Finding great ethnic food in the Camas and Vancouver area has been a struggle for us since moving from California a few years ago. We definitely realized how spoiled we were with the restaurant options there. However, we were very happy to discover Thai Wok Kitchen in Vancouver. It is a great spot, fresh and tasty food with great service and will likely become our go-to restaurant from now on. read more

I am so glad to have discovered this Thai place. Perfect place for a group of 5 plus a baby. So much food on the menu, all seem good. We ordered pineapple fried rice, hainanese chicken, pad see ew, pad Thai , garlic duck - all so good, tasty and perfect! Service is great. Owner serving and always checked on us. Nice place, very cozy. Will always recommend this place. read more

First time here. This is a small restaurant, perhaps with a capacity of 50 diners. It has the feel of a family run restaurant. The service is warm and friendly, The food was really good. We were a group of 5. We had Pad See Ew Beef, Pad Thai Shrimps, Khao Mon Gai, Garlic Duck and Pineapple Fried Rice. The portions were ample and all the flavors were authentic. Nothing fancy here, just really good food. We wanted to try dessert, but we were just full. I would go back here on a heartbeat. read more

In a strip mall area, simple and basic. If you just want some classic Thai food, this will be good, but basic. The moon crab puffs are tasty, but just basic. I will say the curry was delicious. Vibes from staff were great! I saw a lot of pickup/togo orders. That's the move! read more

A cute little place with simple decor. The food is delicious. The duck noodles was like noodles from Thai street food. Today one of their specials was a braised pork leg in a special sweet soy sauce. And mango sticky rice was spot on. Very yummy Definitely will be back again soon. read more

Thai Wok Kitchen - Drunken noodles with chicken - Thai Near Me - Vancouver, Washington

Phenomenal thai food! I really liked the crab fried rice, khao sói, drunken noodles, shumai, mango sticky rice, and thai iced tea. Probably the best thai iced tea & crab fried rice I've had outside of Thailand. The service is amazing and the owner (who also serves & cooks) is super sweet. Thai Wok Kitchen like a little piece of Thailand and temporarily transported me out of Vancouver strip mall suburbia for a little while with the modern decor and contemporary music. We had a feast and I left stuffed! Portions are decent. Definitely coming back to try more dishes. read more

We tried this restaurant after watching it featured on Connect Clark County. What a treat this place was! We ordered take out and didn't wait long for the food. We had Pad Thai, basil fried rice and the peanut curry. The Pad Thai was well prepared full of flavor. Ordered the basil fried rice "medium" and it was perfect amount of heat without killing the flavors. Our favorite was the peanut curry. Loved all the vegetables with plenty of chicken swimming on a delicious peanut curry. Yum! Was our first time trying this place and we weren't disappointed. Highly recommend this place for some authentic, tasty Thai food. read more

If you are vegan in Vancouver or Portland, do not walk, RUN to this establishment. The staff are so sweet and knowledgeable in dietary restrictions. if there was an hour wait to sit down, I would stand at the front door happily. Two menu items you have to order are the Taro Curry Puffs and the Vegan Yakisoba (ask the server if you can add the Kung Pao sauce which can still be made vegan). See you there! read more

The restaurant is small, clean, and comfy. The staff is very welcoming and provided good customer service. We ordered the cashew chicken very spicy and yakisoba noodles mild. It smells good when you enter, and I was expecting that savory smoky flavor from wok noodles. Unfortunately the food was very bland. No hint of garlic, onion, basil, soy sauce or anything at all. The veggies were missing that caramelization and slight char. The spice was not there at all, had to add their table side chili pepper. Was hoping to like the food since the staff is very nice. read more

Excellent! I got the yellow curry with chicken and brown rice- nothing better!! These ppl know what they're doing, and everything was super awesome and on point. I'll be back!!! read more

I used to love this restaurant, but the last time my husband went on a Sunday, we had a bad experience. The Peanut sauce for our Salad Rolls was very runny and watered down. The Yellow Curry with Chicken dish lacked flavor. Boiled peanuts were found in the sauce, which has NO PLACE to be there!!! There was only two people working it and they ignored the few customers that were there. They have really gone to the dogs! Never came back since this! read more

Chose TWK based on the reviews and was not disappointed. The egg rolls, pineapple fried rice w/chicken, and Thai basil chicken were all great. The Thai Basil chicken was definitely my favorite. Friendly service and the food was made fresh to order. Will definitely return. read more

Low key Thai place but super friendly staff and great food. Had the garlic chicken and it was delish! Also the spring rolls and basil friend rice were on target. The red curry was not what we were expecting, and a bit too spicy. read more

The drunken noodles were perfectly spicy and packed with fresh basil and vegetables. I highly recommend the golden coconut shrimp because they had a great crunch and sweet flavor. read more

First time with Thai Wok Kitchen since our usual is closed Sundays. Pad See Ew was very good, used fresh noodles as opposed to dried which is my preference. Not sure it was made with the richly savory black soy though and could use more of a noodle char. Yeah, pad see ew is my jam, I've had it in probably 100 Thai restaurants! Fresh rolls were also good, but could include some fresh basil or mint to pop the flavors. Tom Yum soup, very flavorful. All in all, we would definitely go back. This was takeout, not dine in. read more

Good food. Service is very attentive. Ambiance is good also. I usually order take out from them. Great food.

Stopped here again to try some of their other dishes... we tried Pumpkin Curry with Chicken and brown rice and the Pad Ke Ma. Both dishes were served hot and tasted great. As seen in the pictures, the portions are generous as well, so are definitely shareable. We like the service here as you get plenty of attention while dining here. The restaurant is quiet with good ambience so you can carry a conversation without having to talk loudly. We will definitely come back to try some of the other dishes on their menu. read more

I was excited to try this place out after reading good reviews. The restaurant is nice, clean and has very friendly staff. The food however was extremely bland and simply tasted like oil. I ordered a cashew nut stir fry which the menu said was spicy. The waiter asked how spicy I wanted it and I asked for very spicy. The entire dish simply tasted like oil, not even a kick of slight pepper flavor or any flavor aside from just oil. read more

Small restaurant with very good food. Noodle dishes and pumpkin curry were very good. Garlic duck was perfect.

This little restaurant has been open for some time now and I have eaten here before but it has been years. Recently Facebook posted "top five reviewed restaurants in Vancouver on Yelp" and I wanted to try it out again and was not disappointed at all! First I ordered the pot stickers (sorry no pictures) and I was not disappointed at all, had a lot of flavors and the sauce was very good. They lightly sprinkle a crunch topping over the pot stickers and it added a new depth to the taste. For dinner I ordered the Kao Soii with chicken and you must be a peanut sauce lover! This sauce was so dang good and had just a little punch of heat to it! The egg noodles were just right and the pickled cabbage was really delicious! I highly recommend this dish! I can see why this place has high marks on Yelp and I will be back and will order this dish again. One thing I will start to do in my reviews is point out something that was missed at the restaurants in hopes that owners are reading what I have said see that maybe changes need to be made. I found that the booths were not big guy with a belly friendly, from what I could see when I walked out the booths could be moved around and make them a little bit more comfortable. Provide more napkins, it's a small request but serving a meal with a sauce and one thin napkin, messes are going to happen. Lastly and this is something that will go away soon since summer is almost over is the fly issue in the restaurant, invest in the ultra blue light devices that help trap the bugs. read more
