I brought a brand new Tesla, and I was told there was a 4 year or 50,000 warranty. The car isn't even 3 years old and it's had repeated problems. I took the car for maintenance just two months ago and they told me that the car was perfectly fine and passed with flying colors! All of a sudden at 51,000 miles. There is a sudden problem with the steering wheel and the lane adjusting. I went to the service center in The Valley and they said it's not a big deal it can be resolved but we have a 245$ charge per hour for diagnostic. I said what about the warranty and they said they had an extended warranty but it wouldn't apply to you since you are at 51k. I asked around several other Tesla owners and they all told me that they never heard of the new extended warranty. I took to another Tesla service center and they said that the steering wheel is failing and to replace it, it will cost me $2,800 to replace! I said why wasn't I offered the warranty. They told me call customer service. I called customer service they said we have no control over it please call the local service center. I went back to the service center and they said we can't do anything about the warranty. You need to pay the $2,800 plus for a brand new steering wheel. Mind you I have not had any car accidents, nor do I ever speed or swerve and I've never even used the automated self driving mode. For the steering wheel to fail after only 3 years. Now get this, it just goes on. I approved the 2,800$ steering wheel. They said car will be ready same day. So we can't give you a loaner. Then I get a message today that the car computer screen might also have a problem. But by the way, ur car will be ready tomorrow after 12 pm. I said Im working till 9 pm tomorrow. He said. If you don't pick it up before 6 pm, then we will charge you 50$ a day for storage. I used to be a BIG BIG TESLA fan and super careful about driving. After realizing how much the car fails after 3 years and now a 3k repair, then what value is it "saving on gas". Honestly, if I would go back to Diesel. I would. This has been a mistake. You can't vouch for your car when it's only been 3 years!

I scheduled a Model 3 test drive, and Joshua was my very friendly advisor who walked me through the process from start to finish. From when I walked through the door, he made doubly sure that any questions I had were answered, that I knew the ins and outs of the Model 3, and that any concerns I had about driving it were put to rest. The test drive was a dream! After the drive, I had some further questions on financing and incentives for a potential purchase. He had very thorough and detailed responses that gave me a much better insight into making a decision to purchase or not. At no point during my entire time at the store did I feel pressured to buy; in fact, Joshua even mentioned that he was there just to advise and that I was free to check out other car brands to compare if I wanted to! What a welcome change from my previous car buying experiences! Ultimately, I did not decide on buying a Model 3. However, the wheels are in motion and I have a better time frame on when I may decide on it. I will update this review if I come back in the future to make the buy. Thank you Joshua for being an amazing advisor!

Tesla Delivery strikes again !! I really don't understand why this happens and why Tesla thinks it's ok. For the second time on my 3 purchase Tesla has changed my delivery date once I am in my " delivery window " . It is terrible that Tesla expects you to be ready and puts pressure on you to get ready. Sell your old car get financing and open your schedule for delivery time . Well again that happens . My delivery window was 3/27-4/10 and on 4/30 they changed my delivery to 4/13-5/11. So it may come on the 13th but I doubt it . The point is once the customer is jn your assigned delivery date it is totally ducked up to move it a month. I am once again caught having to Uber to work or rent a car. An expense I didn't plan on. My old car is sold and my money is sitting jn the bank waiting . Great car shitty customer service . Fucking shame .

My daughter was over the moon when mom finally gave in to buy a Tesla. Instead of ordering the vehicle online we decided to come in and order in person. Kennedy was our rep and she went through the process of ordering quickly and efficiently. My daughter had many questions about all the options that these electric vehicles have. The furnishings inside this show room could be updated or upgraded due to the high end status of this company.

I don't know why the reviews are low. Kylie is a sweetheart. We had an appointment to test drive the model Y and was late. She didn't mind at all and answer any question we have regarding the car. We place an order back in January and are still waiting. She suggest we don't do anything as it would cause the delay but she also search what is in stock in California if we want to get the car faster. Overall the experience is positive and I recommend going in to test drive and look at the beautiful model X.

I was hundreds of miles away working on another development when I found out they had just received the car. My wife wanted it immediately. I called, and Adrian didn't waste time. He located the vehicle, locked it in, and worked with the team to make sure the deal got done. No confusion, no back and forth, just straight execution. They went above and beyond to make sure the car was secured for us, and that doesn't happen often, especially with something rare that has multiple buyers lined up. The car ended up being even better than we expected, and my wife loves driving it when she's in La Quinta. That's what matters at the end of the day. Appreciate Adrian and the sales manager for handling everything the right way and making it happen when it counted. That's how you build trust and long term customers.

Services: I waited for 2 weeks for a loaner car to be available, so I can get my car fixed while my car was not drivable at one point. My service advisor promised me that my car will be washed and charged when I pick it up. The car was fixed for sure, but it was not washed or charged. I did not get the services that I was promised. Returning my loaner car: when I pulled up to the drop off my loaner car, I was not greet by "good morning/ good afternoon." Instead, I was greeted by "have you filled up the gas tank?" I was not happy with the greeting, so I said, "yes, I even pull more, do I get a refund?" The guy said coldly, "you have to ask them (pointing at the advisors)." They then walked away. He was pretty rude. I am unsure if he was being treated by rude customers, but I was not rude to him and hoping that he can be a bit more polite. Returning the lease: I parked my car at the parking lot, and walked inside the show room. I told a staff that I was returning my lease, and this staff was friendly that he asked me to wait. However, there was an older gentleman sitting at the second desk yelling out loud to the staff who was helping me, "check the charging cable to see if that's missing!" I told the gentleman, "the cable was untouched for 2 years, and brand new. Do I get a paid back for keeping things new?" He said no and walked away. I have 1 star for the staff who help with my lease return. This might be a good choice that I am not getting another car from them because of the poor services. They gave me a sense that they were trying to pick on customers and charge for extra if possible. It was an absolute unpleasant experience. I hope management can address these concerns to keep loyal customers happy.

Life would be amazing! Jimmy and Joe were super helpful. From being very accommodating and flexible on my time, highly transparent in the paperwork and loan details, and also super knowledgable on more than just selling cars. They truly go above and beyond and I appreciate that. Because I had 0 stress in working with them. The only stress I had was making the decision to just feel deserving of a new car. Jesus does not come off as "salesy", he was genuine. When I came back to the shop and asked about it he always said, "oh I already took care of it for you. Jesus displayed patience and care.
