    Watermelon Boba tea
    Sarah H.

The lemon chicken and sesame chicken are both pretty good. The pad Thai is literally just red sauce and flat noodles so don't expect what you'd get if you ordered pad Thai as an entree. No veggies at all in it. The chow mein has almost no veggies, I think I found 1 sliver of cabbage. The fried rice has the typical frozen veggies in it so I usually get that for my side. Boba - The watermelon Boba kinda tastes like ear ache medicine. The Strawberry kind not as much, but still not great. The Honeydew is the only version I've had that tastes like it should. BEWARE if you have an allergy to crab or fish - the "cheese wonton" contains crab. I didn't know until I bit into it. They're really good. Overall it's good if you want something quick and easy. The people working there are friendly.

one of my two "go-to" spots at the Alderwood Mall food court. this review is for their freshly made noodle soups. noodle soups are IMHO the heart and soul of comfort food for Asian people. i recently had their meatball noodle soup. i was very impressed with the flavor and the amount of fresh veggies and meatballs in the soup; no broccoli in here. i saved the broth to take home and added more veggies, frozen wontons, and rice noodles for lunch the next day. i have enjoyed all of their fresh made noodle soups. my favorites are the Wonton Noodle Soup, and now, the Meatball Noodle Soup. i feel their pre-made hot pan foods are par with most other ready-to-go "stir fry" mall food. not bad, not great. their strength is in the fresh made noodle soups. if you ask, they will give you fish sauce with the Thai chiles with the warning that it is "very" spicy.

Hands down, one of my favorite Thai fast food restaurants. Located inside Alderwood mall food court, Thai Go offers amazing Thai food at an affordable price. Their red curry chicken is a classic, and their coconut shrimp is loaded with flavor. They also offer a wide variety of soups to warm you up on a cold day. If you are in the area and like Thai food, Thai Go is a must try.

Yum! For a mall food court option, pretty good food. The portions are on the larger side - I must've been really hungry because I finished all of my meal ;) I got the vegan option of tofu & eggplant, served alongside lo mein. My sister got a shrimp option that she also really enjoyed. Nice and quick option, plenty of tables for sitting in the food court. Would return again!

I would say this is a little below average Thai cuisine. I ordered a Pad Thai with shrimp which was about $10 after tax. This is pricier than Sarku Japan's food even though they make it buffet style and don't cook it in front of you, so not sure how long the food stays out there. The shrimp itself is too much for me. After a while the taste becomes too sweet which I don't like. The man was on the phone the whole time, and I felt like I was interrupting his conversation. However, I can see why- it's 11am on a Friday and not a lot of customers around the mall. I proceeded to order a blended taro pearl boba tea. Price is the same as Braganza, which is looked around the corner. Go to Braganza. Mine had a really bad after taste, and the boba is rock solid. However, I will give this establishment credit for service I've had other times. On a busy day, the employees are polite and friendly.

    Pad thai with canned chicken

Edible food but the chicken tasted like it came from a can and the thai iced tea was super watered down. The guy at the counter was nice so at least the service was good. We will not be trying this place again.

Ok so for a mall fast food establishment I really like this place. Loads of food that is hot and very tasty. If you don't like any of the selections because it looks old you can ask them to make it fresh. We sometimes come here for a quick bite of near Alderwood Mall. My faves are the lemon chicken and the Thai pepper steak with steam rice.

Green beans and chicken, barbecue chicken, and fried rice

I find food courts in the States to be a research project. Most are not adventurous in that they typically offer standard western foods, such as cheesesteaks, subs, and burgers. There were two places that intrigued me: Indian street food and Thai. I went with the latter. I have been having Thai food a couple of times on this trip. I decided not to go with the yellow or red curry, which were authentic-looking. I went with the fried rice, which was tasty. I also did the barbecue chicken, and green beans with chicken. Both were yummy. I also washed it down with a Diet Coke. The total cost of my meal was $10 USD. It was filling. I could have opted for just one meat option. I forget about how large portion sizes can be here. Luckily, I was hungry. The food court is bright and spacious. I like the bench seats. I only had an annoying couple next to me that were talking loudly in Cantonese about the number of food items that they were sharing. Ugh! I'd eat at this place again.

    green bean and Penang curry

Wow. We were lured in by one the workers offering free samples of the Thai BBQ chix...man it was good, then I saw the prices on the bright, east to read menu - two item combo for $6.95 incl Phad Thai and rice/noodles. Sign me up! the steam table array looked fresh and was hard to choose, but I took Panang Curry Chix and Green Bean chix. Both were super - the panang curry was extreemly tasty, the chicken tender, just the right amount of heat (for a steam table). There was a small condiment bar as well with hot stuff. The phad thai, tho flavorful, barely passed muster as it is served w/o carrot/bean sprout/peanuts. The rice was just filler, unremarkable. 4 star because it was a surprisingly tasty and fresh establishment for a steam table/fast food. The Alderwood Mall food court is very pleasant, fairly clean, plenty of seating. Cup of water is still free, so at $6.95 for a plate full of food, this place gets +1 star on value. Next time I'm hungry at the Mall I'm making a beeline for this place.

This is supposed to be the tofu option. Yuck!
    Francesca O.

One star for service. But don't order the tofu! I spent 9 dollars plus a tip for junk that no person should consume! The tofu was so deeply fried it was hard and inedible. I can't believe they could serve this- and clearly their fry cook left this in wayyyyyy too long. It's saturated in oil, and even all lubed up you can't swallow this rock!

The interior is open yet has a rustic charm, and the service was great and attentive throughout our meal. As for the food, it was a bit of a mixed experience. The lettuce wrap was a skip for me; the ground chicken was a little too "wet," making it messy to eat, and the flavor was just okay. The fried chicken had good seasoning but was overcooked and ended up on the dry side. On the brighter side, the herbal soup was flavorful with lots of fresh veggies, though the dill on top might be a bit much unless you're a big dill fan. The phad kee mao was excellent -- sweet, savory, and definitely the standout dish. And the shrimp eggroll came out piping hot and crispy, which was awesome. Overall, solid service and convenient location, but the food had its highs and lows.

On a weekend lunchtime, the place was super empty. Servers were friendly and attentive too. For food, we ordered the Thai iced tea, papaya salad, the Lao sausage, Khao poon, and nam Khao. Thai iced tea was sweet, but I could very much taste the tea flavor, it was refreshing. The Lao style papaya salad is extremely fishy and shrimpy but super umami and tasty. The little baby crab legs are a fun surprise too haha. Lao sausage had a satisfyingly crunchy skin, and the sausage inside was flavorful. Khao poon big flavor and yum too. The pork rib pieces did smell a bit though which I wasn't a huge fan of, but didn't deter me that much. Nam Khao was definitely the standout dish for me. I love fried rice with ginger, so this really hit the spot. Add in the crunch of the charred bits of rice, the slight chew from the rice itself, and the umami from the fish sauce. Omg.
