to town. read more

The great menu made it so hard to choose but the Fried ice cream french toast was the best French toast I ever had, thick and crunchy and so good. The side waffle fries were delicious as well. Everything was cooked perfectly and served quickly. It's a small place so I can see it getting pretty crowded on weekends but it would be worth the wait. read more

Prompt, friendly service, a variety of breakfast items with clearly marked vegetarian options and chef favorites. I tried a YOLOte burrito and it was ready quickly, with balanced flavors and a generous portion. I was full partway through and took half of it home for later. Very busy place that's great however I can't get the taste of my mouth my wife had a California Beni I had a burrito Beni aka potato only all the potatoes are deep fried everything was greasy and the place was very hot. Hopefully for them it gets better and they get a lot of customers best of luck I will mostly go elsewhere. read more

I was excited to see that there was a new brunch place to go to. It's my favorite meal of the day. I looked over the menu and picked out some things I'd like to try. When we found the place and walked in we were not expecting a small place with a front counter where you place your order then carry your order number to the table, fetch our own coffee...What?? No waitress coming to our table to take our order?? Once we got our food, which was brought to our table by a very friendly waitress, we were quite happy!! The food was delicious! The place was clean, too. We all said we would definitely come back!! We don't need to go to a snooty brunch place anymore. read more

Breakfast smash burger and waffle cut fries...this will be THE spot I come to when I'm craving a burger! Juicy, perfectly cooked, and I can tell it was not frozen meat. Those waffle fries put Chik-fil-a to shame! Husband and I shared a jar of huckleberry lemonade-also amazing! Finally we finished with the special French toast of the day-lime and coconut...made my Polynesian husband very happy! Taylor helped us at the front desk and was super friendly and helpful. I have dined here several times, or attempted to (once the line went out the door and no tables were available so we had to leave), and while each dish I've had has been pretty good, each experience has always been quirky, with this recent visit being the most odd. Brought a guest from out of town here and we had to deal with two of the drippiest employees, one of whom was totally humorless, seemed bothered by our presence, and negatively commented on my guest's odor ("smells like one of you is wearing essential oils"). I was further confused when trying to order the breakfast burrito and it took my guest having to explain it to me ("it's 'this, this and/or this,' not choose 'these or these'") versus the employee, who stood there as if they hoped we would just leave. (As I think about it further, I think I've been tripped-up on this menu item and its' options before, so I wonder how often this is an issue.) My guest was pondering the cold coffees and had a question about the brews and the answer was basically 'what you see on the board,' so we both just ordered hot coffee. For some reason the booths were pulled out from the wall, and after we had already set our drinks and number down (which, I had to remind myself to grab, since the employee did not, but then again, they didn't even tell me what the total dollar amount was either), two employees came over and started pushing them back without any explanation. (Was there a leak? Were there bugs? Don't know. Also, regarding the booths, there is one close to the south exit door that has a seat longer than the other side - I realize this is to not block the door, but it means people sitting at the end of the longer side will always be crooking their necks to speak with their guests.) The coffee was totally out (there were several carafes on the counter, but they must use only one), and it took my guest having to ask more than once to have it brewed and if it was ready. Then, as other reviewers have pointed out here, my guest's food came out first, and we waited several more minutes until mine came out - not a huge deal, but I don't know why they wouldn't have just waited to bring both out at the same time. We both scarfed down our food, and my guest shrugged off the oddities -- I tried to avoid talking about them -- but I was very embarrassed to have brought them here when it was my recommendation; when I hear people think Arizonans are so cold, I don't want to put them in environments that might perpetuate what I previously hoped was an unjustified assessment. read more

I almost dont want to post this because its going to blow up and get hard to get into. This place is awesome. Everything we had was so good. Hubby got a green pork burrito and really liked it. I got the elote avocado toast and its life changing. We shared the bananas fosters french toast and it didnt even need the syrup it was so good with the perfect crust. When they first opened they had one of the best vegan breakfast burritos in the valley, but it changed, and the last three times I've gone the burrito is basically just a tortilla filled with potatoes. I'd be here every week if they brought back the original proportions, but I doubt a nearly all potato burrito is something anyone would ask for. Delicious cuisine, pleasant atmosphere. It's an excellent spot for breakfast. We decided to try dishes from the taco section of the menu; my egg whites and green chili tacos, paired with guacamole, were delightful. The breakfast potatoes were well-prepared, not overly spicy or salty, just flavorsome. We also tried the egg and soy chorizo tacos and they didn't disappoint. It's literally one of the best brunch spots in Gilbert and probably the East Valley. I wish I had taken pictures of the food. We had the banana fosters cheesecake french toast, American style breakfast burrito, and the loaded street fries. The food is so well seasoned and delicious. The cold brew hits the spot, and they have syrups to sweeten it up. Highly recommend. We will be back for sure! read more

I went there with high hopes for their food! I had one of the burgers - it was delicious!!! My brother ordered a different burger and also loved it. The burgers were juicy and flavorful the potatoes were addictive whatever seasoning they put on them was great!!! My wife orders cranberry french toast did care for it but my nephew ordered different French toast and loved it! My son ordered breakfast tacos and sati he enjoyed them but was disappointed that there was only two since they were good! My sister in law ordered breakfast nachos while she thought was good was too spicy for her. All in all the food was excellent, though you go to counter to order not my favorite ordering method but since burgers were so good I will definitely go back!!! read more
