Ordered Pad See Ew and it's undercooked!! I'd rather go to other asian restaurant than come back here..and they also have a shitty service.

Thai kitchen is amazing!! Drunken noodles, pad Thai, all the pads!! The curry!! The dumplings! The rolls. I'm in love and will come here for the rest of my life and all of eternity. Please never close, I've been looking for a legitimate pad Thai since I moved here!! Every other place puts peppers in their pad Thai, it's awful. Thai kitchen is perfectly seasoned, cooked, and well spiced food. Love this place so much. Incredible waitstaff as well and a clean restaurant. When this was nickies it was so gross and dirty. So happy to see someone really care about every aspect of their restaurant read more

Thai kitchen does not disappoint! Their pad Thai and drunken noodles are my favorite!

Great little Thai spot outside of Vail. Not a lot of seating so you may want to make reservations for groups larger than 4. I had Pineapple Rice and it was tasty and pretty spicy at a Hot level. There is one level hotter not offered unless you ask at Thai hot which I wouldn't attempt unless your feeling adventurous. Overall a cool little place with great food. Price is way better than any Vail thai locations and the staff is super friendly! Hidden gem read more

food took way too long, no apologies, and they expect us to wait more than an hour for a dish. All of our friends finished their food and some of the dishes still not arrived. also, it's incredibly expensive for what the quality of the food. I am from NYC and pad thai definitely does not cost 17+ even in a upscale restaurant. Totally not recommend. read more

Good food in small town dining. Nothing fancy but friendly waitress and authentic flavors.

Came in here being familiar with the previous tenant. This meal exceeded my expectations in ever way; delicious soup, fantastic starters, the bahn mi was incredible. The pineapple fried rice was served in a pineapple and fresh as could be. Incredibly satisfied with this meal for the price and portions read more

Great service. Food was good and what I expected. Very small restaurant. Best to make reservations.

I love this place. I've traveled around Thailand and this place brings me right back. Patty and her husband are the owners and chefs. They are so warm and welcoming. The food is authentic the atmosphere is quaint and comfortable. I recommend the Thai Larb Salad it's absolutely amazing!!! read more

The restaurant is closed for in person dining due to covid but open for takeout. The takeout was outstanding. We had the pad Thai, the pork bao buns (which are on their seasonal menu) and the spring rolls. We also had some beer to go! read more

So fresh, good portions...very familiar w legit Thai food and this is it! We got a combo of curry and salads and shared everyone loved

Authentic Thai food. Quaint kitchen, modern with rustic touches. The best Thai food in the valley, hands down. They also have a veggie option, instead of pushing meat options. Large portions. Friendly and attentive staff. I will be a regular guest. BYOB (?) The food is fresh and flavorful. read more

So glad to finally have an authentic Thai restaurant in the Vail Valley. We went last night and the food was great! The curries were delicious and perfectly spicy. Can't wait to go back! read more

Really, Really GOOD! Every time we visit a Thai restaurant for the first time, we order the PadThai. This has become our measuring stick, rightly or wrongly, for all Thai food restaurants. I believe we found our favorite! Like Goldie Locks looking for that perfect chair/bed we found the perfect combination of texture, sauce, and spices in our dish of pad Thai. For dessert we ordered the Sticky rice with mango! My new favorite! WOW, amazing! Anyhow, price, food, and service were all good at this little restaurant in the tiny town of Minturn Co. if you find yourself passing through I highly recommend you stop here for a meal. read more

Tiny place off the beaten path in Minturn. I wasn't quite sure what to expect of this place, the reviews were good, but the menu was a bit sparse. When we got there, the restaurant was busy, and it seemed most of the patrons were locals. I was excited, if the locals love it, it must be good. We ordered the crispy spring rolls, a small tom kha, and the chicken pad thai. The spring rolls were good, but everything else was a bit bland. I was expecting a bit more depth of flavor with the pad thai, but it was just sweet, and bland. read more

This is the best thai food I've ever had. Full stop. Stopped by very randomly on a road trip last summer with my girlfriend. We'd been camping down the road and needed some food before heading out. There weren't a lot of options in the area that were open so we went here. This has become one of the most unforgettable meals I've ever had. I probably say to my girlfriend like once a month "do you remember that amazing Thai food we had in the middle of nowhere Colorado?". We ordered the pad thai and a pork bahn mi. Both shockingly good. The owner let us taste some mango ice cream she'd made that morning and talked to us about being from Thailand. My girlfriend had just spent some time there and said the food we were having was better than most of what she'd eaten in Thailand. It keeps me up at night knowing that I'll probably never have a reason to return to this part of the country but I think it might be worth it simply for the pad thai at Thai Kitchen. read more

Amazing Thai experience in Minturn. The food is phenomenal. Patti and Web have this down to ensure a cultural and cuisine that blew my mind! I can't wait to go back and try everything on this authentic menu. Minturn is very lucky to have you. Loved it!!! read more

We tried the chicken satay, the soup and three entrees. Everything was very flavorful and not greasy. We will definitely go back!

Good authentic Thai food in a small mountain town. What a pleasant surprise! Summer rolls were yummy, so was the the noodle soup and the Pad See Eew with tofu. Great service too! Can't really ask for much more. Highly recommend! read more

This place is a gem in a sea of coal!! The Vail Valley has been devoid of any respectable Thai food for almost a decade. Then last year, Thai Kitchen opened up in Minturn. The food is very good and the service is excellent. The menu is not extensive or elaborate. It is simple and sticks to the traditional Thai favorites, but they do them all very well. The basil chicken was prepared well. Although they did not believe me when I asked for "Thai spicy", the dish was still well balanced and very flavorful. They have a small space and a very small kitchen, and i presume this is why the menu is limited. But everything we have had there has been done well and the price is reasonable compared to all other Asian offerings in the valley! Give them a try...either takeout, or dining in. read more

Went there with a few friends and really enjoyed the food. We had pad Thai and were pleasantly surprised, super tasty and great price. The staff was excellent, extremely friendly and fast which is always appreciated. The space looks a little shabby though, with mismatching tables and chairs but I'm sure they'll make updates after they've been in business for a while. read more

Great food! Extremely sweet host. Four tables outside but turnover is quick. Lots of ppl do carry out. We got the spring rolls and pad kee mao w tofu. Definitely a great place. First come first serve. We came on a Tuesday. read more

Excellent, fresh Thai. We stopped in just for an afternoon snack following a large breakfast. We shared the pork dumplings, the chicken satay, and the shrimp fresh spring rolls. The fresh spring rolls have mint in them which is my favorite way to get them! We also got the green salad and the papaya salad. Gorgeous! Wish I had taken pictures of the colorful, fresh veggies piled high with shredded papaya. read more

Had a fantastic meal here tonight including the summer rolls, Tom Kha coconut soup, bahn mi (off the charts with pate), and pineapple fried rice with fresh pineapple! All dishes were delicious. We will be back!! read more

This is a great place. We had the chicken satay and the duck specialty. Incredible. Go there. Skip the Vail low quality extra cost.

We were surprised to find this little Thai restaurant at Minturn. The place is very clean. We ordered patai with tofu and green curry chicken. The patai is a little too sweet to my taste. The green curry chicken is well prepared and taste delicious. The service is great. read more

We ordered Panama curry hot and it was so delicious. Just the right amount of spice to enjoy all the flavors with some heat. The beef was very tender, too. We also ordered the Thai basil fried rice hot and loved it. Our "to go" bag was packed with care. So many delicious things on the menu. We can't wait to go back. read more

Came for a late lunch after the Lions Head hike. We are from DC, where we have incredible Thai food, so our expectations weren't super high. All that to say, we had a delicious and enjoyable time at Thai Kitchen! Our table shared the crispy spring rolls and chicken Thai jeeb to start, both were great. I had the tofu pad see ew that was great. The tofu was perfectly fried and the broccoli was great too. Only complaint was the noodles were a bit gummy. Didn't stop me from eating it all! Others at the table enjoyed Massaman curry, pineapple fried rice (served in a pineapple no less!) and the special of the day, a dumpling Tom yum soup. Prompt and pleasant service, such a nice vibe in the place. Highly recommend! read more

Thai kitchen has some of the most authentic and delicious Thai Food out there. It takes me back to my summer in Thailand! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but my favorite is the Tom yum chicken and the Thai Basil with beef. 10/10 read more

This place is decent if you're craving Thai. It's definitely not bad. But I wish my request to make it "very spicy" was taken seriously. Also wish there was more sauce in the dishes. I will definitely go back here again and would recommend it to others! It is still a new restaurant and I think it will get better in time like a fine wine! read more

We went snowmobiling! Awesome coming back came thru small town Minturn! Precious, I love Thai food saw this little restaurant and stopped. Oh my gracious everything we got was tremendous. Drunken noodles so delicious! Will stop again. read more

Been here twice, very friendly service and great food! There aren't many vegetarian items on the menu, but Patty (the owner) offered to make many of the items especially for me, without anchovy paste or fish sauce. So happy to have Thai in the valley! read more

I've spent a lot of time in Thailand. This is the best Thai food I've had in years. Each of the 5-6 dishes that we shared were excellent. Authentic Thai comfort food. Patty made it even better with her sincere enthusiasm. I might go back tomorrow, maybe even for breakfast. read more

Visited this place last weekend on our trip to Vail. It is a cute little restaurant. The food, however, was not that great - it lacked flavor (which is the beauty of Thai food) and some of the chicken pieces weren't even cooked properly. The service was also not that great - they made us sit for a while and we had to ask them to come take our orders (mind you we were the only customers there). Overall not happy with the experience. read more
