Hmong is an ethnic group, and it's rare to find Hmong food availabe at restaurants. I highly recommend trying the Hmong options. I order the B1 special that is ground pork in a chili sauce with sticky rice and a fried egg on top. It's always cooked perfectly, including the egg with a runny yolk. We also order the Hmong sausage with sticky rice, and I split it with my husband and have leftovers. The service is great. We have both dined in and gotten take out.
