Our food was so good! I love that they have a bakery with all gluten free items. The lemon bar was my favorite. Definitely will go back

This lovely gem of a place serves up delicious food. Started with the shrimp which had a wonderful coconut flavor. The matcha was a creamy delicious drink on a warm day like today. The spicy glass noodle salad was delicious. It's definitely something different than what I would normally get but it was perfectly light but filling - also big portions!

Thai Fresh had interesting and authentic food, we liked the fried mushrooms but wish there was more. We sat outside under the light when it wasn't too hot, and it was a good vibe. We had kind servers and it was a nice dinner!

I tried Thai Fresh on a recommendation with a few friends! I did not realize how big it would be and how many options! We all got different meals and shared family style so we could try each thing! I tried the drunken noodles "Pad Kee Mao" with beef. It was delicious. I thought it would be a bit more spicy but I am sure you can always add spice if you would like! Even though I enjoyed the dish I would get something different next time as they have so many options! One thing that blew me away was the Coconut Soup "Tom Kha". My friend ordered it and it was definitely a favorite of ours! I highly recommend trying it!!

Came back for dinner and it did not disappoint. Loved all of the different flavors in all the dishes we tried. I think they are still working out the kinks in their service, but bear with them, the food is amazing. APPS Curry Rice Balls - 6/10 sauce was good but balls could use a little more curry, kind of bland Golden tofu - 10/10 great flavor and loved the peanut dipping sauce Coconut fried shrimp - 10/10 delicious batter and dipping sauce ENTREES Pad Thai with Chicken - 10/10 loved the heaviness of the fish sauce in this. Is now in my top pad Thais in Austin Yellow Curry - 9/10 very good, exactly what you'd expect Coconut vermicelli - 10/10 WOW. This dish was so incredibly delicious. Would come back soon just for this. And huge portion While you're here you have to go try their dairy free ice cream for dessert. You can order it at your table or walk over to the cafe and get it. It is coconut based but tastes just like regular ice cream. Trust me, I hate coconut based ice cream and this one conquers all.

The servers here are very nice and our food came out pretty fast! I didn't love the Thai basil spritz - but everything else was great. I will also say that the parking here is almost non-existent so be prepared to potentially park on the street.

Pad sea Ew, Pineapple Fried Rice, Thai Basil Agua Fresca

This is quaint, casual restaurant tuck away in a quiet neighborhood near south Lamar. Restaurant parking is limited but you can find plenty street parking near by. We tried pad sea ew, pineapple fried rice and Thai basil fresca. Pad sea ew is seasoned just right combined with perfect chew on flat noodle. Pineapple fried rice is sweet and savory, curry flavor is on point not overpowering. Thai basil fresca reminds me virgin mojito, it's refreshing and exotic. Service is good and attentive. Overall, we enjoy this restaurant and would come back. Only have 4 star because it's kinda pricy for casual Thai restaurant.

I went to Thai Fresh with my friend, who had just finished with a hair appointment nearby. She suggested meeting at 5:00pm, which worked out well, because it was just in time for Happy Hour. There is a choice of seating: in the dining room for full service or in tbe other room to order at the counter. We chose the latter, making ordering quick and easy. Their Happy Hour menu includes items under "First Bites," or appetizers. I was impressed that a lot of the items were gluten free, perfect for my diet. And they were all reasonably priced. I ordered the Golden Tofu, which consisted of triangles of tofu, dipped in soy sauce, then breaded with golden gluten free flour, turmeric, curry powder, and sea salt. It was served with peanut sauce. It was yummy, and just enough to fill me up before a movie screening. The server was friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant, with customer-created artwork on the walls. I will definitely go back.

Thai Fresh was the perfect afternoon pick-me-up. We ordered the chicken and rice and larb, and both were fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we were craving -- light but satisfying. Don't skip the papaya salad combo with the chicken wing. The balance of tangy, spicy, and crispy is spot on and makes for a great add-on to the meal. And of course, the Thai iced tea is a must -- legit, creamy, and refreshing. Simple, well-executed Thai food that always hits the spot. Thai Fresh continues to deliver.

Had an amazing meal here post half marathon run! The service was friendly and attentive. I ordered the vegetarian egg rolls and the jungle noodles, and wow the flavors were on point. The spice level in the noodles was fire in the best way possible - bold, flavorful, and exactly what I hoped for after 13.1 miles. To top of off, I tried their coconut milk- based ice cream, an it might honestly be the best coconut ice cream I've ever had. Super creamy and the perfect cool-down after those noodles.

Nice people and busy inside today, I asked for red curry and skinny noodles and I got the wrong thing , to go , they didn't even ant fix it and tried to give me rice and I didn't want rice ,so got flat noodles and I didn't want flat noodles,I said . Man said he can't change it . I am upset . Got sticky rice but I didn't want rice I said . Said it to him 3 times. He got my ice cream order and fresh coconut but I didn't want it to be open . He opened the coconut and drained it and I didn't say I wanted that bc I said all needs to be to go . Fast service to go . I said to separate bags hot and cold food and he put all I. One bag , didn't Lisen to me at all .

Normally, I very much enjoy going to Thai fresh but today was definitely a miss. The portions were extremely small for the price and just to add one vegetable was two extra dollars for such little portion, both meals, including the vegetarian one tasted very meaty as though they cooked it in a pan with beef. I want to give this place another chance, but recently the quality of their food has really been going downhill!

Came here with my hubby and two toddlers and we got one cone to share (the kids just get a little bit). This is usually enough but I felt like I wanted MORE. It was so creamy and flavorful. We kept it simple -- fish cone with nutella and ube soft serve. We had the option of swirling it with a milk tea ice cream but it had a little bit of caffeine so no good. Glad the choice was made for us -- the ube was perfect on its own. Also happy we skipped the toppings since the creaminess really came through. They sell mochi donuts too -- they were pretty good but not as good as the ice cream. Parking is limited but we had no issue snagging a spot at 430pm on a Sunday. Only a few narrow spots outside (no official lot). Full disclosure -- both my daughter and I had tummy aches after eating this ice cream and you know what? I have zero regrets! It was that good.

Just to be clear, I AM somewhat of a subject matter expert. I have eaten all manner of fried dough creations from coast to coast, including Hawaii, and I have a lot to say on the topic. My favorite is still Cider Belly in Albany, NY, but I digress. The PB&J donut here is one of the best things I have ever eaten. I dragged it out for 3 days. Even semi-stale, and reheated in the microwave, it was still delicious. I put a scoop of Blue Bell vanilla ice cream on it which definitely helped. I also ordered a Heavenly Hash (one of my favorite ice cream flavors BTW) and a Naughty and Nice because I am all about the classics. They were both outstanding. No leftovers. I bought these donuts in lieu of birthday cake this year which may become my new tradition. Honestly, I think these are my new favorite donuts in Austin now.

When we went our choices were $9-$10 donut base desserts. I say base because the toppings cover up the donut visually. Despite that, there's no covering that scrumptious taste and texture. Wowaweea. Yes, you feel your cells expand and pants tighten and it is for sure run club pre and post, but quite worth it. These divine donuts have that cakey interior I love so much. We had the Puddin': cream cheese icing, vanilla pudding, fresh bananas with nilla wafers. According to the menu. Ours didn't have any nilla wafers and the presentation was uneven, hence the four stars. I didn't miss the wafers. The icing and pudding were one goopy topping and the bananas slices were half scattered slices and half banana chunk that I had to separate. Side notes: Gourdough sits on a corner with parking spots that are not free. There's a pay via QR code so you'll need a phone or something to scan that. Boo for digital shackles. Next note- I feel like this is a low key meet up spot. Like the way they tried to make the first train cars on the MTA the singles car? There was a series of singles getting doughnuts and they were a little done up for the occasion. Who knows. With the little IG ready love seats and doughnuts made for sharing, you could walk away with extra sugar.

What looked like a traditional milk toast dessert, was literally four pieces of stale bread, toasted and stacked on top of each other. that tasted freezer burnt with lots of sauce on top. No topping between each layer so it was not flavorful or tasty and all you could taste was a weird chemical flavor from the bread. Same thing with the ice cream, so freezer burnt that it tasted of chemicals, cardboard, and didn't even melt despite sitting on the plate for 15+ minutes. The Taro tea itself was fine with the crème brûlée topping, but the brown sugar Boba had the same chemical "going bad" flavor to it. It was super hard and bitter tasting instead of sweet. We had absolutely no complaints regarding our dining experience. Caroline is affiliated with the Marriott Element and Aloft hotels and that, I believe, where the affiliation ends. I try to avoid hotel eateries but I've had great dining experiences at hotels like the JW Marriott in Austin. We, four, stopped by on a Sunday AM for breakfast and we had a great time. They do have brunch cocktails available and their bloody Mary's were deemed excellent with just the right amount of spice. My bloody Maria was on point and we all got our Sunday Funday started. Breakfast was wonderful. Our eggs arrived cooked perfectly. The pepper bacon and real potato sides were off the charts delicious.
