Full disclosure I am a bit biased because I do have a different favorite Thai restaurant... However, we live in the area and decided to give this place a try. The food overall was good. There are many clearly marked vegan and vegetarian options which made ordering easy and our server was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about what menu items were "safe" for me to eat. I had the tofu green curry and I love spicy food but boy, oh boy it was spicy. Maybe a little on the menu to indicate just how spicy it was! I was able to eat it but if you are sensitive to spice this is not the dish for you. Honestly the star was the vegan dessert which was a coconut mango creme brulee. Super delicious. The restaurant itself is massive and it was quite empty when we dined there on a Sunday evening. The sound really travels in the place and my husband and I felt a bit like our entire conversation was being projected throughout the restaurant and we could hear every word from the table across the restaurant. Maybe some heavy art on the walls could help to muffle the sounds. read more

Let me start by saying I hate giving poor reviews..it's so much more fun to say positive and enjoyable things. But I owe it to this platform to be honest as I use and trust it's reviews. I was excited to try this place. We walked in, sat at the bar and immediately realized that I've reviewed this place before..this was the BBQ place that I tried last year ( and it was not very good ) I was not surprised that the BBQ closed but didn't realize they simply re branded and shifted to Thai food..ok, no problem..I'm all about second chances!! Let's start with decor..remember I said the second I sat down, I remembered being here? That's because the inside is exactly thee same..they did nothing to the inside to suggest that it's a Thai restaurant..from the electric guitar on the wall to the " outhouse " sign above the bathroom ( written in old west saloon style font )..what a missed opportunity..even the absolutely beautiful logo that appears on a small sign outside, never makes another appearance inside. There is 0 branding or identity inside. The servers were very nice. The food was was about as good as decent Chinese takeout. The staff checked on us often which was nice..but the owner who was wearing shorts and tee shirt, sitting at the bar, drinking beer with the chef and watching soccer, didn't check on us once..and only got up once to go into the back and walk a German Shepherd through the restaurant and out the front door. ( maybe he's a service dog..but I did not see a vest or patches to suggest so ). I also thought it was odd that I had to ask for water ( especially in a Thai spot that claims to use generous spices ), however I believe it was intentional as it smelled off and was undrinkable..possibly mold in the ice well. This restaurant has become our regular Friday night hang. Can only speak to the vegan dishes on the menu; everything is delicious!!! Stir fried rice with tofu is probably our favorite, though the green curry with tofu has the right spice oooompffff to satisfy. Vegan options are clearly labeled on the menu and plentiful, especially considering the lack of vegan food here in Northern Westchester. The bar and dining room are well-decorated, cozy, and with just the right music-to-crowd noise ratio so I don't have to yell across the table at my partner to have a conversation. We find the staff to be friendly, super attentive, and eager to please. Check it out, you won't be disappointed! Especially you vegan diners!! read more

Finally got over to Thaimless Thai this week. The menu appears prey limited online so I was hoping that it was a bit less limited in house or perhaps there were specials but sadly no. We got spring rolls, Satay and shroud cakes. All were ok. Spring rolls were crispy but bland. Satay was good. Shrimp cakes were good but small. Their tarter sauce was very good. Shrimp Pad Thai was good. Shrimps (5 medium) were overcooked. Otherwise, it was fairly typical Pad Thai and perhaps a bit bland. We had high hopes. Place is pretty. The place is cute and has a nice back patio. And it's pretty large which you can't tell from the outside. Servers were so nice - but a bit slow. I don't think I'll be back. Menu is too limited. But I wish them luck in this fabulous restaurant row in Peekskill. read more

SOGGY TOFU & FORGOT TO ADD SPICES After reading the outstanding reviews, I was excited to try this new Thai restaurant that recently opened in Peekskill. I called and ordered the stirfry with tofu and vegetables, with jasmine rice for pickup. The young man was quite pleasant on the phone and in person, when I came to pickup my order. I was very hungry and couldn't wait to try this dish. When I opened the container, I was immediately disappointed as it didn't look appetizing at all. It looked liked steamed vegetables. But, I wasn't going to judge by looks, hoping that the taste would say it all. Unfortunately, it did... there was absolutely no flavor whatsoever. Even the rice was bland. The tofu was soggy...this is a stir fry dish, not a steamed dish. After paying $20 for this dish, I would have taken it right back. As I was very hungry , I added my own soy sauce in order to perk the dish up. I called and spoke to the young man who took my order and told him that the dish had no flavor. He told me that they don't use spices in tofu dishes. Huh? He did offer for me to bring it back for another dish. I declined as the hassle of driving to exchange it was annoying at this point. He did say he would inform the chef of the problem. So, I'm very disappointed especially since I could have gotten a delicious tofu and sautéed mixed vegetable from my local chinese takeout for $12 (#1 Chinese Restaurant). There they have large chunks of broccoli, carrots, mushrooms and onions with crispy tofu and you get enough for 3 meals. So I won't be returning at this point in time. read more

Having visited Thailand many times, I can say with a reasonable amount of authority that this is one of the best Thai restaurants I've frequented outside Thailand. The pad Thai is fabulous, the green curry is out of this world, and both the appetizers and the desserts are absolutely delicious. If I could award 10 stars I would. Five it is. This restaurant has updated its menu and has added some Thai fan favorites. We enjoyed the server who was very polite and attentive. The space is very nice, open and airy. Some of our favorite dishes include the pineapple fried rice with your choice of any protein even Tofu! Love that! This has been my absolute favorite dish. This restaurant really makes it well. We also tried the Thai crispy salmon which was delicious. Can't wait to go back soon! Fantastic! read more

Not authentic Thai food. I had the Tom yum and it was peppery. The broth was red and had no lemongrass that I could taste. I have had Tom yum in many places and was not able to finish it. read more

We saw there was a new Thai restaurant in town and decided to give it a try. Went to the website to look at the menu I found they had very few options available for food. Ordered one appetizer and four main dishes to get a good sampling of their food. I'm sorry to report that we were very disappointed. Portions were very small and way overpriced. Quality of the food was not great. Most of it didn't even taste like Thai food. Some of the local Chinese takeout joints do a better job with Thai than this place and they aren't great either. My wife and I are very well traveled Thai food lovers and thankfully there are other choices in our area that are far superior to this place (and cheaper too)! Perhaps in another year we'll give it a try but they're really going to have to step it up to compete with the other competitors. read more

This is NOT a place to get real Thai food-you will spend a lot and be disappointed. The menu is extremely small, probably b/c they do not know how to cook real authentic Thai. The man who took our order reeked of beer!! The chicken satay was tasteless, it clearly had not been marinated long enough and the sauce on the side was not a peanut sauce or even an elevated peanut sauce, everyone meal was terrible. They went from BBQ to Thai?? and now Ramem/Thai? Forget the Thai food if you cannot do it right, one of the meals was Shrimp Pad Thai- The noodles were mascaraed, literally 4 small shrimp in the whole dish and the taste was way off. read more

We went there tonight, and while it was kind of crowded, we were seated fairly quickly. The weight staff was pleasant. I thought the owner was very nice but very forward with his personality. He did mention that all Thai food is spicy, so that's what they serve there at the restaurant. It was really a letdown as the chicken satay was so spicy, we could barely eat it. And I like spicy food. Very limited cocktail menu. While we did get most of the chicken satay down, the rest of our meal was so overly spicy that we could not even eat it. When we told the owner, he seemed to be bothered by our opinions, and quite honestly seem to be a little mad about it. With an attitude like that you will not last six months just because you lived in Thailand does not mean you know how to cook proper Thai food. And from my time over in Thailand, the people couldn't have been nicer. The restaurants really wanted to please us, and would make any dish how we specified. They really are beautiful people. This restaurant owner does not seem to honor those values and instead probably thinks it's done this way and if you don't like it leave. Well, we left. And we won't be back.
