Had a really great experience with my test drive but mostly great Expedia with service advisor John! He was great! He took the time to answer questions, was patient, shared his great knowledge and just made the experience seem so personable. Thanks John! Definitely a strong consideration for purchase and my hope is that I can keep working with John during the process! read more

Had a very very nice experience at Tesla Pasadena thanks to Chelsea Flemington & Bejan Hijazi. Chelsea scheduled and took me on a fun test drive and Bejan, store manager, assisted on the file when Chelsea went out of tow. Chelsea she still responded to emails which was very nice of her. Bejan was diligent to make sure all my questions were answered via text and in person. Very happy with the service and will definitely recommend my friends and family to them. Entire experience is unlike traditional dealers. Very easy and fast. Thank you Pasadena Tesla. read more

From our first communication (not typical) to after delivery Kyleen Pray has been extremely helpful. She is quick to respond to any "dumb" questions I have/had. She never makes me feel like I'm bothering her. I couldn't have asked for a better sales advisor than her. Thank you Kylee. You're my new best friend. read more

Worked with John to order our new Model Y. John was very insightful and friendly. Not too mention a great "salesman." (He reminded me he isn't paid on commission, so he isn't technically a sales person). He asked us questions about our current hobbies and life practices and how a Tesla would fit with them. He also encouraged us to find a friend so that we could get free miles! read more

I just bought a Model X last year and I am absolutely in LOVE with it!! The auto drive feature and auto park features are absolutely amazing and make driving in LA traffic bearable again! I also had the BEST salesperson ever at this Pasadena dealership - MICHAEL M.!!! If you are interested in purchasing a Tesla, come here and ask for Michael! When I came in to this dealership, I had spent hours test driving other vehicles at other dealerships but Michael made me feel so comfortable! He took me for a test drive and was so thorough in explaining all of the dance features of the Tesla and taught me how to auto drive and auto park! He was so patient and knowledgeable and really took the time to explain every detail to me. I never felt rushed or pressured but I ended up placing an order that same day! I ordered a custom Tesla at the end of October and it was ready for pick up the first week of December! Even after I picked up my vehicle, Michael continued to follow up to make sure all my questions continued to be answered. He was easily accessible by text and has really made my entire car purchase a wonderful experience. I highly highly recommend Michael at the Tesla Pasadena location!!! AAAA++++ read more

We took our delivery of Tesla Model 3. Pablo helped us through the process. He answered all the questions we had on selecting between Model 3 and Model Y and arranged a test drive for us. We never got pushed for the more expensive option like a salesperson from other dealers. He also kept an eye out for the car that matches our spec and helped to get the cars delivered quickly. When the first car was delivered, there was some alignment issue. We rejected the car and he stayed after his quitting time to help us with the process. Then he found another one for us right away and we accepted the delivery. In my opinion, with customer representatives like Pablo, Tesla can grow the market share and build customer loyalty. read more

I recently just pulled the trigger on the Model Y and this was not an easy decision for me because I am the type of person that does A LOT of research before buying anything.  After receiving an initial call from Pablo, he made by decision so much easier as he explained to be the pros and cons of hardware and software on the new 2020 models vs the 2017 and below CPO models.  His technical knowledge and expertise was invaluable and made the decision process so much easier.  I was one of the lucky ones to have Pablo reach out to me because without his help I would be watching endless YouTube videos from people who don't even have answers I am looking for.  As a small business owner I value customer service and Pablo did an amazing job!  Thanks again for solidifying my confidence in the Tesla brand. read more

I am a proud new owner of my first Tesla Y! Couldn't have done it without GEORGE! He was amazing! Called him 6 months ago and started asking questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. He never pressured me at all and answered every question I ever had, sometimes twice! I never went to the shop, everything was on the phone and he made my experience exceptional! Thank you George! read more

The worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership! They are totally unorganized. After waiting over 3months for my car to be built and come in, I finally had an appointment for delivery/pick up. The paperwork and the down payment amount we agreed on before leaving the deposit to order the car wasn't correct when I got there, so they needed to draft up another one. My husband was with me and expecting to leave right away (he coaches our sons basketball team and had a practice) and they told us it would take less than 30minutes. NOPE. They had him coming back and forth because they would tell him he could leave after he signed, which he did, only to ask me to call him back again and again since they kept having to revise the paperwork. It was 5pm, middle of prime time traffic, and he eventually could not return for the 3rd time, so he left me and came back after the practice. I was there over 3hours since we live an hour away, and when he finally came back, the finance guy (I think his name was Kit) had left!!! He said he was going to wait for my husband to come back, and he didn't even have the audacity to tell me he was leaving for the evening? We ended up leaving since no one could help us at that point. I went back to Mercedes Benz the next day and resigned another lease with them. When I contacted them a few days later to ask for my deposit back (and btw they kept sending me texts saying I had another appointment for delivery when I did not make another appointment!) they would not refund me. Terrible customer service!!! Especially from one of the managers, Michael, who is super rude and immature. Do NOT come to this location. They are unprofessional, rude, and DO not care or have respect for peoples times. I guess everything does happen for a reason though, because I am VERY happy with my new GLE benz! read more

I just got my Tesla Model 3 last week and it's by far the best car I've driven. Before officially ordering online, I went to this location for further information on the car, upgrading my house's power, tax benefits, etc. John Ortega, an owner advisor at this location, was super helpful from start to finish. After I left, we exchanged emails and was able to guide me through the process and answer any of my questions or concerns. Great customer service and very pro-active. read more

Shout out to John! He's my Tesla angel. I scheduled myself for a test drive on a Sunday. John and instantly connected off of conversation and his knowledge about Tesla's was impressive. I never felt pressured the entire experience. I ended up putting my down payment down that day- and was in my new Tesla model 3 by the end of the month! John was soooooooo helpful and patient with me. If you go in, ask for him and you will have a great experience from start to finish! read more

After having lunch with a friend, we walked to the showroom to check out what this company had to offer. My friend's range rover and my bmw were both nearing our lease end, so model X was definitely in our options of next car lease/purchase. We were both greeted and so on but I felt neglected as soon as I tell the rep that my "semi-electric" car is toyota prius (i didn't mention any of more expensive cars that I have). I tend not to say/ask too much when I go to the dealerships partly because I want to see and observe how the reps treat me. The rep just talked to my friend only from thereon and eventually ended up not even bother asking if I wanted to be on their contact list (which I wanted to be in initially), he only took my friend's info and all the attention was on my friend after he told the rep about his range rover. I just had a hand shake and came out. For Tesla's sake, I firmly believe that the reps should always treat all the customers the same... sure I get it, if I don't have a nice watch/jacket/current car, chances are I'm not able to afford the cars that they have ... but I actually can afford and was considering it. The upper management hopefully reads this and educate their sales reps better for their own sake. Sure it can be overlooked but at the end of the day, customer service should be their top priority. The reps at the show rooms are the face of that company. I had zero experience with tesla before this day and it is forever engraved in my head that they don't treat people the same. A part of me wanted to get the manager out for an apology based on how things went but I didn't bother since we both had to go back to work. I have never felt that much disrespect at a car dealership, ever. read more

Tesla - Future Tesla owner in the making - Car Dealers Near Me - Pasadena, California

Doesn't even come close to delivering on the promise of a different kind of car buying experience. Terrible staff that will just say whatever they think you want to hear to sell you a car, awful follow up after purchase, and generally slimy behavior. If you're thinking of buying a Tesla, take my advice: come in and do a test drive if you need to, then turn around and walk out the door and do your actual transaction online. Take their free water, waste as much of their time as you want, but don't make the purchase here because you'll definitely have a terrible experience. read more

Buying a Tesla Model 3 has been a major headache with the Burbank delivery center. They insist on dealing with you strictly through text message and their app. They've cancelled two appointments for delivery already and are on the brink of canceling a third. I've warned them that if they cancel the appt, then I will take my business elsewhere. This car company thinks they are the hot shit and that they don't have to work on customer service. They are selling a cars that haven't been remodeled since they came out and are working in an EV market that is struggling to get its footing and still act like they don't have to earn your business. Shitty CEO. Shitty company culture. Shitty employees. If you have other options for an EV, save yourself the headache of dealing with these morons. P.S. Regardless of whether I buy this car or not, I'll be selling my shares in Tesla this week. I can't see myself investing in a company that doesn't give a damn about its customers. read more

Was 99% sold based on research but you never want to commit to a financial obligation without trying. Kenidi was a great no pressure sales person. My test drive was alone and they gave me 30 minutes which is very generous based on previous experience. After the test drive was over she and I went over the financing and I decided to lease where as I have always purchased but since the brand is relatively new and owning an EV is a first it seemed like the way to go. Unlike my last few experiences of buying cars there was no pressure and no upsell. Kenidi was a pro from start to finish. I also have a nervous condition when it comes to meeting new people and Kenidi handled me like a champ. Some people condescend to me or get annoyed. She was great from start to finish. My Model 3 is going to be delivered December-ish. Can't wait. Thanks Kenidi and thanks Tesla! read more

Buyer Beware. If you want a Tesla, and expect to be able to get it repaired in a timely fashion in the event of an accident, think twice before you buy. On July 6 I dented my rear wheel on my brand new Tesla Y. The sensors were affected and went off line so the car was undriveable. Long story short, I got it back from the body shop Sep 2 - yes, 8 weeks later! The delay was apparently because of a parts shortage. Here is the story which exposes a very unhappy company culture. The Tesla Burbank service center couldn't repair the car so they took it to a Burbank Tesla certified body shop. Beginning week one, I would get a weekly "Status of your Parts Order" from Tesla with an itemized list showing an estimated 10 day to expected delivery. When I called the body shop to confirm they told me those were not reliable dates and furthermore they could only communicate with Tesla by email, never directly to a parts manager so it was a Tesla problem, not theirs. So when it became obvious that the 10 day parts delivery estimate was a sham, I called the Burbank Tesla service center. The most common result was a robo-call recording saying after redirecting me down the phone tree that "service is unavailable" and the robo-clerk would hang up. When I was able to get through, I asked the service manager if a 2 -3 week delay was acceptable and she said no. Then she told me it was out of her hands and it was the body shop's problem, not Tesla's. I also didn't get any substantial help from the staff at the Pasadena sales office where I purchased the car. Everyone was passing the buck! Even though our insurance company knew about these massive delays, the people at Tesla seem unable to admit what everybody else knows which smacks of dishonesty, if not unethical practices. Anyway, it makes them look bad. read more

We didn't get a Tesla, but we were impressed by the Owner Advisor James Smith. He is knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and understanding. He took the time to take us on a test drive and let us test out the trunk space with our belongings (in the hot sun for 20 min) and was not pushy or arrogant. Tesla has a lot of top notch features such as autopilot and incredible speeds. If you are in the market for one, I highly recommend talking to James to learn more. read more

Shout to my boy John O. from sales!! He made the whole experience of getting into my first Tesla an absolute pleasure. From the moment he called to confirm my test drive, his upbeat and positive attitude got me even more excited to test drive one of these wonderful vehicles. He told me to give him a call when I arrived at the store so that he could show me around. Initially I thought I was set on a standard range plus model 3. Before I even test drove the vehicle and after explaining to John what I wanted in a car (and the fact that he personally has a lot of experience with the standard range model himself), he instantly told me that I would fall in love with the LR significantly over the standard range plus. He pointed out all the little details and quirks that only someone who's driven a tesla for a while would know. He couldn't have been more right. Before the test drive, John went over all the vehicles features and also gave me some pointers and advice since I had never driven a vehicle with regenerative breaking (or one where you have to use the center touch screen for practically every function). After the test drive, he met up with me and addressed any questions I had including some financing questions. I told him my situation with my current BMW lease and that I needed some time to think about it depending on what BMW was able to offer me. He assured me that he would be there for any questions I had in the interim. While I made my decision, John helped answer all my finance questions and did so in a prompt manner. Best of all , throughout this whole experience, not once did I ever get that typical pushy car salesman vibe. He was always professional, upbeat, and pleasant to deal with. This man deserves a raise!! Even after delivery of my LR, I had a minor concern with the streaming service not being setup and as usual, John promptly assisted me with this. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle and the experience that John provided me with. read more

The buying/shopping experience at Tesla is just like their cars - top notch. I have purchase and leased many cars but this is truly a unique experience. The product specialists are well trained and have the right amount of follow up. I don't believe they are commissioned but they really work to make sure you know what you are buying. It's such a direct and straightforward process that most people are going to wait for the other shoe to drop but it never does. You have a lot of control in the process and unlike other car dealer site the online process is also very accurate and straightforward. I had the pleasure of working with Katie Monday. She was easy to reach and extremely helpful - very well suited for this type of setting. read more

Tesla - One year anniversary! - Car Dealers Near Me - Pasadena, California

We took delivery of our Model Y a couple of days ago and had a fantastic experience from the beginning. John Ortega (Pasadena), our sales advisor, was available to answer all of our questions, however small, throughout the process. This is our first EV, so we had a lot of questions! We'd gotten a bit spooked by all of the scare stories concerning Tesla fit and finish and customer service, but we have had zero problems. The car is perfect and the customer service has been top notch. read more

A Big Old buyer-beware, I have 2 cars and both have been damaged in the last year by other divers and getting parts from Tesla has been an absolute nightmare. I estimate I've wasted easily $5000 in lease payments with my car sitting in the shop waiting for obnoxious parts like headlights, on a Model S, their highest volume car. As of today January 27th my car has been finished for more than a week except for a headlight. I am livid at this point and I've been treated like a pest by the parts department that also, never answers its phone (Centinela). I love this company, I went to the unveiling of the truck because I've referred people to buy, I'm practically a brand ambassador and they are absolutely falling on their face when it comes to parts supplies. read more

My first time ever going into a Tesla dealership not knowing that much about the cars , and sadly left the same way. Went in today considering purchasing a model 3, the older African gentleman didn't know about the car, kept trying to qualify me and push me to purchase during the test drive and all around make it awkward. I knew more than the salesman and I don't even know that much! I used to sells cars and he was a green pea, don't feel like he took me seriously thinking I was just a jack. While I would like to get the 7,500 discount before the end of 2018, I am going to go to different Tesla dealers (next Glendale) first, and then buy from people who RESPECT me and are KNOWLEDGEABLE. Yes I'll lose about half of the incentive if I don't take delivery by the end of the year, but it would be worth it to have a great BUYING experience. I would have written the $2,500 check if I would have been treated fairly... read more

I came in to this Tesla dealer not really knowing what to expect, it definitely doesn't look like a dealer, it looks almost like a coffee shop. Well one test drive (that same evening) and a conversation later and I went ahead and put in an order for a Model 3. With that said, this review is not about the car because I won't have it for a few weeks but a review about my experience at this particular location. Given the current pandemic I'll mention that I didn't at all feel unsafe or anything, they take the necessary precautions. I went with my brother in law and between the 2 of us asked a good share of questions that were all answered. The process for placing an order is extremely smooth and very convenient, it seriously is almost to good to be true... but it's not, it's great. I had an awesome representative helping me out. Thanks Adrian, this dude has even answered follow up questions I had a few days later by providing his email. This is my third time buying a car at a dealer and it is hands down the best experience so far. I cannot wait for my Model 3 to be finished and ready for me to take and drive. Anyway, if you're looking to get a Tesla and are visiting this location, I hope your experience is as good as mine. read more

As you may hear from many others, TESLA experience is something you can't compare among any other auto brands you may have experienced before. Michelle Cheng one of owner advisors at Pasadena branch is exceptionally professional and knows what it takes to deliver the excellent customer service. She is very transparent and honest that she answered every question I critically asked prior to sign in , and she explained the reason as if she was purchasing/ leasing a car. There is no such a thing " sales pitch" we usually hear from a traditional auto dealer that they have confidence on their products, most importantly, their mission - help accelerate sustainable transportation worldwide. At the time of this post year 2016, TESLA may be perceived as a very expensive car in public. But it will be affordable to a mass market when they will release the Model 3 in a few years. I hope a lot more people can experience the joy of driving with sustainable energy and be surrounded by the feeling of a doing the right thing. I believe those great people makes TESLA a greater car manufacture. Strongly recommend to stop by there and ask for Michelle. read more

Went into the Pasadena showroom to find out more about the Model 3. There were two employees there who never got up from their stools. Both were sitting doing something on their laptops.
