Went here for a company Christmas lunch. Friday afternoon and the restaurant was packed to the brim. No parking. Some of us had to park across street. What annoyed me the most was we were barely served any meat. Yes we had two large tables but this should have been accounted for given this was planned and reserved it advance. I can say I got 1 chicken wing, 1 sausage, 1 slice of garlic beef, 1 slice of flank steak. That was it. Oh and my chair smelled like someone was sweating in it for hours and the chair was never wiped down. Overall quite disappointed in this experience and won't be back. read more

One of my favorite place for Brazilian steaks . Service and food are excellent . Since the restrictions of covid the salad bar are off limits so you have to order through the waiter. Wine are 50 percent off per bottle on Wednesday night but not sure about other nights. Make sure you save your stomach before coming here. Absolutely disappointing! This used to be one of my favorite date night spots when I was wanting to impress. Took my fiancé here a little while ago for his birthday dinner and even made reservations that stated it was a "special occasion and his birthday". We were sat a table in the very back corner of the restaurant. Literally the WORST table in the restaurant. If memory serves me correctly, there used to be a dress code and if you were not dressed up, you couldn't come in. People were dressed in every day clothing which made us feel so out of place because we dressed up like we thought we were supposed to be. The food at the salad bar area was unsatisfactory. Getting someone to bring more meat to our table (remember we are waaaaay at the back of the restaurant) was almost impossible. Smashed up food on the floor that had been stepped on and passed by many times. I swear on everything it felt like we were in a hospital cafeteria and NOT at a fancy Brazilian steakhouse. I was so completely embarrassed to have brought my date there for a knock out dinner that turn into a bust beyond a bust. Party of 3. Received a friendly welcome. We were asked if we had a reservation, no reservation made, but they were able to seat us right away. First time visit so they went over the process and food items with us. Service: Our waiter was very attentive by asking how everything was going and refilled our water cup very often, as in, it hardly went below the middle of the glass. Cleared our plates often and made sure we were eating comfortably and clean. Food: Salad bar was open with a variety of selections from cheese to types of salad and their dressings. Some hot items from the salad bar were rice, black beans, soup, and potato scallops. Main event, the meat! Types of meat on skewer choices were Parmesan pork and chicken, bacon wrapped fillet mignon, garlic steak/flank, and a couple others, but sadly, no seafood (I was disappointed they didn't have any seafood on skewers). However, they did have marinated shrimp and smoked salmon in the salad bar area. Overall experience was great! Came here for my birthday dinner on New Years , it was my first time coming here and it blew me away. I love the warm lighting all around the restaurant, it makes for a very relaxing atmosphere. The service was great, our waitress always had our glasses filled and the servers with the meat come by in rounds to see if you would like more. The meats were so tender, I really had to remember to slow myself down to really enjoy the food and not just scarf it all down lol. Omg and the salad bar really had my coming back, the onions and cucumbers in the salad dressing was amazing. I mixed those with some of the artichoke hearts and mozzarella balls all together to make my salad. The coffee there is so smooth, I probably drank about five cups before I left , I always can enjoy a good cup even during the evenings. It was really an experience I've never thought about having but I feel really blessed to have had it with my family here. read more

If you wanna know what it feels like to be a king, then this place is the closest thing you'll ever come to feeling like it! I went here with a group of my friends, and man oh man, was everything delicious! Servers would come out with these giant skewers of different meats, and each slice they gave you was perfection, juicy and seasoned just right. Well decorated restaurant; however the tables are small and very crowded. Food servers are always giving you more meat than requested, which was an uneased and unrelaxed experience. The older female manager with glasses did not have a good attitude as well, I felt unwelcome. Made reservation stated for birthday celebration, but did not receive the free cake mentioned in other people's recent reviews, I guess it depends on the mood of the server/manager, or the color of patron's skin. Had reservation for anniversary, we were a little late but they didn't see to care much. The food was not bad, but the meat was oddly salty (some more than others). Also I didn't care for the fact that they brought out food for us (bread, fries, mashed potatoes etc.) because I felt inclined to eat those more than the meat although I think that was their plan. The side dishes were really good and yummy, but the meat was salty. Overall, was not a bad experience but I just don't know if it is for me because I got full so fast and the meat was so salty. Hubs and I love going here. He's especially fond of the variety of lamb he can get. The place is always busy. We like to go for lunch because it's not as crowded. When we come for dinner, it's packed. Highly recommend doing a reservation at dinner time. You'll be waiting a good chunk of time if you just walk in. All the staff are amazing. Fast and friendly. If you are waiting for a specific meat, just let a person walling by know, and they bring it out to your table as fast as they can. The quality of the food and service has declined significantly. Our server was subpar; we had to ask her to remove dishes from the table, she took our drink orders, but never came back to ask if any of us wanted a second drink. The meat servers were slow and scarce. We had to ask that certain meats be brought to our table, and even after asking, one was never served. Several of the meats we were served were either extremely rare or very well done. The lamb was so fatty, there was only one bite of meat in the large piece I was served. Texas de Brazil has been our family's choice for special occasions for many years, but we will be going somewhere else for our next occasion. Very disappointing. read more

Walking in we were greeted by host who led us to the table. I loved the atmosphere very classy and modern. We started with a salad that we built I went with an al caprese style and it was amazing, I loved the mozzarella pearls. The lobster bisque was the best I've ever had. My martini was sooo good I accidentally had 3. They put on a great show with the steaks in the swords & catered to whatever we needed. Alex made a big deal about my birthday and brought out a pie that said happy birthday (thank you Alex!!). Don't waste your time at any other Brazilian steakhouse. We LOVE Texas De Brazil! BY far the best churascaria in town. We've had the same server, the awesome Nelu, ever since we started going in 2007 (we insist on him when we make the reservation). The meat is always seasoned perfectly, the selection is great, the salad bar is way better than other places, great dessert selection and the lobster bisque is the best I've ever had, anywhere. We came here pre-covid for lunch and enjoyed the experience. The interior is upscale and has the classic steakhouse feel.It is the same as most other Brazilian steak houses. There is a fancy salad bar that is much more than salad. They have tons of cheeses, salami, smoked salmon, soups etc. They encourage you to start here and then jump into the meat. For the meat, you have a card on your table that if flipped to a certain side, tells the servers that you would like more meat. The flow is constant with their many types of steak, cooked at all ranges of wellness. They also give you complimentary bread which goes well with the meat, but of course fills you up. The servers were great and the lunch time price is much better than dinner. read more

I want to start off with my parents wanted to come here an hour before they close so they can get ready for dinner service so I completely understand not really wanting to serve us because of that. Our server checked in on us maybe 3 times? and that's about the only time we saw her except from when she was coming out wiping her mouth from whatever she was eating in the back. The meat service was okay they only brought out bottom sirloin and picanha most of the time and I had to request chicken for my dad. The manager is really the only good thing about this location as she would check in on us more than our server and offered us tea or coffee at the very end but at that point we already made up our mind and wanted to leave. So we've never been to this chain, but have been to Tucanos and Fogo's. If I had to rate the food in order, Texas de Brazil is by far the best, followed by Fogo's, and then Tucanos. All the meat came out fast, hot, and delicious, plus all cooked to perfection...basically medium to medium rare. Great selection as well. The one knock I'd give them is lack of fruit on the salad bar and no fire roasted pineapple. Now, the reasons I only gave 4 stars. Parking...it's horrendous. Basically there are not enough spaces for the amount people they can sit. We showed up at 5pm on a Saturday, the lot was full, and the place was still half empty. The valet was pretty frustrated as he had to park all the cars. But we don't valet...I just don't trust most valets to drive my car. So I dropped everyone off and drove in circles until someone left. Our waiter went MIA halfway into our meal. Basically the manager took over towards the end. But when he did it felt like we were being rushed. I know they need to turn tables for the next guest, but we had only been there 30min so far and wanted to slow down and enjoy our dinner. He kept asking if everything was ok and if we needed anything. Another manager came by and asked the same thing. One might think they are being genuine, but I've been to enough places to know this is code for letting us know if we're done we need to move on. Payment. More for everyone's SA. So this being our first time we used gift cards we bought at Costco. Basically you pay $79.99 and get two $50 gift cards. It's a great deal...like 20% off your meal. They also offer military/veteran discount which is also great....think it was a 15% discount. They also have a $20 off dinner coupon if you sign up for their newsletter. BUT, you can't use the military discount and the gift cards and the coupon together. Nor can you use the coupon on Saturdays. Since we went on a Saturday, we didn't bring up the coupon. Now, we use the Costco gift cards they sell for other places a lot. And most of those have veteran discounts as well. Never had an issue of using them together at any place. This was the first time I've come across a place where that can't be done. Since we didn't know, the manager went ahead and allowed us to use both, which was great. In total, our bill was around $250 for 4 ppl before tip. We added two sodas, but should have just stuck with water. For the other reviews stating they may have had better beef at a regular steakhouse...I've been to a number of high end steakhouses. I would rate some of the cuts I had here on par or better than some of those steakhouses I've been too. I also would come here for the variety and the fact I'm getting skewered meat cooked over a flame brought to my table and cut in front of me. Went here for a birthday dinner on a Saturday night and it was real busy. Their parking lot is pretty small and is mostly valet only. I tried one of their Old Fashioned's and it looked off when I got it by being very clear and it was terrible, I would not order that again. I have been to this location many times before but remembered the meats being better quality, some were just straight up bad and none were particularly amazing. I did request to have lamb chops twice as those were my favorite and they never came by with them. This was quite disappointing for $54.00 price point. I love the cheese bread and honestly if I went back would probably just get the salad bar options. You still get plenty of proteins on there from shrimp, smoked salmon and various charcuterie meats. The lobster bisque was as good as I recalled as well, velvety smooth. The frantic interruption for a large party with the meats all coming at the same time is kind of off putting as I get older. I feel I would rather just get one cut I know is good then experience this again. Their desserts are pretty good and a decent size for the extra $12.00 on average that they are. My family of 6 had dinner reservations for 7pm for my birthday. We arrived early, only to find no valet parking available. There were NO parking spaces in the lot either so we wound up parking across the street at T-Mobile. Freezing walk without a coat because I had not intended to be walking in the cold. Once we got inside, we were not seated until 7:30. There were no apologies from hostess staff so we asked to speak to a manager after standing for 40 minutes. The manager took care of us and we were immediately seated. After that, everything was as expected of my favorite Brazillian restaurant. Food was great as always, and our server took good care of my family. This was the 2nd time we have waited after having reservations, so I don't know what's happening there but I sure hope it gets fixed! Love this place! read more

I'm no stranger to the Texas de Brazil chain, but I have to admit that this location has some downfalls. Came here for a birthday celebration prior to the covid19 shutdown with the family on a quiet Sunday evening. Service was disappointing. I was mentally preparing myself before I came in because there were other mentions of the subpar service from other Yelpers. It took a long time for us to even be greeted and took even longer to get our drinks. The gauchos were nowhere to be found after we had already finished our salad round. We constantly had to flag down the waitress just to get any service. A manager came by to see how we were doing and I told her our kids drinks were MIA. She was just quiet and turned around and walked away - I imagine to tell the waitress to do her job. When the meats finally started flowing, it made for a little better experience. Took a few tries to get our meat requests but they did show up eventually. Also, I don't even know why they bothered to ask us what special occasion we were celebrating because they didn't even bother to ask us if we needed anything or offer anything to celebrate. I love the Texas de Brazil chain of restaurants but the management/staffing at this location has some room for improvement especially at this price range. read more

We go here about once a year, either for a birthday or if we have an out of town guest. It is always a hit and they leave very impressed. If we ate here more often we would weigh 500 pounds. The atmosphere is upscale but comfortable. As numerous reviews have mentioned, there's the salad bar, which this time we noted has been downsized quite a bit--too bad, that was actually my favorite. They still have the lobster bisque and some other warm apps. The star, of course, is the meat. We have been so many times that we have our favorites. The wife only gets lamb, I only get bacon wrapped filet mignon. But this time I tried the house special top sirloin and it was quite good, very tasty, so I will add that to the list. Tender, juicy, and tons of flavor. Service is always attentive. I never thought I would eat so much bacon wrapped treats, that I i sought the taste of other unwrapped regular meats. 2. I ate so much "damn carne" I actually craved and ate salad like items to balance my palate. 3. The lobster bisque must have been laced with "Cocaine", because that S%#$T was addictive!!!! 4. Pregame your alcohol, because that's where they make back their meat $$$ loss. Seriously!!! Drinks there are expensive!!!! 5. Be prepared to drop more than $100 for 2 people, but walk away knowing you just had one of the best meals, you are ever going to have and enjoy, in your entire life. Just left here and am so disappointed in the service and experience. Upon being seated in a crowded dining area, the server is whispering the drink options, when out of left field one of the meat guys elbows me on the side of the head. Lol I'm assuming that's funny to read but damn, it hurt! Worst part is no one checked to see if I was ok and the server left before taking my drink order. The place seemed dirty (one of the plates I grabbed at the sides station was supposed to be clean but covered in mashed potatoes, bathroom was a mess, floors dirty) just left me feeling a little grossed out. Always a great experience. We come here at least once a month​ and are always very satisfied and always well taken care of. When you are seated it is very easy to get lost in the extensive salad bar/ tapas bar. This includes the featured soup (which is always lobster bisque), rice and beans, fish in ​a curry​ sauce, au gratin potatoes, and mushrooms. You can make this your meal or opt for the meat service. Of course,​ you would come for the endless steak and various​ meat options. I would make sure to come for dinner​ as filet and the braised beef ribs are not available for lunch, though my favorite meat choice is the house special (picanha). There are many drink and dessert​ options but its hard to make it through the salad bar and meal with room. The papaya cream is great and the key lime pie is divine​. read more

The concept of this restaurant is pretty cool. The guys come around and cut off different types of meat off a spit on to your plate. They have these chips, one side green the other red to let the meat guys now if they should come to your table or not. The meat was ok, nothing to write home about though. The server knew her stuff. She told me how to order and suggested this banana flavored soda which wasn't bad at all. They have this salad bar and another table set up with chafing dishes for you to also eat at. I like how they present a tray with the desserts they serve so you can see what it looks like. read more

We made reservations prior and was a party of 12. This was my first time at Texas de Brazil as we had guests from out of town and we were celebrating two birthday celebrants. I thought it was a cool concept of meat being served to you. However we had to constantly ask for drinks to be refilled. The service was adequate and the servers stopped coming to our table even though our cards were still flipped to green. The manager came and welcomed us which was nice but after 10 seconds he was never seen again. Some of the food was way overdone and some of the food were too rare that the server didn't say what it was. Had we known we wouldn't had it served to us.
