Beef Pad Se'ew! Spice on the side. Highly recommend.
    Tony P.

I'm glad this hidden secret has stayed in business! The food and portion size are great for the quality! No matter how busy they are it's always 10 minutes in the dot. I got spice on the side this time because it's too hot outside for me to enjoy it comfortably but in the winter time the mild/medium is just perfect. Everyone inside is super nice each visit and the atmosphere is super clean. Still haven't tried anything else besides the Pad Se'ew but I'm sure it's all delicious. I really like how the prices don't jump drastically. 5 years ago I'd get the same thing and it was only a few dollars less than it is now and same quality.

If you're looking for great Thai food for a great price, Siam Cuisine is awesome. My coworkers love this place and I decided to tag along one day. It's located in a strip mall, but don't let that phase you. The food delivers big on flavor and spice (if you like it). Kim is always super friendly and now recognizes us when we come in the door. I like the fresh spring rolls to start and I try to order something different each trip. Huge fan is the steamed tofu in my dishes and I do mild plus spice level. Depending on whether it's the Dad or son cooking, some days it's a little spicier then others. For lunch you can't beat the prices. Huge portions for $8.99 and the food is prepared quick. We've driven there, eaten and back to work in 35 minutes and we're only 3 miles away! One of my favorite work lunch spots!

I got the hot and sour soup and i almost threw up when I scooped this from the bottom of the cup. It looks like the sack from the shrimp but who knows. Idk it was intentional but lost customer

Superb! I like Thai food but I have rarely ventured far from Pi's because I just never know what i'm in for. A friend of mine told me he ate here all the time and that we should eat and meet. Best idea in a long time, food wise! When I had arrived I noticed two Monks in traditional robes sitting in a corner booth and eating a bowl of Pho as large as my head. Fairly decent indicator that I was in the right place. So I had the Pho, and it was just right. Lovely broth, lots of veg and all kinds of meatballs and pieces of pork happily floating about. It took a few different utensiles to eat this beast. Fork, knife, spoon, chopsticks.. I couldn't believe that I had eaten the entire thing, but I did. The seafood dishes i've had on subsequent visits are a delight as well. Great family owned place that will bring a smile to your face.

Great authentic papaya salad and crispy rolls! Yummy!

Are you tired of either eating the same viet or Thai food? I am. This location offers a more authentic Thai flavor with Laos inspiration. I find the flavors more potent and rich than any other southeast asian restaurants. Also, I'm usually disappointed with other restaurants when I ask for "hot"...it usually turns out to be medium. But here, "hot" burns like the way it should be. If you aren't afraid of a "hole in the wall" restaurant that stands out in flavors among the many other southeast asian restaurants, come here and you'll not be disappointed.

The f5 with shrimp! Yaaa buddy!

They give you a number and call it out when your order is ready. Behind the counter is a line of high powered stoves to heat up woks to serve food that's piping hot. Yes, it's the stoves that require a steady trickle of water to run over them to prevent the fire from melting the metal stove. I think that must be the secret why the food is so delicious due to the wok hei. I've had their Thai Stir-fried Glass Noodles (Pad Woon Sen), listed as Woosen Pad Thai on their menu, as well as their Curry Noodle Pad Thai with chicken. It's always been delicious, although be careful with their spice level. They can't serve it without any heat, but the mild still has a kick! They also have drinks and bubble tea-the Thai tea is delicious and has a strong flavor and a lot of caffeine, but their boba is hard so I wouldn't get it again. For seating, there's open food court seating indoors and outdoors.

Our food is always excellent and I like to try new things all the time. But we still have favorites. Appetizers. It's hard not to order the fried wontons, my spouse's favorite. We both enjoy the apple or papaya salad. And I'm a sucker for tum yum soup, theirs does not disappoint. Entrees we often enjoy traditionals like Pad See Ewe and Fried Rice. They are staples for a reason. But I've enjoyed trying many of Sue's recommendations. And I love a ground chicken dish she recommended served with lettuce cups and a fried egg. I wish I remembered the name. But it's one of her favorites. She will know! Be sure to ask for the Thai pickled lime and hot peppers condiment (upon request). My newest obsession is their Chicken Satay salad. It's fantastic. So fresh and delicious, not to mention gorgeous. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed. I can't tell you about dessert because we are always too full. But I'm determined to try her mango rice because I'm confident it will be amazing . If you have tried this place, it's worth a visit. Almost all ingredients that are imported are extremely expensive, and since Thai restaurants are having a challenge with costs, it's a premium. My friend ordered a drunken noodle, which frankly, I should probably try some time, however, given the fact that there's not many places that makes pad Thai with glass noodles, I stick with what I know.
