It honestly felt more like being welcomed into someone's home than eating at a restaurant. She deserves a lot of recognition because she absolutely elevated my entire experience. I wish I had gotten her name because she earned every bit of this compliment. For my meal, I ordered king crab legs, snow crab legs, shrimp, and crawfish. I chose to mix all of the seasonings because I thought it would create the biggest flavor. Unfortunately, the food itself was much blander than I expected. The potatoes, corn, shrimp, and especially the king crab legs needed a lot more seasoning. Considering the price of king crab, I was hoping for a much bolder flavor. The snow crab legs were probably the highlight of the seafood. When my server noticed I wasn't completely satisfied, she immediately stepped in to help. She brought me extra garlic butter and additional Old Bay seasoning, and that made a huge difference. She didn't ignore the issue or make excuses--she genuinely wanted me to enjoy my meal, and I really appreciated that. Overall, I'd give the service a perfect 10/10. The food, based on this visit, didn't quite live up to the hype for me, but the menu is huge and there are still plenty of things I'd like to try. Because of how well I was treated, I'll definitely be back and I'll be hoping to get the same server again. Great hospitality can make all the difference, and she absolutely proved that today.
