Authentic Thai food! We had Ton Yum noodle, Pad Thai, red curry beef with rice (mild), and sweet and sour fried fish. All were great and good portion (except the fish). The owner was really nice to even gave me extra fresh rice to pack the left over curry (sorry, too good to throw away). Must go again!

Ordered Postmates at 9pm. Quality was typically what you'd expect. The noodles were thinner but no complaints. I ordered medium with chicken. Nice amount of chicken and the spice was perfect. I like this location stays open later so will be ordering again in the future.

We ordered from Thai Kitchen at The Hill Food Co. on a Sunday for dinner. You place the order on the Thai Kitchen website and they tell you when it will be ready and you go and get it. When you walk inside there is a digital kiosk for you to order food from some of the restaurants and nowhere to sit and wait. We procured the bag and got out as it was kind of weird in there. We ordered the appetizer sampler, the curry potstickers, Pad Thai (Mild Level 1 Spice), Pad See Yu (Mild Level 1 Spice), and Pad Khi Mao (No Spice). The appetizers were pretty much as expected. The two of us who ordered the Mild Level 1 Spice felt that the spice was way past a mild level 1! Had it been any hotter I probably couldn't have eaten it at all and didn't really eat much as it was or want the leftovers. Five very blah dishes and about $100 later we just weren't that impressed.

I'm between a 3 and 4, but given I only ordered a couple things I want to lean on the more positive side until I can try more and adjust my rating in the future. I had the pad see-u and because I can't handle much spice I got a level 1. Level 1 is still fairly spicy, more than I expected for a level 1. But the ingredients for the pad see-u tasted fresh and the dish had a lot of flavor. Just wish it had more sauce in the dish. As for the crab rangoon, I was disappointed. They are well fried and filled, but the filling just tasted like cream cheese. So where as the dish I thought was flavorful, the rangoon was lacking.

This is the less than half full order of rice. I paid $2.50 extra for.

The foods tasty but they skimp on the good vegetables (mostly green bell peppers and onion) and I paid $2.50 EXTRA for brown rice and it was only 1/2 full. So next time I ordered I wrote on GrubHub please make FILL the brown rice. I'm showing a picture of what I got. When I called. They refused to give me any refunds. I will never order from here again.

My go-to Pad Thai in STL - so glad they opened a location in the city! Good portions and great service. The Thai Tea is also a must try!

I usually always get take out although I've dined in a couple of times and have always received the best service. The menu is straightforward and has a variety of the staples - from curries, noodles, rice dishes and more. You're allowed to pick from a variety of spice levels which is nice! The street is sorta busy so I usually park near the McDonalds for pickup as it takes only 10-15 minutes for the order to be ready. Highly recommend! Food: 9/10 Price: 10/10 Service: 10/10

Apparently, some Chinese restaurants have a policy where they give you free egg rolls if you're a…read moreparty of six. I get that this is a Thai restaurant, not Chinese (though it's more Chinese than I am), but Meyou might consider such a policy. I would have benefited from it yesterday. I visited on a Wednesday evening with members of a running group. There were umpteen of us. If we'd been given a single egg roll appetizer, we would have been forced to cut it in tiny pieces and share. I would have been willing to do that, because I'm a confirmed, avowed savage. My reputation precedes me. Arguably, they should give you one free appetizer for every six members of your party. But I digress. Now, where was I? Ah yes, Meyou. I'd describe this place as a somewhat Americanized version of Thai food, based on what little I know from having recently visited Bangkok and eaten in roughly 40 or 50 restaurants, food stalls and what have you over the course of a few days, i.e. not a whole lot. You can get pad thai and various other soups, noodles and curries, along with fried rice, egg rolls, crab rangoon and chicken wings. It's got a little something for everyone. Do they charge you $0.25 for extra soy sauce? Can you call up and try to harangue them into giving you a free order of crab rangoon by claiming that they shorted you the last time you were there, knowing good and well they can count better than you? I'm not sure. I might try that on my next visit and report back. This time, I went with something called Pad See Ew, which wasn't nearly as gross as its name suggests. In fact, it was good. Its description on the menu, with broccoli, eggs and soy sauce, called to mind various things I might order from a Chinese takeout--which is what I tend to look for in a menu item. As a noodle dish, I figured the overall flavor profile might not be different from a lo mein lunch special I used to get decades ago, that I still fondly reminisce about on a weekly basis. I wasn't that far off from the mark. They let you choose the spice level, ranging from mild to hot. I usually get hot in most places, but I'm hesitant to do that at Asian restaurants, because they might have access to peppers that are technically considered research chemicals, like Temu Ozempic, and therefore not subject to FDA approval. There were a few girls there, and I didn't want to run the risk of my throat starting to close up. I'd have to find a new run group. Medium turned out to be just right for me, but maybe too spicy if you're expecting something along the lines of a buffalo wing. Even the mild, apparently, has a bit of a kick to it. The noodles were nice and slippery and cooked a touch beyond al dente, right in that Goldilocks zone between undercooked and mush. The heat, and the complexity provided by whatever they use to season this, helped offset the underlying sweetness. You get your choice of meat. No Diddy. I went with pork, natch, with apologies to the Honorable Minister. The amount they give you is surprisingly generous, except that this dish will run you. I'm talking modern-day Chipotle prices. Maybe a dollar or two more. Yikes! But I'd argue that the quality justifies it. If I lived nearby, and I had the means, I'd stop by on occasion.

The rice didn't have as much flavor as I would like and I think some other Thai places in the area have better options. I expected more from than place with all the rave reviews but it's more generic Asian cuisine than heart and soul cuisine. There food is visually appealing but lacking something extra in the flavor profile. I can't quite put my hands on it. I've tried their fried rice and it was nothing special, actually it was not good at all, gummy, tasted more like white rice with soy sauce and limited msg amongst things. The sesame chicken is literally just ok. Also tried one of their the pad lunch specials, added egg, again just OK. Love the fake food display in the window.

I usually try to get something that can easily be compared to other restaurants and determined if I will come back. I opted for the pad Thai. While not the worst pad Thai I've had, it was one of the more expensive. My noodles were dry and clumpy. It was hard to eat and required water. There was an unremarkable amount of chicken for the price. The flavor was also quite underwhelming. The quantity was also questionable. Overall, I probably wouldn't come back here. It was convenient because we were going to the Pageant, but other than that it was subpar.

This is the BEST restaurant that I've been to in STL so far!!…read more First, the service was absolutely wonderful. Our server was super nice and knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive to our table. The food was purely amazing: - The Sake Sashimi was absolute chef's kiss (rate: 10/10). The fresh sashimi in the ginger mint sauce left us speechless, the salsa gave a fresh and fruity burst of flavor, and even the fried chips on top had a ton of flavor! - The Isaan Hamachi (rate: 9.5/10) was also a must! I first tried the candied garlic on top, and it was truly sweet with only a hint of garlic. The yellowtail was also super fresh, and the coconut sauce brought out even more flavor from the yellowtail (and masked any fishy taste)! - The Massachusetts Scallops (rate: 9.5/10) was one of the best scallops I've ever had. Topped with crab and combined with the pea puree, everything complemented each other so well. There were only two scallops, but they were large and super filling. - The Shrimp Toasts had layers and layers of flavor (rate: 9/10)! The shrimp was inside of the toast, creating a super umami flavor, and then the light and fruity topping and sauce, along with the thin slice of cucumber, truly made this a party in my mouth. - The Chili Garlic Noodles were super nutty and so good (rate: 8/10)! The noodles were slightly spicier than expected, but the spice was a quick burst of flavor, so the spice didn't overpower the dish at all. The noodles were mixed with vegetables and topped with a crunch - definitely make sure to mix before eating to get the different textures and flavors in each bite! We also got cocktails (Pretty in Pink & Sands in the Sun), and both were really yummy. Last, we got a dessert - homemade ice cream by the Sous Chef that day: soy ice cream with red bean! Flavors were all subtle but together they created such a unique and beautiful end to the meal. Came here for my birthday, and I will certainly be returning!
