Top notch- as a healthy eater but unwilling to compromise on taste, I love this place. Healthy bowls, generous portion, perfectly cooked (I got salmon). Delicious dressing & ask for the chili oil. Man, even their purple rice is so good- sticky and seasoned well. I could eat every day & wish I discovered this place earlier. The only thing not excellent about the Rogue Radish is their hours. I'd eat here for breakfast lunch and dinner if I could. The wagyu bowl had to of been the best bowl I've ever had in my life. The rice and pickled egetables were absolutely to die for. It's a pricey lunch after taxes and fees (including fees for sustainable practices) but it was a real treat and totally worth it. I ordered ahead and my order was ready right on time. They operate out of a food truck and have a limited seating situation nearby. I can't wait to go back and try some more items in their menu! There is covered seating to accommodate guests as they wait for their food, but I didn't see any tables to eat at. I would definitely go back to Rogue Radish again. Today was Rogue Radish's soft opening and I am happy to be one of their first customers. I learned of this new healthy vegan food truck opening soon and got on their email list and was alerted to their soft opening a few days ago. I am not even vegan, but I like to support local businesses, but my girlfriend is vegan so I didn't mind taking them for a test drive on her behalf. Oh. My. God. How is a vegan bowl so good? There were a million options to customize my bowl, and literally everything in this bowl I chose is delicious. I had a problem with online ordering (soft opening!!!) so I had to call it in, and I gave them carte blanche to change my bowl as they saw fit. I actually recommended they put together a few signature bowls for those of us that can't make Subway-like decisions. Had a nice chat with the owners and am really rooting for them. I'm not crazy about ordering through a QR code but you can hardly fault vendors for managing the ordering through them. My food was ready quickly and the hibiscus tea was really good. Absolutely one of the best things I've eaten in Austin. Pictures are deceiving and the meal is well sized and bowl as is, is perfect. Not much to customize and can get pricy if you choose them all, but would recommend the sweet potato and chili oil. Egg is fine but doesn't add much upgrade in my mind. I am not vegan, and usually don't get pumped about seeing a "grain bowl" on a menu...but the bowls and salads here are absolutely next level.
