On the day we considered purchasing the vehicle, Adam drove the Buzz to our house to let the kids check it out. That night, we made the decision to purchase the Buzz the next day. We've been super happy with it, but being new owners of an EV for the first time, Adam was fantastic in becoming available to answer questions along the way. Highly recommend purchasing from VW, especially from Adam!! From there, our experience with the VW Service Center has exceeded our expectations. Bowe Blanyer is our guy!! If I got could give this dealership negative stars I would. On Thursday, March 5 around 4pm, my…read morehusband and I walked into the dealership and were rudely greeted by one of the associates. While I tried to explain we were shopping for cars and had lived in a major city for a number of years and haven't had to have a car in over 5 years, he brashly started asking "well okay but what do you want? You don't know?" Trying to be patient, we reiterated we weren't exactly sure but had hoped to look at hybrids. He then started spewing off the different models, which of course we weren't familiar with since this was our first stop. When we finally asked to see a hybrid compact SUV, he said with a clearly annoyed expression and tone "okay so you want to see the CRV then?" Both my husband and I were pretty frustrated at this point and just walked outside to see it. The guy didn't even bother to bring the keys with him and the car was locked. He kept glancing at his phone and after a few minutes asked us what we thought. We both said "well obviously we'd like to see the interior." He replied "well the keys are inside" and proceeded to just walk away. Now for the kicker- the man opened the vehicle while still being inside the building and did not even bother to come out or explain anything. We both sat in the car astonished and were frustrated that he wouldn't even bother to come with the keys so we could turn on the vehicle and do a test drive with him. When he finally did decide to come out, we asked to drive the vehicle and he said he needs our insurance and license. I then said "well like I just told you we haven't had a car in over 5 years so why would we have car insurance?" His reply? "Well, you can't drive the car." He then walked away without even saying bye. It was the rudest, most unprofessional interaction we ever had. My husband and I were so appalled that we immediately ruled out buying any Honda vehicle. Toyota was a perfect 5 star and the associate drove with us since we didn't have insurance. I wish I would've caught this man's name but he didn't even bother introducing himself or asking us for our names. The experience was so awful I left this same review on Google to let people know what to expect. Expect NOTHING other than rudeness, especially if you have the displeasure of encountering this associate first. Don't bother coming here. The Toyota down the street is infinitely better and the associates know how to RESPECTFULLY interact with people.

I'm so glad I waited because I ended up at Nissan Infiniti in Dublin, CA. I bought my car on July 7, 2026, and I've been loving it ever since. From the first conversation to driving off the lot, everything went smoothly. Darren, my salesperson, was polite, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. I highly recommend you ask for him when think about buying a car. Vishal in finance made the paperwork easy to understand, found me the best APR, and explained everything thoroughly. They gave me a reasonable price for my trade-in, the car was beautifully detailed, and the price of my new car was very reasonable. There were no hassles, no gimmicks, and no high-pressure sales tactics--just honest, professional service from beginning to end. I've bought 12 cars over my lifetime, including cars for my sons when they learned to drive, and I can honestly say this was the easiest and most enjoyable car-buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend Nissan Infiniti in Dublin, especially Darren and Vishal. If you're looking for a dealership that treats you with respect, communicates well, and makes the entire process stress-free, this is the place to go. Thank you for making what is usually a stressful experience such an enjoyable one!

A special thank you to Zahid Sharif, Sales Manager, and Anand Patel, Finance Manager, for making the entire experience so smooth and enjoyable. I first visited Mercedes-Benz of Pleasanton on a Sunday morning just to take a test drive. I wasn't even sure what vehicle I wanted to lease -- I was simply looking around and happened to stop by the dealership. Within five minutes of my arrival, Zahid had the GLA 250 ready for me. He was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. During the test drive, he patiently explained the different driving modes and features -- Sport mode, Comfort mode, and many of the vehicle's functions. He explained everything in such a clear and practical way that by the end of the test drive, I had a very comfortable understanding of the vehicle and its features. After the test drive, I told Zahid that I was still looking around and would get back to him. Without any pressure whatsoever, he simply smiled and said something along the lines of, "Of course, John. Take your time, look around, and please reach out to me if you need any further assistance or if you decide to lease from Pleasanton Benz." That really stood out to me. There was absolutely no pressure or aggressive sales approach. I visited a couple of other dealerships around the Bay Area, but nothing worked out. The following Sunday, I reached back out to Zahid, and I met him at the dealership the next Monday. Once again, I was greeted with the same big smile and warm welcome: "Welcome back. Let's help you get a vehicle today." We discussed the numbers. Zahid gave me a quote, and I gave him the price I had in mind and told him that was my bottom line. He asked, "What's in your mind, John?" He took my number back to his team, and within about 15-30 minutes, we shook hands and had a deal. I have leased three vehicles over the past 15 years, and this was by far the smoothest, most peaceful, and pleasant lease negotiation I've ever experienced. There was no unnecessary back-and-forth, no pressure, and no uncomfortable sales tactics. After we finalized the deal, Zahid surprised me by saying that, as a thank you, he was offering me the RoadVantage Dealer Program free for a year. I was genuinely happy and appreciated the gesture. Then came the lease signing, where Anand Patel, Finance Manager, helped me with all the paperwork. Anand was equally friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He also offered me another great maintenance option that I honestly couldn't believe was available. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the finance portion just as comfortable as the sales process. I normally don't write reviews, but this experience was exceptional enough that I wanted to take the time to share it. Zahid Sharif and Anand Patel -- thank you both sincerely for making my Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 lease experience so enjoyable. Your professionalism, honesty, patience, and genuinely friendly approach made all the difference. If you're considering a Mercedes-Benz, I highly recommend visiting Mercedes-Benz of Pleasanton and asking for Zahid and Anand. They treated me with respect from beginning to end, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you again, Zahid and Anand!

I bought a used 530i and I noticed the lane assist camera wasn't functioning, we all thought it just needed a calibration and I was informed it would be taken care of at no cost. Once Everardo got it, he discovered it was because the windshield had been replaced at some point by a non oem windshield, and that was the problem. Obviously it's a lot more expensive for the dealership to cover an oe windshield replacement when compared to a camera calibration. I signed for the car as is, they could've totally screwed me if they wanted to, but that's not East Bay BMW's style, they told me that it would work and they made good on their promise, even though it was more work than anticipated. Legally speaking, they didn't have to do that, and most dealerships would've taken the opportunity to make some money there. I'm blown away by such honest business in this day and age, it's so uncommon, especially when dealing with larger companies. But these guys are awesome. And to top it off everyone is hella chill, friendly, and fun, but still professional over there. Salute!
