I have been to this specific Texas Roadhouse at least 8 times and I keep coming back for the amazing food and service! This place is a such a great spot for family gatherings, birthday dinners to date nights! I can't emphasize enough how great the service is. The staff are always warm, welcoming and attentive. They also seem to have a great sense of mutual respect and teamwork amongst themselves. The food always comes on time and our servers are always pleasant even when it's packed (and this place is always busy!). Be patient when ordering. The constant scripted upsell takes 10 whole minutes. Two entrees. Chili is super salty. Sirloin was quite tender and unexpectedly good. Prime rib was tough. We came on Friday the 13th day before Valentine got there at 5 o'clock so they have been open for about an hour place was packed. I cannot handle heat. That's my only gripe about the app. She ordered rib ribs with sweet potato. Caesar salad half rack of ribs came out beautiful sauce on the side. They were really tasty a little dry for my taste, but the sauce helped mop it up. I had the prime rib 12 ounce baked potato Caesar salad. The baked potato was one of the best I've ever had in my life. I gotta say I don't know what they did, but it was flavored all the way through. I didn't get any extras, just butter, salt, and pepper. I didn't need to add any salt like I said the potato was beautifully flavored overall four out of five here tonight had no room for dessert. Food was not very hot, but warmed (Mildly) Large Potato, butter provided, good so far on that front... Little or no Quality Control, or some other issue... But this time I went, I got my usual meal, and my drink had a bug in it (a medium sized bug not a small one). My steak also came out very undercooked (I asked for medium rare), and I sent it back. No matter how crowded it is, I always get very attentive, friendly, prompt service. I only ever get burgers, so that's all I can comment on, but they're always cooked just right with all the right toppings. Steak fries that come with them are also very good. Went up to the host stand and they had already seated a different party instead of the one they called. So had to wait an additional 10+ minutes. Got seated eventually and had to ask for silverware 2 times before we actually got them. Some people here are so "pleasant" and basically throw your food on the table. Our waitress was super nice through it all though. And great with our kids! Although a little slow, but it's a Saturday night and it's a little busy. Food was below par, (1 undercooked steak / 1 overcooked steak / burnt hamburger/ overcooked shrimp/ ribs were blah) brought out two of the dinners 10 minutes before the others. I'm honestly shocked by all the lackluster reviews for this place! My family had dinner here this past week. We sat inside. It wasn't busy during our visit so we were seated immediately. Tables were sat with 1-2 empty in between for social distancing and all the employees we saw were wearing masks. Not sure about the food or service. Walked in and had group of 4 total - were in area after a LAX tourney and had plans to watch football, delete 10+ beers and 4 steaks between us. Really, really nice people. Staff line dances to country songs. And really are nice singing happy birthday. Morgan at the bar is a gem. Food is actually pretty good. They display the steaks, and they look good and taste better. They also mail the temperature. Also very good was the salad and the potato. And the bread is outstanding and was a surprise. Decent pricing and many price points so you can spend whatever you like. All in all, a good value and a great relaxed space for a meat-focused dinner. Will go again and enjoy! read more

Texas Roadhouse apparently has established a policy of not seating large groups. We have encountered this before, but usually the host/hostess will be accommodating and do their best to divide the party into smaller groups and sit them in the same section so that they can enjoy the occasion together. What we experienced the evening of June 16, 2021 was quite a rude and inhospitable reception that brought several of our party to tears, on the night that we chose Texas Roadhouse to celebrate their high school graduation. The hostess, Kelly, lectured us on their policy, and seemed quite uncooperative, almost spiteful, in her refusal to accommodate seating. When we asked to speak to the manager, that was Kelly. Her defense of her inhospitable reception of our group was the policy which she stated as, "we do not take large groups". She provided the business card of the owner, but implied that it would be a wasted effort to provide our feedback to him. Our group was 11 people, so the check was large enough that a business person should care about the guests dining experience. Kelly's attitude and lack of hospitality skills notwithstanding, we managed to enjoy the rest of the evening. The food was excellent and a great value for the money. The service from Maggie and her team was outstanding. The servers offered profuse apologies for the way we were greeted. We made sure their service was rewarded. read more

I was working an event on a Sunday that was nearby and stopped in for my only meal of the day because I had been so swamped. I've driven past this Texas Roadhouse probably 3 dozen times over the years. I'm a big fan of Texas Roadhouse, I've gone to them loads over the years, in many states and many locations, (my wife used to wait tables at one while she was in college so I know a fair amount about their business as a whole) and I know that you can count on them to provide you with a consistently delicious meal. As I said, it was late on a Sunday (around 8p) when I sat down at the bar. Country music playing, American Ninja Warrior on the TV, bar was empty. I got a Troegs, chili (wanted to try it), steak w/ baked potato & a house salad. I did order the Chili with extra crackers but that was not relayed to the back of the house. As the chili came out quickly but with 2 packs of saltines so I had to request additional crackers for a second time. The chili could have been hotter in terms of temperature but it had great flavor and I was pleased, after all these years to try something new here. The salad was next, love the cold plate with hard-boiled eggs and cheese such a nice fresh salad. The steak I got was rare and it was cooked exactly how I like. Texas Roadhouse's attention to detail and quality is always top-notch. The baked potato on the plate was salted with butter. I love slicing through the whole potato, skin and all as I eat it as the outside is slightly crusty and salted with a hot fluffy interior smothered with butter. I will say the amount of fat on the sirloin was about average for most steak houses but much more than I've experienced from past visits to Texas Roadhouse. Usually, when I order a steak here there is nothing left because it's been hand-trimmed. This steak had some gristle and a fair amount of fat that I needed to cut off. I may be back to this location but as far as Texas Roadhouse experiences, this was below my expectations. read more

Yesterday, I went with my family of 6 and had the new York strip. I ordered it medium well, and the outside was perfect, but the inside was more on the rare side.
