Amateur Fresh Rolls (3) with poor quality iceberg lettuce and little tofu. Other ingredients their menus clearly state aren't included.

My first time ordering from Thai Valley, I had it delivered by a third party app and there wasn't a thing wrong with the delivery, this is 100% on the restaurant. I ordered Fresh Rolls, Satay, and Stir-Fried Pork Basil Lunch Set, let's get into it: Fresh Rolls: not remotely ok. On their online menu and on the app menu it lists what ingredients are included, which is patently false. Screenshots below. In reality all that's included is not-fresh iceberg lettuce and tofu, the wrapping was very poorly done, with a few rips and tears. I'm not a fan of their peanut sauce, but at that point I still was optimistic. I went back and read reviews for fresh rolls and everyone said the same thing about ingredients, I chalked it up to me not doing enough homework. Satay: I opened the box and there was reddish liquid all over the bottom and it wasn't from the peanut sauce nor cucumber salad, it was from the chicken skewers. The first one I checked had some pink, so those went to the trash. I love Thai cucumber salad, theirs wasn't made today, definitely not fresh. Strike 2. Stir-Fried Pork Basil Lunch Set: I know restaurants are having an impossible time with costs rising at debilitating speed and I usually show some grace with portion sizes but the amount of stir-fried pork was shocking, it appeared like a half portion. I asked for medium spice, got zero spice, which normally would be no biggie because I have condiments. but It was a greasy salty mess, the small portion just meant there was less for me to toss. The egg roll was soggy as all get out, but I'll give that a half pass since it was delivered. The pad Thai was one giant clumped mass of overcooked noodles, also greasy. I know pad Thai takes a lot of oil, but this wasn't an example of regular pad Thai. I couldn't separate forkfuls to dig in, at all came up in one piece on my fork. The rice was meh, but what even mattered anymore. 3 strikes and they're out, deeply disappointed and I can usually find at least some good parts but nope. 1st and last time eating food from Thai Valley. Now I need to make something for lunch since I'm still hungry.

I loved the quiet atmosphere in the dining room as well as the nice decorations. I ordered the Chicken potsickers and Yellow Curry chicken and loved it (10/10)

Aiiiii, this place does not joke around with the spice level. Came here with a coworker for lunch and overall, left with a full and happy tummy. Located in the plaza of various businesses, there is plenty of free parking. If you're here during the weekday 11-12:30pm lunch rush , just know that parking may be limited due to the influx of nearby Boeing employees and such. Here are some of my highlights: Service: All of the staff are pretty friendly! Prices: Lunch specials are reasonable and overall, not too pricey Food Options: At lunch, you do get a free complimentary soup. The soup was decent and wasn't too bland. As for the food options, Thai Valley has a pretty extensive menu and I highly encouraged exploring beyond the normal lunch combos. If you don't know what to order, go for one of the lunch combos that gives you a little bit of everything. Panang Curry = SO TASTY!!!! Love the flavors and honestly, I would come back and order this again. For me, a level 3 spice level definitely felt more like a level 4. Hurray for more yummy Thai places in the Everett area :)

Food is delicious here. Try the Pad Kee Mao, Pad Mee, or Pad See Eiw. Pad Thai is also very good.

The food just wasn't what it should've been or what it was the last time I was there a year ago. We ordered pad Thai and drunken noodles and the almost always delicious mango and sticky rice. The noodles in the pad Thai were very rubbery and very difficult to cut with a fork. And equally difficult to chew because they were so rubbery, the flavor of the dish was pleasant, although it was a little tangy/tart. The mango and sticky rice was the big disappointment because it's a $12 dessert. The mango was rockhard and very very sour. The mango was too hard to cut with a fork, in fact we didn't even eat it. We left most of it on the plate and just nibbled at the rice w sauce. Our server was very pleasant and sweet, but he did not speak much English and I didn't feel like I could communicate my disappointment on the mango and sticky rice, at least to him, and have him understand what I was saying so I didn't say anything. This visit probably was just a fluke, (but an expensive one, when the tip and tax were calculated) it was quite a disappointment given how good our prior visit was.

When we arrived, we were seated and I asked our server for a high chair for our toddler. Instead of bringing one, he told me to get it myself. I've never had that happen at a restaurant before. The high chairs were behind a heater, so it was awkward to reach and I had to manage it myself. We also didn't receive menus for several minutes. We ordered summer fresh rolls with tofu, egg fried rice, and chow mein with tofu (3 star spice). Food was served by a different gentleman who was very nice and brought plates, etc. The chow mein had no spice at all. We waited for our server to check in so we could request spicy sauce, but he never came back to our table. Our table was in the middle of the room, and we watched him check on other tables but not ours. Eventually my husband had to go to the counter to get chili oil. At one point my fork fell on the floor and again, no one came by so I could get another. When we left, there was no thank you or goodbye. In the past, the staff has always been Asian and has been consistently attentive and welcoming. This time our server was the only non-Asian staff member we've seen here and seemed unfamiliar with the restaurant's usual level of service. Unfortunately, we felt overlooked the entire time, which was the opposite of our past experiences. The food is still good, but the service today was unpleasant enough that we won't be returning. It's a bummer because we used to really enjoy coming here.

I liked the fact that the menu was well organized with well described ingredients and accompanying pictures of the dishes (as a more exotic type genre, I have no clue how the traditional dish name translates to something I wish to order). I ordered the Swimming Rama because I wanted wide noodles and spinach. It arrived as a generous portion with excellent quantities of all the different ingredients. I'm also not a fiery hot spice eater, but don't want bland either, and the temperature was proper at spice level 2-3. Normally I would have most of the dish and reserve some for lunch tomorrow, but it was so good (combined with a desire to not carry doggie bags to our next stop) that I finished my dish. My wife had the papaya salad and red curry, and she found them very fresh and flavorful, spicy but not excessive. She also finished her plate. Minor deduction in that the dining area is somewhat small and nondescript, and the door on a cold evening let in some cold (our waiter made sure to bus the door with every passage to minimize this issue). Prices were fair and competitive: great quality and quantity at a good price. I don't understand why there wasn't more of a a crowd!? A real witness: We are planning on returning in a month.

Through a small door opening is probably a small kitchen where one can hear the wok sizzling. At lunch when we went, is a young friendly Thai lady alone taking orders and manning the cashier and to go orders. Maybe in the back is one guy responsible for the cooking. But what comes out of the rook is really good and tasty. We had Pad See Ew with Beef. This is my standard test to know if the Thai restaurant is good. This one surely passes the test. The beef slices were tender. Portion size was fair and smoke. The sauce clinging to the noodles is perfect. It had a good amount of charred broccoli and carrots. The Pad Thai with Chicken Satay is impressive, as well. Perfectly balanced flavors of sweetness, sourness and aromatic. The satay was generous. There's a slight misstep with the peanut sauce, I think. It seemed thickened with cornstarch as opposed to just a reduction. If the other items on the menu were of these quality, I would certainly love to try them. So the restaurant may not be pretty, but what we've tasted is good, really good. We'll be back.

They had tons of traditional Thai options, but also some fun specials that I can't wait to try next time I go. A really great variety- plus some amazing lunch specials that I want to come back to try. The takeout box started dissolving a few hours later, so would recommend transferring into containers as soon as you get home. We started with the pumpkin tempura. It was crispy on the outside, with a naturally sweet pumpkin inside. It was really delicious. It came with a dipping sauce, though the portion felt quite small. The side of lettuce and a chunk of purple cabbage felt a bit odd presentation wise, but once we wrapped everything together and dipped it, it tasted great. For my main, I ordered the vegan herb tofu salad with medium spice. It was mostly fried tofu tossed in a herb dressing with mint, tamarind, and cilantro. The flavor was a mix of sweet, spicy, and tangy. It honestly reminded me a bit of pani puri. That said, the sweetness was a bit overpowering and made the dish slightly sticky. If they toned that down, it would be perfect. We also tried the vegan 17th curry fried rice, which was good. The curry flavor was subtle. My toddler absolutely loved it. Overall, I would recommend this place, especially for vegans. The food was good, with the only downside being that some dishes leaned a bit too sweet for my taste. The service was okay, not exceptional, but not bad either. I had visited this place about three years ago on a busy Friday night and had a pretty poor service experience, so I wanted to give it another shot on a weekday. The food has improved, and the service was decent this time around.
