Our dining experience began with cold appetizers, including a mixed black fungus dish with a satisfying crunch and tangy vinegar flavor, alongside pickled lotus root vegetables with a garlicky and subtly spicy taste. For our main courses, we opted for the Deep Fried Fish Szechuan Style, which was filled with cod fish, had a lighter batter coating, and a pleasing crunch, but beware of its savory and fiery flavor, which intensifies after several bites. We also selected the Szechuan Hometown Tofu, which offered our taste buds a savory flavor, enhanced by chili sauce, a crunchy exterior, and a soft, silky interior. On the side, we ordered a bowl of steamed purple rice and white rice. This exceptional culinary experience combines the perfect balance of crunchiness, chili spice, garlicky freshness, and sweetness, rich flavors of Szechuan cuisine. I don't know how you can mess up noodles but no one in my family would eat them and there is one person in my family that will manage to eat almost anything and they refused. The sweet and sour chicken was drowning in sauce even though we asked more than once for the sauce to be on the side. We liked the bell peppers and onions in the sauce. The chicken pieces were of decent size. I did not care for the sauce. The white rice was well made and fluffy. The rice was probably the best part of the dish. About an hour later, we ended up throwing up the food. A complete waste of $31 dollars (which is pricey for what was supposed to be a lunch special). Also, vegetable chow mein and chicken chow mein is the same price which we found out after we had paid. Lunch is pictured and mention to include soup BUT you only get soup if you dine in. I ordered the cabbage and pork potstickers, the Dandan noodles, a beef pancake roll, the veggie, egg and shrimp potstickers, and finally the lamb with onion potstickers and one coca-cola (yes, all of this was for me, don't judge). First, the beef pancake roll was AMAZING!!! It's a super simple item, the pancake was crispy and soft, wrapped around some lettuce and flavourful beef. This is a must order. The potstickers were all fantastic. Warm, pillowy pockets full of veggies and protein. The cabbage and pork were my favourites. Finally, the Dandan noodles. The meat reminded me of the spicy sauce that Korean spicy pork bulgogi is made from, but toned down a bit to not be as spicy. The slaw complemented the meat perfectly. This sandwich was just the right size and it came with a side of ruffles style potato chips. I'd like to try some of the other traditional Korean dishes the next time I come back.

Minor deduction in that the dining area is somewhat small and nondescript, and the door on a cold evening let in some cold (our waiter made sure to bus the door with every passage to minimize this issue). The appetizers were among the most basic I've seen at any Korean restaurant in the Greater Seattle area. Even then, the kimchi lacked depth and tasted unfresh, with sourness that felt more like age than proper fermentation. What made the experience even stranger was when the server asked how everything was. We tried to respond politely, and the server simply said, "I'm with you." Korean food is not rare in this area, and the prices here are on the higher side. With that context, the quality is difficult to justify. To be fair, the space is decent for group gatherings, large space, and the staff were friendly. But food is the most basic standard for a restaurant, and unfortunately it fell far below expectations.
