Another vidir pre Silvertips game. Fantastic little Thai place. Great menu and the taste backs it up. True Thai spices. Fantastic customer service and ambiance is great. Everything from appetizer to main course will live up to the hype.

Friendly service, relaxing atmosphere, and delicious food! Came here twice and enjoyed everything I had, both times. The first visit I had a milk tea and a dish with chicken and rice (can't remember which one, but it's the dish in the photo below), and I really enjoyed them. If you are sensitive to spice, I would recommend a 2 or lower for your dishes. I had a level 3 spice, and I love spicy foods but this has a little kick to it. On my second visit, I tried the coconut drink which was very refreshing, tofu spring rolls, and the garlic pepper string bean chicken dish. I really loved the spring rolls and garlic pepper dish, they were very flavorful.

Passing through after visiting family at Providence. Needed something delicious but clean for a late lunch. The ambiance reminded me of going to a cute bistro in downtown Seattle. Like the open garage door concept and the bar on a slight pedestal. Lots of date night vibes with the quieter music and dimmer lighting. Thanks for going the extra mile by having white tablecloths! Ordered their salt crab anchovy salad, sweet corn salad, tofu fresh rolls, unsweetened (yeah!) jasmine iced tea, and cracked coconut water. Hard to find places that offer clean beverage option besides water. The tofu fresh roll is just typical but I did enjoy it being cut into smaller pieces and an extra sauce option if you're not into the classic peanut sauce. Hubby really liked the funk of the salt crab anchovy salad (papaya salad) if you're feeling adventurous. He was going to just have this as a meal but it can be an overpowering dish on its own. I would recommend adding a side of sticky rice to offset the strong flavor. My sweet corn salad (gluten free/ vegan) was at a one star spice level but the salad was dotted with a few deceptive red hot chili peppers that will take it to a 100 star level. It was all I could do to take it down a few notches by stuffing my face with a bland fresh roll. Other than that, I am in love with it!! Good all on its own. The softened grilled coconut meat strips and deluxe whole roasted peanuts took this dish to the next level. Love the crispy green beans and tomatoes throughout. Such a generous portion for $14.99 I have leftovers for a snack tonight. Will definitely return for more sweet corn salad!

Cozy small Thai restaurant downtown Everett. Love the menu with pictures so easy to choose what you want. The food was amazingly good, well presentation. Perfect seasoning, slightly smoked from the wok. Great service, and fast. The mocktail is a must try. Parking on the street can be hard during traffic time.

I love the atmosphere here! It's so pretty and vibrant but still cozy. The food was great. My pineapple fried rice was delicious and served in a fish plate. I mean, yes. The rest of my group really liked their food as well. My only issue is that the that iced tea was too sweet and it was weirdly pricy for what I got. Maybe they messed up the charge? Or perhaps the Thai iced tea was way more than I thought. It was like $26 with tip which seemed crazy for lunch. I want to try to so many other items on the menu. Looking forward to returning. Parking also sucks.

We just happened upon this spot while driving back to Seattle from going to a pumpkin patch. They had tvs with the Sunday football game on which was an initial draw. The food was great. Portions were really good. The fried rice was huge and served as a second meal the next day. The massaman curry was really tasty. I'd never had it before and was really happy with it. Service was great, friendly, and attentive.

Everwett has a surprising number of Asian spots considering its distance from the city, and they're good! SJT is no exception. The Phad Mama is a spin on typical Thai dishes. Ramen noodles with mixed veggies, and in my case chicken. Solid, will be back to try more of the menu!

This will probably be our go to Thai spot in Everett! Huge portions and lasted two meals. The wontons were SO crispy and big but it was mostly the wrapper and not a lot of meat. I didn't mind as much because even though we got it to go, it was still crispy when we got home.

Went on a busy night when there was an event at the AoW Arena as well as a concert in town. The only had one server but she worked her butt off. Service was a bit slow due to staffing. But the food was great! Loved the Crispy Garlic Prawns, Mushroom pops and Curry. We'll be back.

Tldr: Great Thai place. Great food. Environment: Well decorated. Clean bathroom. Service: Great service, friendly staff. There was only one person waiting the tables since we got in pretty late but nothing was amiss. Food: Tom Yum was really good. Hit the spot. It's a bit on the sweet side of tom yum. The seafood option was packed with scallop, shrimp, mussels, squid, it felt worth the price. Also had lychee guava mock tail, wish it was more sweet but would still get it again. Mango Pandan was really good too. Though it's not mango season so the mangoes weren't sweet. Overall 9/10.

The food had amazing flavors. Both my husband and I really liked the spices, presentation, and ambiance. Great spot in downtown Everett. The servers were also helpful in choosing what dishes to try. The sour butterfly mocktail was super sweet but ask for more lemon and it helps with the flavor! They were providing one free mocktail for Mother's Day

Ate here before a concert and what a treat. Loved the curry and the soup. Not busy at all. Great service.

My friend moved to downtown Everett last year and is still exploring the area. She told me about…read morethe vegan joint nearby that she hadn't been to yet. We're both omnivores who eat a fair amount of plant-based fare for health reasons (I have allergies and intolerances, she's heeding doctor's advice). To be clear, this is a cafe, not a full blown restaurant. They serve luncheon fare, but it's a small operation so be either patient to don't bother - especially if there's a line. It's counter ordering with payment expected in advance. The tables closest to the window are a *little* harrowing because of the ADA ramp that leads to the door: the closest chairs can teeter down the ramp if the chairs are pushed back too far. Be careful. There are huge, regular, and small tables available. The biggest table is a little tricky to navigate for folks who want to sit in the booth side, but once seated it's quite lovely. I ordered the Pesto Pasta (involving zoodles: zucchini noodles) and a Sun Juice. My friend ordered the Grilled Cheese and Bisque. Please note: it's worth looking around this place while waiting for your food. You can conceivably get your own water, napkins and cutlery if you walk far enough along the counter towards the back of the restaurant. Back there, you may also notice a single-occupancy restroom and bins for bussing your own dishes. The Sun Juice arrived first, freshly blended, and was delicious. If that's what their juice is like, I look forward to exploring their smoothie offerings. My pasta arrived looking BEAUTIFUL on a bed of spinach, and smelled just as good. It tasted a teensy bit more of salt than I would've liked, but then I speared a sun dried tomato with my next bite and remembered that I'm not a food critic, just a happy customer. Although I'm not generally a fan of zoodles, they seemed to have the art of cooking them down pat: they didn't distract from the pesto at all. The bisque had an artful design of (coconut? cashew?) cream on top. My friend was delighted to note that it was a bit of spice to it: nothing challenging, but just enough for her to find comforting. Given the light and airy look of the inside and the rather rustic / flower-child look of the outside, she was not expecting that surprise. She was so impressed with the grilled cheese sandwich that she offered me a bite: we were both quite impressed with the "cheese" they used, as the item was listed as vegan on the menu. My friend kept whining that she's doomed, as they're close to where she lives *and* they deliver. Oh, yeah - poor her, indeed. Alas, alack, and so on.

Don't overlook the zucchini- it cooks into the dish so well. I usually get it in the hot stone dish because I like how it crisps up the rice, but then I have to take it to go because it's a HUGE serving. That amount of protein and veggies for $15 is so iconic. They bring you sauce to the table and you can use as much as you want. So many choices tooo! To go boxes are usually needed, and they make great leftovers. Ample street parking, super kind staff. We were greeted as we entered and had access to the menus right away, as they are placed at the entrance. We got seated and were able to order quickly. We came at a non-peak time so we were at the front of the queue so to speak. The restaurant is very clean. The bathrooms are also very clean, which I love to see. It shows me the business really cares about how it comes across. Our food was prepared and served very fast. My friend was still in the restroom by the time it had come. As you can see from the image, my Japchaebap was awesome. (Order with tofu if you're vegan) I got mild spice just because I am sensitive to *too much* spice. But as someone who enjoys spice I couldn't really perceive it. So if you have a good spice tolerance I'd suggest you up the spice one more level than you would think. The flavoring was great, but I don't really like the noodle texture. I prefer them with more weight. It was a slight challenge getting them onto the fork, and it being stable enough to put into your mouth. Just something to consider when choosing your dish. I'm still glad I chose to experience the dish. Maybe I'll learn to like this style of noodle. Special note if you're vegan too: the kimchi has shellfish, so skip any menu items with the asterisks that have kimchi in the ingredients. Thankfully my friends caught that because I would've missed it as it's below another note.
