Like... really, really good! Great beer. Great food. Great pickles. Great visit! There was a nice big parking lot that was right next to the restaurant. We first tried to sit on the rooftop, they had a bunch of picnic tables up there. The ambiance was nice, but the way the sun was in the sky there was no shade. We chose to sit inside instead. It was fairly empty for 6pm on a Saturday. Our waitress was super nice. Husband and I each got a beer (brewed on site). They were good, happy to see a large selection that wasn't all IPAs. We started with the soft pretzel. It was tasty, big and soft. Husband got the brisket noodles. He loved them, but agreed with the menu warning that they were very spicy. I got the fried chicken sandwich. It was okay, nothing special. Kids each got the chicken nuggets and fries. The chicken was fresh hand breaded chicken breast. The French fries were very overdone. Overall, it was fine, but nothing worth coming back for.

(They've also been located on Oak Street, but like I said, check ahead.) I had a brisket sandwich with 2 sides for about $12, which was a steal. Food was delicious. They put sauce on the brisket which isn't my preference but it was lightly enough coated for it to be okay. The meat was tender and flavorful. The container was super heavy. They piled the meat high! There were some chunks of fat, but I don't eat the roll so I was forking through anyway, and despite the fat pieces, the quantity of meat was still quite a lot. Mac-n-cheese was great. Real cheese, not cheese sauce or stew in there. Baked so some crisp on top. Sweet potatoes were laden with cinnamon, which I love! Really well-spiced and delicious! The staff is very friendly, following COVID protocols, and accepting credit cards! The Gibbons location is mostly a residential area, but don't feel you're lost, it's there. I turned down Franklin because the side streets are one ways. But that will get you right into their lot. Actually if you turn down Gibbons you'll have more trouble accessing them.

The cornbread was also something very special, I usually don't care for cornbread but this one was sweet and moist--and it was only 99 cents! I will be back. Everything was exemplary here.

Being from the Philly area, we honestly don't have a ton of really good, authentic Korean BBQ…read moreoptions around here. I'm so tired of the fake k-pot style bbq....I've eaten authentic Korean BBQ in KOREA, in Vegas, my mom's house ;), NYC Koreatown, Annandale/Northern VA, and plenty of other places over the years, so I'm probably a little harder to impress than most when it comes to Korean food. That said -- this place in Exton is legit. I drive about 40 minutes just to come here, and there are plenty of restaurants much closer to me. That alone probably says enough. The meat is consistently fresh and good quality, the banchan actually tastes like Korean banchan should, and the whole meal just feels authentic rather than some watered-down version of Korean BBQ made for people who have never had the real thing. The flavors, marinades, side dishes and overall experience remind me of the Korean food I grew up eating and the places I've eaten at in Korea. That's hard to find around the Philly suburbs. Open late like good kbbq spots are supposed to, good drinks, not fancy, but authentic. What brings me back to my childhood - stainless steel thin metal bowls, cups, water out of a jug, absolutely nail the combination of quality, authenticity, and price. There is a reason I'll drive 40 minutes each way when I'm craving Korean BBQ instead of just picking somewhere closer. If you know Korean food, you'll appreciate this place. If you don't know Korean food yet, this is a pretty damn good place to start.

They were able to accommodate solo dining like myself which was fantastic, although it wasn't busy when I went. The quality of the BBQ meats were better than I expected. The side dishes were amazing as well, really enjoyed the pickled radish. I also had fried rice cakes and gyoza which came out very crispy and fresh. I think my favorite two of the meats were definitely the Kalbi marinated steak and spicy pork belly as both had lots of flavor and were very tender. Was surprised to see a great KBBQ spot in this area of PA.

Stopped here for fish and chips as I heard they were good here. And while it was ok, I wouldn't…read morenecessarily come back here for them. The portion was generous but the fish had no seasoning whatsoever so overall crispy but bland. Five fingers of fish topped a serving of what tasted like frozen fries that spent too long in the fryer. The tartar sauce was tasty clearly home made with bits of Cornish on and capers, as was the coleslaw, also lacking seasoning. Both were served in dishes to look like more but were grossly impractical. So how did I come up with a rating of four stars? The answer was dessert and for this I would return. Although pricey, the multi-layer chocolate cake was worth the money. Moist cake with a ganache frosting along with a drizzle of chocolate sauce and caramel. I would have liked some raspberry to cut some of the sweetness but it was no less delicious. Decor is a bit worn out. Staff is nice and amenable. It is generally not very accessible as there were only two tables that don't require them bringing out a ramp if you want to sit inside and they are near the entrance to the kitchen.

I didn't want to cook, I didn't really want to be home, and I also didn't want to leave my other dog home alone by herself. This is one of the few restaurants that is dog friendly, so I was excited to be able to being my baby with me to try it out. The atmosphere on the patio was lovely, and the servers were all so kind. One even brought my dog a little bowl of water, which I really appreciated. I didn't personally find many of the menu items particularly appealing to me, but I ended up debating between the salmon Gruyère sandwich, fish and chips, and the burger. I went with the salmon Gruyère, hoping it would be a healthier and higher protein given that it was made with salmon. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed to pay a premium price of $21 for a salmon Gruyère sandwich that had barely any salmon at all. The sandwich was essentially bread and cheese with some flakes of salmon, which was not at all what I expected for the price or from a sandwich where salmon is the main ingredient. The side salad was delicious, though. I was so disappointed with the sandwich that I decided not to order dessert, even though I had planned on trying the lemon meringue since it had such great reviews from what I read online. I actually ended up stopping at a taco food truck on my way home because I was still hungry and felt unsatisfied with my meal. Maybe I should have ordered the burger or the fish and chips, and perhaps my experience would have been different. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I'm not sure I'll be back. I really wanted to enjoy this place, especially because of how welcoming they were to my dog, but the sandwich simply wasn't worth the price imo
