On Monday March 10th 2026, at 4:45pm I entered this restaurant to place a to go order. Regularly my partner and I would dine in but she wasn't feeling up to it. So I went in to place our order, two orders of vegetable fried spring rolls/ some coconut and noodle soup (both mild)/ an order of fried chicken wings/ and a cup of ice. The host and I had a discussion about the fried chicken. It read on the menu that the chicken was spicy so I wasn't going to order them. He said that it should read with their homemade spices but wasn't spicy. I had a taste for some fried chicken and the host convinced me that the chicken was not spicy so I added it to my order. I placed the order at 5:10pm and went out to my vehicle to wait on our order. I entered the restaurant to pickup our order. Got back in my vehicles to ride off. I asked my partner while she was checking the order to grab the chicken out of the bag so I can taste it. The chicken didn't meet expectations. From first look the presentation was unappealing (Ugly Mess looking also they packaged the soup into styrofoam bowls) if there had been a picture of the chicken wings on the menu I would have never added them to my order. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt on the chicken so I tasted the wings. The consistency was of a 'wet buffalo sauce wing' inside of a thick deep fried breading. I'm not a spicy food eater and anyone who has eaten buffalo wings sauce knows that it has a spicy taste. I immediately started gagging and proceeded to spit it out of the window while driving. I was going to take the chicken as a lost and just never order it ever again. Ten more minutes into the drive the contents of the coconut soup burned through the styrofoam container. Thank God that the plastic bag that they placed that styrofoam bowl in was stronger than the styrofoam container. Had that not been the case my partner would have been scorched because she was holding the food secure in her lap. I dropped her off and drove back to the restaurant to address the soup and chicken for a refund. I felt it was my duty at the at point to have a conversation about misrepresentation of the chicken wings and about the need for their establishment to upgrade to safer to go containers. Also the wings were burning through the styrofoam container they were in. I arrived back at the restaurant entered to present those items and discuss a refund for just the two items. (Typically in this type of situation there would be a complete lost of trust and desire to except any of the order and return it all.) The host observed me withe the bags, was hesitant, took his time to acknowledge and approach me about my concerns. I pulled the soup out of the bag to show him the soup has burned through the bowl, I handed him the soup and started to address's the misrepresentation of the wings and how I would like a refund for the items. The host told me there was nothing he would do about the chicken wings and took the soup back to the cook (turned his attention away from me with no further conversation) and started taking other customers orders as I stood at the register. He helped two new customers and turned to me to say there would be 5-7 minutes left on my soup. The host was attempting to replace my soup order. I reminded him that I was not sitting down to eat, that I didn't wish to receive hot soup in styrofoam and was requesting a refund for the soup again and wings. Again he said that I could not receive a refund for the wings and said he would not give me a refund for the soup either. Observing that he had to be the manager best on how he as the host was running the register and directing traffic of the other employees. I decided just to ask him for contact information for the store manager or store owner so I can address my uncomfortable and dissatisfied experience. He refused and asked me to leave my number on the back of a used receipt. I refused request the store manager or store owners contact information. He refused again and said he has done everything he could to try and help me. Very Laughabl..!! That is what I did laughed grabbed a to go menu shook my head and walked out of the restaurant. I having worked in customer service for all of my adult life, and having 36 years of that experiences I know the difference between exceptional service and horrible service. That is one for the horrible list. The manager was disrespectful, belittling with a looking down (on myself) and dismissive posture. At 'No' time did he attempt to do anything to make the situation right. For anyone that looking to give this restaurant a try. Their to go containers are unsafe and do not purchase anything that is not represented with a picture on the menu. Furthermore the wings were like they purchase bulk buffalo seasoned wings from Costco's or Sam's Club battered and passing off as good. Walt' read more

We've had carry out from here a couple of times now. The sauces are very tasty, but the vegetables & noodles seem quite over cooked. Red Curry sauce delish & tons of it. Vegetables over cooked. Crab Rangoon are very skimpily filled, not like others we've enjoyed. Curry Pad Thai is tasty but again, over-cooked noodles, so soft you can barely tell you're eating noodles. This place is dead, only 2 people work here. I went in during lunch and no one order to-go or dine in. Maybe that's why there are some complain about bad quality food because no one eat here and the ingredients are not fresh. Anyway the drunken noddle is pretty good. The first time I chalked it up to a simple mistake and forgot about it. This most recent time, I called the location to ask about it, and while they apologized, they claimed they could not give a refund for the item I paid for and did not receive. Their optional solutions were that either I leave and drive to their location to get my drink, I place a new order for a replacement to be delivered (thereby charging me again for their mistake), or trust them to remember me and include a free drink. My fiancé had a Thai iced tea. I had a water. We both had pad Thai with steamed tofu. My food came out first and then my fiancé's, about 2 minutes later. My Pad Thai was medium plus and his was extra extra spicy. The pad Thai for me wasn't spicy enough, but they brought out a small tray with the 2 chili sauces, which helped. I also received a small plate of limes as I love my pad Thai with a lot of them. The overall sauce wasn't bad, noodles seemed slightly over cooked and the plate was almost overflowing with sauce.
